The professional staff clearly explained how the process worked and ensured we had all the information needed every step of the way to make the right decisions for our home. The showroom is filled with countless varieties of gorgeous stones to choose from and the experienced staff patiently explained all the options to help us find our preferred style. We felt like we were in extremely experienced and caring hands and they made every interaction in this process feel special. The installed product is absolutely stunning!! The quality craftsmanship is incredible - every cut is a perfect fit and the structure is solid. We couldn’t be more delighted with the finished product and highly recommend Countertops by Superior!

I cannot say enough about Superior :) From start to finish the process was easy and enjoyable. When they templated and installed they were very neat, wore masks and made sure the work area was clean before they left. Charlene found me the slab for the island which was beyond perfect. I chose the leather finish which is amazing. The price was more than reasonable and the stone is amazing. I chose Taj Mahal which is an extremely expensive stone and Charlene was able to secure a good price for the slab. Its a hard to find stone, but she found it. I would highly recommend Countertops by Superior, and I would use them again.

I cant say enough good things about these folks!! The entire experience was wonderful. Bill and Charlene were so helpful in picking out a perfect granite for my kitchen. They went above and beyond, and even installed some extra pieces that I was NOT expecting to really finish the kitchen. A window sill, and a top counter piece - they look amazing, and make such a difference than what was there already (that I was going to keep). Kevin was the installer, and he was awesome as well, on time, clean, polite, answered all my questions. Im thrilled with the end result, the service and attention to detail was outstanding!

After hating every countertop we saw for our bathroom remodel, I stopped in Superior on a whim. I told Courtney what I was looking for. She priced it out, and I cried. Happy tears. For not too much more than big box store mass produced tops, we could have any remanant installed.There were many good choices. My husband and I enjoyed going into the shop to pick the exact cut of our Remanant so we could get the patterns we wanted in our granite.Instation was fast and professional. We are so thrilled with how it looks. I highly recommend Superior. We will definitely return when we do our kitchen!

My experience with Superior Granite was wonderful. I was looking to add an island in my kitchen and was directed to check them out by my contractor. Not only do they have a large selection of granite and were able to match my existing granite in my kitchen. Once the island was installed they came to my house to take the appropriate measurements and had the counter top installed in less then a week. The prices, the professionalism of the staff and the crew who installed the counter top can not be beat. Highly recommended!!

I read the reviews and walked in expecting a good outcome. I was blown away by the beauty and quality of the gorgeous granite. I got to choose my own slab. Great prices and first class customer service. A large variety of edges to choose from and a rounded edge to one side of my island at no extra cost. When it was installed, I was thrilled with the richness and thickness of this stone. My every expectation has been exceeded and I couldnt be happier.

I am very happy with Contertops by Superior. Once I made the inquiry for a quote, I got an immediate response from Charlene. Charlenes communication skills are outstanding..keeping me updated every step of the way. I cant tell you how many times with other contractors, I am the one to do the follow-up. Bill came to the house and was very professional and efficient. I picked the granite stone and within a couple of weeks, my beautiful counter top was installed. The installers were terrific. Hard workers, pleasant and you could tell they really cared and wanted to make sure that I was happy. They refused to leave until every last piece of dusk was cleaned, despite the fact it was late and they have a long drive home. I highly recommend Bill and his team for your next counter top project.

The installer gouged my walls in my brand new home upon installation. I contacted Superior & it took so long for them to get back to me regarding the issue I ended up having it fixed myself so I knew it would be done correctly. Now a year later the seam they rave about that “nobody will ever see” is totally separated. When I contacted them regarding this I was told I’d hear back from someone within 48hrs.......7 days later when I contacted them again the owner was very rude & told me they only warranty for 1 year! Never again!In response to Bills Response......You have a trail of the emails but not the text messages with the pictures I sent over to CJ via her cell phone of the gouges in the wall done by the installer. Also, payment was being held back because I was waiting to see how much the fixing of the wall was going to cost me from my painter.

We had our kitchen and my parent’s kitchen and bathroom counters done by Countertops by Superior. The install was completed last week and we couldn’t be more satisfied! From our initial contact with Eric, we found the CBS team to be very professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Through the entire process from choosing our stone, measuring our counters, creating the template and having the installation done, they went above and beyond to make sure that everything was just as we wanted. Their installers were exceptional...very courteous, clean and took great care in doing an excellent installation. From the very beginning when we visited their showroom, we were treated with respect and importance. All our questions were answered sincerely and through every step of the process, Bill and his team did everything they said they would do. And did it when they said they would. Several months ago I worked with Countertops by Superior to install new Granite in my home. Bill and his team were amazing. I live in Middlesex county, MA and Bill had no problem making the drive up from Woonsocket. Bill and his team were incredibly professional and worked with me and my Fiance to find the perfect piece of Granite. When he came and measured he made several suggestions including adding a piece of granite to hide a gap between my wall and the stove. Im glad I listened! I went here to get information on a bathroom counter top and Charlene was very helpful looking at granite remnants. We took a sample home and she quoted us a price. When we got home we were not happy with the match so we returned and inquired about Quartz counter tops. We had already stopped at another counter top store and received a price of 1500.00 . We wanted to see if Superior could give us a better price. I was very surprised when I asked Charlene and was told it was very expensive and she would not give me a price. I did not tell her I already received a quote and I was willing to accept that one if I could not get a better price here. I said to her then we should just leave then, and she said yes. Really? They just lost a sale as we will be going with the other dealer at a price of $ 1500.00 .

