Waiting time needs help, but reps were very nice and knowledgable.
Everyone was nice they let us stay and hour pass closing to solve our issue. Not one time we’re they a bit upset, the people talked to us for the whole time about a bunch of different things. ATT did a great job hiring these people working they were amazing!
The gentleman that helped me out was Clint he was great he knew exactly what my problem was when I told him and knew exactly what to do to help me out thanks a lot good employee
Customer service was great. They recommend you make an appointment, but there’s no point. They came out and got me from my car a half hour later. Glad I wasn’t in a rush or I would have just left, ridiculous. Don’t know why appointments are recommended when you won’t be able to even get in at that time.
Amanda went above and beyond helping me get and set up my new phone. Her customer service was excellent. So refreshing to deal with someone who takes the time and gets it done right the first time. Thank you again Amanda.

The staff at the Woodward OK location is quite incompetent, rude, and unethical. My elderly mother went in to upgrade her iPhone as the one she had was no longer holding a charge. They did not have the 128gb phone in so they told her that they would give her the 264gb phone for the same price. Sounded fine. My mother specifically told the rep multiple times she did not want the insurance and that that she didn’t want to do anything different to the plan. Next day I check the app (she is on my family plan) they did not give her the discount on the phone that they promised, they added the insurance, and the enrolled her in the Next Up plan. One mistake I get but they obviously were taking advantage of an elderly lady. I called to fix it and they lied to me and said she consented to all of this. They also said that there was no point in me calling because they already went through it with her. They also said they added the insurance because she had it previously. She did not (my plan, I would know). They said a manager could help me get it fixed. I have left 3 call back messages over the past week and a half. No call back. When I call and ask for the manager they say that she is out and they don’t have any idea when she will be back. Or they say she is on break and to call back. I call back and another person tells me that she wasn’t even in that day and that she won’t be back until the end of the week. Decided to just go through the AT&T 1-800 number. That lady was great and even offers to call the location to help. The workers at the location hung up on her twice (this is another AT&T employee). She is now going to file an internal complaint on them. The lady from the corporate office actually said on a recorded call that the employees at the store definitely took advantage of an elderly lady with all this. Im pretty sure that this is crossing some legal lines, especially when dealing with the elderly. There is not a single employee that I have talked to at this location that should still be employed by AT&T.
I love this store! Amanda is extremely helpful and is amazing! She goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is perfect before I leave the store! Shes my go to person!
Worst service i ever encountered in the US. I went there about three weeks ago to set up an account and activate autopay. Had to sit and wait for almost two hours before someone helped me, gave all my details but forgot to take my passport (South Africa) with me. The guy that helped me told me that they couldnt help me because they needed my passport (understandable). I went back there on monday (three weeks later) with all the stuff they told me they needed to open an account (passport included). Had to wait two hours again before getting helped, sat another hour with the guy that tried to set up my account, gave them everything they needed and then he asked me for my US drivers licence ? ( i dont have one because im from South Africa working in the states) so after about three hours i had to leave without any account. They couldn help me because the manager was not there and everyone working there was too incompetent to help me and sort out what ever needed to sort out for me to get an autopay account. I work in Knowles Oklahoma an cant drive all the way to woodward every other day. I need an autopay accout because im not close to any shops to buy prepaid data. If anyone of AT&T management or HQ see this message, CONTACT ME URGENTLY PLEASE. I am used to real bad service because im from South Africa but i have never had such a bad experience anywhere in the world. Still need an autopay account. Help please.

The young lady that helped me was very kind and knew what she was doing. I got prompt and great customer service.
They fixed my phone so it would work where as the people at Cricket couldnt figure out what was wrong. Said would probably have to have a new phone
The manager Shelley went above and beyond to help me recover my apple ID and get all my pictures back. I cannot thank her and her staff enough. All amazing!!!!

Great customer service. Came in to find out about the new phones. Answered all my questions and I left with the newest phone and accessories, even though my old phone had problems they took the time to get everything transferred.

Knowledgeable associates. Help for free on AT&T phones. New phones and IPad available. You can pay for your Go phone/Prepaid AT&T phones cheaper there than at other stores! Tables with chairs to sit at while talking to an AT&T Representatives about AT&T product. BIG screen TV with a comfortable bench to sit on for children and adults while waiting on service or to keep children entertained while you do your business.

We use the AT&T Woodward location to maintain our corporate account. The staff are always friendly and very knowledgeable (especially Nichole).
They make you wait out side for like 30min before even saying anything to you. Then they check in the person behind you in line before checking you in. Service was horrible
Was lied to by the staff about multiple things when signing up for a plan here. ATT cell coverage is great but the staff in this store will misrepresent cost of plans, insurance coverage details, or whatever they have to tell you to get you signed up
Nicole from the ATT FirstNet staff in Woodward, OK does an amazing job on our departmental accounts. The service is fast, always professional, and she goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. ATT is lucky to have such a respected and trusted representative handling accounts.
I wouldnt even give this one star Ive been with Verizon for many years and had to switch to At&t because Verizon isnt covering my area anymore. Lets just say in the many years I was with Verizon I never had to call with a problem.. Ive had At&t for a few weeks and have been on the phone with them for hours with multiple different problems. Warning do not get at&t

ABSOLUTE WORST ATT Store I have ever been at, incompetent and sold me a product that cost 3x as much that I could have instead gotten by just upgrading my service. Something that should have took 20 minutes took an entire hour !!!! Avoid all cost!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And because the way she set it up I have had to spend my entire Saturday morning trying to cancel!!!!!

Eeeeeehhh. I currently am using AT&T service. Always having issues... Its roughly $120 USD a month, to have talk, text, and 5 gigabytes of data for a month... On a phone thats seven years old. Will be canceling immediately after the contract. Please head these words! Also, horrible at putting in screen savers...
Always Professional and knowledgeable at the Woodward store. I have gone to other stores and had poor service but at Woodward Iam always served well. We got new phones last week and sales person stayed late to get us finished. Answered all our questions and knew how to solve our problems. Ive spent hours st the Ponca City and Stillwater stores and still not been satisfied. I always try to come to Woodward store.,
Always slow. Always have to wait. Towers are always down. Customer service is very poor.

Cant put screen protectors on worth a crap and if they screw it up they make yiu pay for another one or tell you to call the manufacture for a rebate card. Customer service is slow as employes are busy with personal calls and playing games / facebook.
It was AT&T, but the service and attention lacked. I would take interactions with out of town over this local office.
