It’s getting tough to find new freezers. Modern Appliance in Woodward notified me immediately when they arrived. I was able to purchase one and pick it up much quicker than expected. The service at Modern Appliance was and still is great. Thank you to everyone there!

Was sent by whirlpool twice to fix a dryer. Failed to do so both times. Spent more time focusing on my ducting than the dryer. According to whirlpool, modern appliance replaced a heating element which they did not do.

Bought a great LG television for an incredible price was really impressed with the wide variety of options and service work provided on everything in the store along with great prices and very knowledgeable and kind people. Would definitely do business again thank ya!

I bought a freezer from Modern Appliance and it wasnt working after delivery I called and talked to Trevor who helped me in store and he delivered a different freezer shortly after even though they were closing for the day already. Kaylee at modern appliance was very helpful!!! I needed an extra deep-freeze for the beef we had just butchered, she went as far as to tell me how much meat each cubic foot would store. She was also able to be the competitors price without even asking for discount !! She’s a great customer service rep!

I needed a washer, dryer and fridge. Stopped in and talked to Trevor. He helped me find what I needed in my price range. When the delivered, the fridge didnt fit. The guys were great. They called Trevor and he qas able to find me one that did. Great customer service!

I had heard great things about modern appliance but I am totally disappointed. It started two weeks ago when our lid on the washer locked and wouldn’t release. Called them, found out it was under warranty, so they would order the part and would come out Thursday. Thursday came and went no repair man so I called Friday, they explained that the wrong part was sent. Okay, so why wouldn’t you call and let someone know??? Had my mother sitting at my house waiting. Then they called the following Friday and said, if we had someone to meet them there on Saturday they could get it fixed. No one showed! In the mean time we have been using an old one we had in the garage so really no big deal. Other than moving it back and forth. So this week they were going to be here on Thursday and not knowing if they would be there we left the old machine hooked up. The repair man showed up, put the part on and left. He didn’t even have the courtesy to move the old one out and hook the broken one up. Now wouldn’t you think he would to make sure that it was fixed??? Very disappointed ☹️

Excellent service snd selection

Bought a washing machine and they did a bait and switch and gave me a different one after they charged me $50 service call that literally took less than 5 mins to turn the old one on and listen. I went to buy a new machine 15 minutes later but even though I paid cash and didnt finance refused to cooperate with anything about the service call They installed it incorrectly and the drain hose slapped the wall on every spin cycle. I wouldnt recommend business, its a shame you cant buy from local.
