I have worked a couple times with the UPS store on Towne Lake, and they ALWAYS are super helpful, flexible, and fast. Whenever I have a vision they think through the best medium, size, colors, whatever I need. They are so fast, and so willing to do whats best for me. I couldnt recommend them enough!

The associate Angie at this store was more than unhelpful and very rude. It was as if I was inconveniencing her. Told me the wrong price for shipping and was annoyed when I asked why so much. She magically corrected her total to $6 less?!? I have never felt so uncomfortable. What happened to customer service? BEWARE!

Very disappointed that it has resulted in me posting a negative review online about the service at the store, however, something needs to change. I came in on a Wednesday afternoon to overnight house keys to my sister due to her being locked out. I explained this to the UPS associate, who was very nice and explained that Next Day Air 10:30 am is the best option for me. She knew it was imperative that this package be delivered on Thursday. She explained that it’s not guaranteed to be delivered by 10:30 am, however, it usually is delivered by that time or just a bit later. That wasn’t entirely important as long as it got there by Thursday. The package shipped that night, however, didn’t arrive until Friday morning. When my mother and I contacted the store about why I paid for overnight service, but was given 2day air service, even the associate saw it sat in a facility for 22 hours. He took down our information and said the store manager will be in contact. When we received a call from the store manager, Pam, she was speaking as if off a script, and expected it to be done from there. She insinuated that I was a liar, because there was another associate at the counter that says I was told it was not guaranteed. When I was explaining that I was told the timing isn’t guaranteed but the date was, the store manager kept talking over me. She said that there was a miscommunication and misunderstanding, however, there was not miscommunication or understanding on my part. The associate explained it will be there on Thursday. Because of the employees negligence on company policies, my mom and sister had to spend an extra night in a hotel. The shocking part about this exchange is that Pam will not reimburse the over night shipping for 2 day shipping, a $10 difference. She said that since March, UPS is not guaranteeing shipping. This translates to, “if you pay for overnight, we don’t have to provide that service to you and there’s nothing you can do.” While I understand what COVID has done to shipping times, the associate never mentioned, nor the email from the UPS website mentioned, not the paperwork I was given mentioned shipments being delayed. It specifically says on their website that overnight parcels received before 4 pm will arrive next day. We ended the phone call when Pam started irrationally crying, again not listening to us and talking over our concerns. If we aren’t this upset to the point of tears, why is the store manager losing her cool? If I was told that the package wasn’t guaranteed to be delivered on Thursday, I would have looked at FedEx or USPS.

This is the best store! The owner and employees are so friendly and help you with whatever you may need no matter how crazy. I was 8 months pregnant and the owner helped me get a rocking chair out of my car and repacked it I to a box that was not the correct size (we had a hard time finding a big enough box) to send back to amazon for me. He was so nice. Some people would be annoyed but he was so kind and I was grateful! I now use them for all of my shopping or printing needs! You will not be disappointed by coming to this store!

I want in this place limping and obviously struggling. I drag my 1st Box up to the counter while 4 employees people watched me. I said I had another item that was real heavy. Again nobody asked if they could help. Poor customer service.

This location assisted us with an outdoor sign. It is excellent quality and holds up very well in both sunny and wet weather! The colors are very vibrant and noticeable to those that drive by it! Very easy and pleasant to work with!

Every time our company needs something, UPS Towne Lake is right there to assist us. Everyone is so easy to work with and always has a smile on their face. Very reasonable pricing, excellent quality materials, and always a fast turn around time on printing services!

What a great experience! I was able to get a large Happy Birthday yard sign personalized for my daughters birthday party! The picture turned out better than expected! The staff was fast and efficient. I will definitely use the UPS service again for all of my signs and banners.

