Pharmacy is a total mess, not 1 person at counter is ever on same page. 1 will tell you your all set prescription be ready at 430pm 7pm still waiting talked to 3 different people received 3 different answers. Best advice stay away from this pharmacy most staff not pharmacists are useless. Store is separate and is fairly well stocked cashiers are friendly and efficient.....
I have stopped going to CVS since they are trying to stop Medicare for all bill. The loyalty of customers should also be decided by what type of business practice they keep.Profit before principles is unacceptable. These are the powers we have . Use it!
Had a covid test which said the results back in 24 to 48 hours. Its been over 72 hours and still no covid results :-(. When I called they said they were running behind because of an increase in tests. Well they should let you know ahead of time if thats the case.
Love Walgreens the cashiers are pleasant except one older and heavy lady that is very rude but other than that i love the store.
Got my vaccine there. They were on schedule, fast, nice and safe.
I have called several times on several occasions and I cant get anyone to the phone. I have been on hold for 30 minutes already and still no answer. The wait time is ridiculous
The floor staff are fantastic and the cashiers god bless them they deal with so much!!
Great experience being vaccinated. Very polite and efficient.
I called this morning to verify a patients medication/ dosage and spoke to a disgruntled technician named Nicole. I saw the conversation was not conductive, so I asked her to talk to the Pharmacist, Stacy P. Stacy was very reluctant to tell me her name. Speaking to Stacy did not make the situation any better because she was also cruddy. I think I had a bad experience with this pharmacy before. I called in and spoke to someone about their attitudes with providers or any healthcare professional calling about patient matters and did not receive any support. I am not from R.I; I moved to Barrington and will be here for a couple of years. So far, Walgreens in R.I, the pharmacist/ technicians, are descent over the phone and helpful, but when I call this pharmacy in Woonsocket, I get resistance and fight. I will not ever call this pharmacy again if this is what I have to go through as a provider; I pity the people who live in that area and have to deal with that. Can you imagine someone who is to serve the community having this squalor behavior mentality, OMG? Just no words, so bad, I had to write a review. Walgreens, please fix this matter because I know this is not the type of employees you have working; its just that location.
Great prices, great employees, pharmacy workers nice and professional usually
They, for the dozenth time, cant fill a simple prescription, even though I called the day before. They only give flu shots during select pharmacy hours, which are not posted. They let you stand in line, taking multiple cars, before taking the only person in line, clearly favoring the able-bodied who can drive over the disabled who cant. They have, in the past, refused to fill a prescription, stating that I didnt have that prescription, until I brought in the empty prescription bottle showing that I had it and had refills. Go anywhere else if you can get there.
Hung up on 3 times, and then put on hold two seconds after the automated message transferred me to someone. Terrible first impression.
Came in Last night and customer service was horrible
Came in because in was convenient I thought, first I was hit up by a homeless person or whatever asking me for a cigarette or a dollar. Then inside then lines were unbelievable! They should have opened another cash register with all those people waiting in line. I turned around and walked out. Not my first time here.
The pharmacy staff are usually amazing and very patient!! The floor staff are fantastic and the cashiers god bless them they deal with so much!!
Bought purple hair dye and now my hair is falling out. I blame Walgreens Woonsocket >:(
Had a great experience here almost entirely due to Nakiya. The past several times I came I came to pick up prescriptions, they had problems with my insurance and tried to charge me full price for my meds. They made it so difficult I just ended up transferring the prescriptions to CVS instead where they easily filled them and covered by my insurance. I honestly would have switched pharmacies altogether, but my doctor still had walgreens listed and sent my most recent script there and Nakiya not only fixed the insurance issue in 5 seconds, but she was also courteous, friendly and very helpful. I cant stress enough this girl literally saved me as a customer for walgreens and she deserves a raise!
I switched to Walgreens from CVS a few years back- Walgreens in North Smithfield was okay for the most part until they closed and transferred all of our scripts over to this Walgreens. Every time I’ve ever had a prescription sent over it has almost always been ready by the time I get from the doctors office to the pharmacy- and if it’s not ready, they always tell me it will be ready in 15 minutes and I usually wait and pick it up. Ever since I have been coming to this Walgreens I have had nothing but trouble. My script is never ready and when I try to pick up they tell me it will only be ready in a few hours. I’ve been able to accept this and just get used to it, I’ve also accepted the fact that every time I go, no one is polite and welcoming and literally just walks away without telling me to have a good day or anything. Fine. But today, I called hours after My sons prescription for the Flu should have been ready, knowing it wouldn’t be ready right away. The first time I was put on hold so she could look into it, after 10 minutes of being on hold I assumed that someone may have forgotten, so I called back a second time and let the woman who picked up know, so she proceeded to put me on hold again telling me she was just going to transfer me over to the people who put the prescriptions together and they could give me the information (i’m pretty sure this was the same person both times), yet again I was put on hold for another 10 minutes with no answer. My mother had to drive over and check in on this prescription for my son and the woman suggested we just have the Scripts transferred to CVS or a different pharmacy - Because they will not be able to do it for us, I know that there is some kind of power outage in the area and that is totally fine but someone should’ve told me that over the phone well over 45 minutes ago When my sons pediatrician was still OPEN! They are now closed for the weekend, we are so lucky that we have a connection with the dr. To be sending that over to Cvs right now for our three-year-old son who is suffering with the flu and no treatment. We will gladly pick that prescription up at CVS and be transferring all of our 5 family members back over.
