If you are looking for a company with great products and great customer service instead of customer lipservice this is the company to choose. They are smart, efficient and they do get back to you. They also have a wonderful back in the day work ethic, taking pride in what they do and making sure the customer is properly served. I live over 1,000 miles from them and they still take the time talk me through stuff over the phone, get me parts if necessary and all with a great attitude.

At first as a town home board we were unsure if the automated mowers would work in our application. Once we had the first one installed we were sold immediately. We currently have 8 of them working our lawns. Our lawns always have that fresh cut look without the noise of typical lawn mowers. We have no need to detach or aerate the lawns anymore. We cant say enough good about these mowers.

Worked out well. Saves money in the long run and has too many other benefits to the grass to list; but you wont get wheel marks or skid patches. If you’re into less emissions, then that’s another aspect to look at.We will be going into our 4th year with 96 units. Robomowers are quiet and can run at night. On holidays you can call them back to their base stations to avoid crowds. Due to rising cost this really saved us some money .

I have done business with Joe on a regular basis for a long time now, he is an honest guy that cares about his customers.I recently witnessed a facebook post from his client saying some nice things about the robot mower Joe provided him where some competitors got pretty unprofessional with Joe and his client.Joe responded very professionally.All of a sudden 5, 1 star reviews appear, hmmmm seems like a connection there to me...Dont read too much into them I assure you these people like Richard Chaffage are not real clients they are jealous competitors.Automated Solutions is the wave of the future, you can trust Joe!

I have an automower at my house. I have had it for just over 2 years. It has run this entire time, and is an amazing benefit to my family. I now get an extra hour of time with my family every week, my grass looks great, we are reducing our carbon footprint and I don’t have to worry about it at all. It is super easy to park it when needed for parties or when we need it to not be in the yard by using the phone app. The warranty is great and I have had to use it once for a transformer which was promptly replaced.To be as transparent as possible, I would like to add that I do work at Langton Group who is partnered with AOS and at the time of this post Langton Group currently owns the largest fleet of robotic mowers in the country. However, this does not impact my views on this particular product or their services. I get to see how these work not only at my house but also from the view of our customers and I can say with confidence that they work awesome and the feedback I receive from both our customers and our employees is great.

At first I bought a Auto-Mower at Lowes. Loved the concept, wanted the technology and frankly, my wanted wife off my back for not mowing the yard on time. It also pained me to pay for some stranger to come to my house each week to do a mediocre job on cutting my grass. Lowes sold me a underpowered mower that lacked the features that I needed. I talked to Joe in the process and we decided to return the mower to Lowes and go with his business, Automated Outdoor Solutions. WOW was I impressed. Joe and I have talked for hours about the technology, how amazing it works, and how awesome it is. I could not be more excited about my purchase.....which by the way was virtually the same amount I would have spent if I bought a lawn tractor. Every once and a while, my mower gets stuck on a landscape feature or we accidently cut a wire, but other than that....NO ISSUES. Furthermore, it pains me to see some the comments (Not Joes customers) like you blocked my street or it got in the way. This is clearly unprofessional competition that is backstabbing through reviews. The mower is 2x3 feet, it works perfectly and there is no way it could block a street! Not only does it manicure my lawn...literally, but I dont have lose an hour or two a week mowing, I dont have to deal with the terrible services which every week becomes a conversation about money or about how they mowed when it was too wet/damaged my yard. At $40 hour to pay for professional services or $60 an hour of my time to mow the yard, I figure I can pay off the mower off in 2-3 years (Its now been at our house for three, so its more than paid for itself). I have had expenses, I change my blade every two months ($5 a blade) and when we put an invisible fence in for the dog, I had a $500 fee to rewire the yard (after the invisible fence folks cut through the lines. But that is it. Also, there is a side to this that makes it even more exciting. How many great conversations, looks, and funny stories like how my dog reacted to it when it moving around. People stop in the tracks when they see it and it has created some great conversation as I get to know my neighbors. I truly dont know why its not more popular, its been one of the best investments I have ever made!
