First time here. The lady helping me was very personable and didnt pressure me at all. I seen a new dress they came out before she put it out and she went to the back to search my size. She was very noce i wish i knew her name. The store has very good sales too.

Went with my wife, for some reason this store (not sure if it’s all physical stores) does not hold the same sales as the companies website, so if you go in there it’s very likely that anything you want you can get from there website for much cheaper!I asked the person working there if they price match their own website and she said no. I just find this crazy!

Sad the store is closing, workers are always so nice. Good deals going on now.

Worst customer service I have experienced, ever. After spending an hour dragging my 8 mo pregnant belly around the woman working behind the counter was so combative, insulting, and rude. I have never felt so unwelcome in a store, be prepared if you try shop here.

I love their jeans - they are worth every penny, even when you arent pregnant, and the sales people are always very helpful and friendly. You can get some great deals on clearance items too.

Will not shop here ever again. They wont accept returns without the tags attached even if its within 30 days, you have the receipt, and the clothes are in perfect condition. I bought 2 pairs of shorts- wore one pair for 20 minutes and they got so wrinkled it looked like I slept in them, the other pair bunched at your crotch and was incredibly uncomfortable. I asked if I could even do store credit to buy something else and was told no. Was of money and terrible customer service.

They only have a 30 day return policy and will not let you exchange beyond 30 days. This is a ridiculous policy if you are pregnant and do not have time to go to a store to return.
