The store is clean and organized. The staff is very friendly and remembers repeat customers.

The manager now has made significantly better changes to the store. Very friendly and willing to go above and beyond for customers even takes the time to help elderly with their bags.

I live right by the store plus the family business is also just up the road so we do all of our shopping here... What I dont like is when I got all my groceries checked bagged and about to pay when all of a sudden they decide that they can not manually type in my card number sense the magnetic strip is messed up on the back while I also have my license an if my social security card and more to prove its me but they make me walk out with no groceries and wasted my time. Makes me wanna take my business somewhere else considering they had done it numerous times before... Just depends what mood the manager is in that day I guess?!?!?!

Had what we needed

The employee was so rude to this poor little lady in front of me and all over bagging the items. He said he couldnt bag them like she wanted that would waste bags and it takes a week to get bags in. Very rude and inconsiderate. Never again

One of my favorite places to shop. Darla is an absolutely great manager.

Darla was the best manager. The one they have now is a very odd fake acting person.. Randall is my favorite.. joy is ok but she acts like she hates being there.. the isles are always cluttered with boxes. There isnt a good place to shop in Woodward..

The employees are super friendly, their customer service is A+. There is a certain lollipop I like and when I walk in the door they have some ready, on counter. You cant find that kind of service anywhere.