Redheaded manager and staff are very rude. I was just about to write my address on the package and before I could do that she snaps at me saying you got to write your sender address on the package. Which I was about to do anyway. They also say they cannot take in Fed Ex packages, as they say they cannot process them. The package was already paid for and you have fed ex guys going to the store all the time. All you need to is give to the Fed ex guy and he will scan it. They have taken fed ex packages in the past and I have never had a problem at any other ups store taken them. I even contacted Ups directly and they said they should be able to taken them in they just cant guarantee a certain time. So I dont know what this stores problem is. Also another thing to take note they will not take in packages over 30 pounds because thier mail lady cannot lift them, which I think is absurd. If you in that type of job you should be able to lift at least that amount. I would not recommend this place at all.

Been to both locations in Town Lake. Both places had rude employees. Manager was nice. Guy was a jerk because I wanted to wait while they bubble wrapped a laptop. I guess. He was clearly overwhelmed. I have no history at this store. I wanted the box sealed and a receipt. Being a former employee of a UPS store in Suwanee, I would have been fired for such a rude attitude.

Every time I get whatever service I need, in a fast way and in an efficient manner. Last time I needed to scan some documents and email them. I spent more time paying for that than the time the associate needed to scan and email muy documents.Ups has become to me that kind of place where I feel supported and relieved to know that things are done well!

I had to send a bunch of office equipment back to my corporate office and got to the facility 15 minutes until closing time. Pamela, the manager,and Steven, stayed 30 minutes late to help me get everything packed and ready for shipment. They went above and beyond for me and I appreciated it so much!! Give them a raise!

Really bad service from the manager. Although these UPS Stores sells a service, this woman (Manager) was very difficult and did not put any effort to help or provide a feasible solution to my shipping needs. She was only interested in charging for the one box they had already done, than to finish to pack and send the rest of the items. Employees were very polite .....but the Manager, really has no people skills. I will stay away from the UPS Store.

Not very thrilled with the customer service of this location. I am very disappointed with the way this location handles customers. I usually ship 2-10 pre-paid boxes each week and 15-25 pre-paid during new product launches (about once a month) and I completely dread dropping the packages off. I probably come off very rude when I am there because I am just so disappointed with the way I am treated here. I have had one employee close the door on me when I was bringing 5 x 50 lbs boxes in. The overall attitude is not great. However, I would say, Pam is very knowledgeable, but she does not come off very friendly. The African American gentleman (dont know his name) is my favorite, but I rarely catch him working. He is always smiley and friendly.

I ordered a gift for my husband for our anniversary, and it was shipped from the retailer to my home via UPS. Well, since I was at work when UPS delivered it, they decided to leave me a note, advising me to come to this location and retrieve my package within 7 calendar days. This was on Friday, beginning Memorial Day weekend. So, today, Tuesday, I drove to this location since I had the day off. I came in and waited for the young lady behind the counter to finish assisting her current customer, and then once it was my turn I gave her my name. She advised me she would have to check and see if they had the package, and went to the back. Then she informed me that, no, they do not have my package and that Ill just have to check back later since ground transport had not delivered it. So, for the last 3 days my package has been where? Chilling on the back of the truck of the person who had initially tried to deliver it, I suppose. Which is great, because its not like I wanted to receive it in a timely manner or anything. I asked her if she could mark it return to sender because I wont be able to come again and try to retrieve it for a 2nd time, she very rudely told me that she wasnt able to do that here. So, my question, then is where the package goes after this, since I wont be retrieving it within the 7 appointed calendar days? I dont appreciate rudeness or incompetence. This company asked me to come to their location to pick up a package and it wasnt even available to me within the appointed amount of time. This is absolutely unacceptable. Get it together UPS!

This is the second time this location has lost a package! Upon tracking a day after an important medical package should have been delivered to its destination, it had not even left the UPS store after paying twice the rate of the Postal service! The manager constantly hires incompetent people that can not communicate properly and execute a simple UPS delivery.

My 16 yr old daughter tried dropping off a FedEx prepaid box to this store. They tried charging her $65 to mail it over night, they actually began tearing off FedEx label when my daughter’s debt card was declined. Only at that time did they mention to her it was a UPS store, and maybe she should try a FedEx drop off.. Absolute scum, trying to take advantage of someones mistake. I can guarantee if they are will to be this unethical, nobody shipping a package at this store is getting the best price. I will never set foot in that store again.