Always a polite staff eager to help in any way. There is no meaning without respect and they are definitely respectful! Thanks.
Good selection but it is very dirty. Ive gone multiple times and each time it just looks like it has never been cleaned.
Excellent pharmacy. Nice and Professional staff. Speed services. Never I have wait many time for my prescription. Recently I moved to live in other City to 30 minutes of my Pharmacy. I visit other Walgreens near me, don’t like. Bad service and they no have employees speak Spanish. I prefered my Pharmacy in Woonsocket not matter what the place I live. God Bless all staff in Walgreens Woonsocket. Thanks people’s for always bring excellent services.
Horrible place!!!! Only went there because insurance....its disgusting, the staff in RX are unprofessional, bad attitudes, and just plain unfriendly. Had to come back twice and still no script ready!!!!! All their issue for not following through. I wouldnt give one star...but ya have to to leave a review.Run in the other direction
This is bar by far the absolute worst pharmacy that’s ever operated, and not all Walgreens just this one. They are the most clueless bunch of people supplying medication carelessly and recklessly, like giving you the wrong prescription in your bag, it’s been a constant struggle every month to get the medications I need and I always call and speak to them to sort out any potential issue a week prior and still every month when my meds are due, they then always tell me that oh you don’t have any refills would you like us to fax your doctor, and each month I tell them I called previously to make sure I had refills and what day I can refill and get the price, but still either the pharmacist or one of there many pharmacy techs wil always tell me oh I’m sorry that medication doesn’t have refills would you like me to fax your doctor for you, after I tell them how to do their job then and only then do they find my medications. FYI they are the same medication monthly nothing changes, so now I bring the bottle in cause they say one thing and my bottles say another, in truth they don’t know when they fill meds and don’t fill meds just recently they filled a script and I kicked it up and then two days later they filled it again so I went to pick it up and didn’t say anything, but besides this being the worst and most dangerous pharmacy to use due to the fact they put the wrong meds in your bag I’m sure their mistakes like that will end up hurting someone or worse loss of a life for taking the wrong medications, for the most part their very rude and cocky attitudes because deep down they know they can’t handle doing what they do and this is for cooperate listen to these reviews and do something and make changes or this store / pharmacy is better to be shut down in a matter of public safety
Very rude and unhelpful staff. Now I remember why I usually go to CVS. Only came here because of convenience.
Always a long wait at the pharmacy. Had doc sent over rx, received call that they were working on it...stop to check in and told that rx was transferred to cvs since the insurance was not accepted(UNITED).arrive to cvs and they had no clue. Had to restart the process here. Pharmacy tech was on hold for more then 10 minutes to speak to Walgreens pharmacist. When you are sick, you dont need the extra hassle
I called and asked if they had fidget spinners after hearing they did. Then when the man picked up the phone I asked if they had them he said what so I asked politely again and he said what so I said fidget spinners and he rudely said spinners, spinners we dont have any damn spinners then hung up
Great customer service here girls are very friendly the store I neat and clean and the prices are reasonable
One blonde cashier gives me a dirty look every time I walk in. So I will be avoiding her from now on.
Store is okay but I avoid going to this store and would rather drive out of my way to avoid the constant homeless that harass you for money day or night whenever you go there. Because of that I choose to go to other stores
I just tried to call and refill my prescription and the woman hing up on me after waiting 20 mins on hold!!!!! Very bad service!!!!!
The female pharmacist was being rude and disrespectful towards her pham tech workers. Is this how pharmacist act because of there status? Even so, respect goes bothways.
Always go there. Use my points.
Quick service
Good
Refused to let me return a couple items without the receipt, not even for store credit, which I was actually wanting to do.
I am a client for more than 10 years. The attention is of much respect and cordiality.
I love very good service
Excelent service
Very attentive and helpful
