Trash place drove 2 hours for a waste of time offer and them to use the wrong vin waste!

Told me they would give me a good price for my camaro I get there they offer me 8k and say it has a rebuilt title and use the wrong vin to scam me!

They will take ur keys and hold them hostage. They r only interested in lining there own pockets. If they were the only place left to buy a car I would walk. I wont ever step foot on that property again. They tell u one price. U go to sign papers and its a different price. Watch ur paperwork....

Great team to work with and they will work for you. Called in from out of state looking at truck, was immediately helped with a through walk through and detail of the truck, and even working a possible trade as well. Even though the deal wasent able to get through no fault of their own, would highly recommend. Give a shout out to Levi and his team for all they do over there working to make the experience as painless and easy as possible.

Worst experience from a dealer. The vehicle I purchased showed up with two chips in the windshield and a big dent in the fender that I was not told about. The check engine light came on within ten days of purchasing the vehicle as well. The mechanic said they obviously deleted the code before they sent it out. I had to call probably ten times and each time I got the same response of “I’ll call you back”...never getting a response back. I finally got a call back after I became very angry with the manager. Very sketchy dealership...go elsewhere.

Went in to get a family oriented car for my family, walked away with a 2020 Chevy Spark, they gave me a very good discount off the sale price without me even asking, Justyce and Levi were outstanding with their customer service, polite, very professional and made us feel like we were right at home talking with friends while doing business.If any of Y’all are in Woodward County or the surrounding area, this is the perfect place to go, I highly highly recommend them. Forget about spending an entire day wasting money traveling to OKC to more than likely get ripped off anyways, head on to Irwin’s under that giant American flag, you won’t be disappointed.

Just took a 2015 Tahoe in today. They replaced the brakes, changed the oil and fulfilled two recalls, in 3 hours. They were not only fast, but their customer service was phenomenal!

Bought a 2015 used truck. 12 days later no longer runs. What do they say when I call and inform them?? Well you did buy a used vehicle. Are you kidding me? This is the customer service they rave about! Levi will not return our call. The time I did get to speak to him all he could do was tell me how they lost so much money selling me this truck. Really? I dont think so! Also if they were losing their butts on the deal they wouldnt have made it. This place is a joke, ran by a bunch of children!! At least all that I dealt with was children. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Customer service is a joke, the service department doesnt know how to transfer calls. Dont bother with an appointment the odds of it mattering are slim to none. Changing a tire takes them at least 30 minutes per tire. The only reason I came here after it took them all day to swap the tires on my personal vehicle is my company insurance only supports them for the current van I drive.

Made an appointment for 8am to have my vehicles engine oil changed and engine light checked. I called the dealership after it had been there 3 hours wanting to see if the engine light was something big and then they were just about to pull it in so they said, waited another 3 hours went back they hadnt even moved it from where I had originally parked it that morning at 8. On top of that the two oil change appointments that were made before that appointment took over 2 hours to do. Wont be going back or recommending them.
