The staff members are very knowledgeable, they have saved me a lot of time and frustration. I usually buy the Ace brand items but I recommend using name brand door knobs and locks(I have replaced many Ace ones).

Ace Hardware on 8th street has the most knowledgeable help in the plumbing department! We travel 35 minutes to shop here and always walk away with exactly what we need to finish our projects.

Gary is absolutely amazing. I purchased a STIHL weedeater for Fathers day. Gary showed me step by step how the product work, and taught me how to operate it and had me start it several times on my own. Great guy, very helpful! Great customer service!!!

Very rude store, cashier didnt read add or care to, to honor the sale, got mad and even tore up my coupon, may be wrong time of month for her I dont know all I said was that rang up wrong and she said no it didnt its not on sell, I tried to show her the ad and she wouldnt even look at it.. it was for vise grips straight or curved and she said curved only.so hubby said if you wont look at ad well go elsewhere and she was like good. went to ace on Oklahoma and was telling them what happen and 4 people there had bad things to say about that store from there experience, even employees said they hate to call over to that store. glad I went to Okla. Blvd. store for they were nicer and there same stuff was even cheaper then the 8th street store. will never set foot back in there and will tell my story to everyone. think a store should tape and record employees for months to see how they act with customers because this store will loose a lot of customers from this rude know it all employee.