My wife and I were extremely delighted with our Countertops by Superior experience. We visited several area granite fabricators before choosing Superior because of a friends recommendation and their staff were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The staff took the time to help us feel comfortable during the entire process. Bill was especially helpful by moving granite slabs around to ensure we could envision our new countertops prior to purchase. We were very pleased to find out that we had many edging options to choose from with no additional charges.The installation was fast and efficient. Countertops by Superior exceeded our expectations. We love our new countertops. We have a great kitchen that we are proud of. Everyone has commented on how beautiful everything looks. We just had countertops installed by Countertops by Superior. From the moment we walked in the door, they are very personable and make you feel very welcome. They walked us through the whole process. We just wanted to replace our countertops and not the backsplash. They told us all our options. Free sink was included. My mom really wanted to get everything in before Christmas and they had the whole thing turned around within a couple weeks - the installation happened in one day. During the installation, the workers were very friendly and personable. We asked lots of questions and they answered every one of them happily. They ran into issues pulling out our old countertops because of the way they were installed and they didnt let it bother them. They had to stay later than they thought and during the whole process of installation you could tell they thoroughly enjoyed what they were doing. When the install was finished, there was one part of our kitchen where our garage on our counter ended up not meeting the counter because of the different thickness and within minutes, another rep from the company came over to look it over. They took measurements. The next day the same man came by again just to double check his measurements and see how we liked everything to make sure we were satisfied. We thoroughly were! They were not charging us anything more than the estimate. That same day after the man came to double check the measurements, the owner of the place just stopped in to make a personal check to see how everything came out. He wanted to make sure we were happy without any concerns. He was telling us how their main concern is to have a personal experience with the customer (as things used to be in the old days before the world got very impersonal and non-caring). He was so kind and stayed just talking to us for a little about other things too. We could sense the genuine care that this company had in making their final product perfect and wanting to have that personal connection between the company and customer. The garage issue was taken care of swiftly and perfectly and very Kindly. Overall, we couldnt say more about how great this company is and definitely recommend them if you have any work you need done with your countertops or other work. A very personal company that makes sure the customer is extremely happy and gets everything they want. A genuinely great company to work with. Highly recommended. Kitchen looks beautiful now!

First class service and great prices.

I felt the installation was good and the workmanship on the countertops where good but, product was not the quilaty I expected kept chipping and when I called to have them repaired below was the owners response, which admitted there was a problem from the beginning ... he stated because no one else had an issue that there was nothing wrong with my granite.. The counter tops chipped in none work areas from week one I will never do business with this company again...owners email:Your countertops were installed on 1/11/16. We have been out several times to take care of chips in your countertops. You are claiming that we installed defective granite in your home. This is not the case. We have install 10 to 15 other kitchens with that same material. No one else has called to complain about chips. The only way chips are happing is that the countertops are being hit. This is not part of any warranty. After a year and a half we were still going to go out and take care of the problem.In responce to your behavior. I am requesting that you do not contact us again. Neither calling or stopping in. Any further communication between you and Countertops By Superior, Inc. should be thru your lawyer

I have had the pleasure of working with Bill and Charlene from Countertops by Superior twice! My first experience was with my kitchen two years ago. I have what I consider a small kitchen, which is average size according to Bill. My choice of New Venetion Gold with White Chocolate cabinets made this room truly the showpiece of the house. The work was done beautifully and the installers were so professional.So when it came time to re-do the bathroom, there was never a second thought where I would go. The Carrera marble looks so sleek and classic against the Expresso cabinets and white porcelain floor. Now I cant wait to do the last bathroom!

For years my husband & I have wanted to upgrade to granite countertops but were too afraid. Yes, afraid! For some reason we were convinced granite was so variable that we might end up unhappy with the final product. Well - thanks to Superior - we couldnt be happier ! Our new granite countertops (Giallo Ornamental in the kitchen and Kashmir White in the bathroom) are FANTASTIC. Choosing which granite was the hardest part of the whole process - there are so many beautiful slabs / samples to choose from @ Superior. Bill & Charlene were SO patient with our many visits. Once the choices were made it was smooth sailing from there on out. I still cant believe how easy & quick the whole process was. One visit from Bill and the cardboard templates were prepared. The next step, the actual layout of the template on the slabs turned out to be fun and ensured that we were getting the look that we wanted. The day of the actual install went seamlessly (get it ?). Demo was clean and installation seemed easy from our viewpoint. I still cant believe that we got to choose any edging we wanted at no extra charge. We have had many compliments and love how much our kitchen and bathroom have changed with the new look. Its like a whole new house. Believe me, we did our research, you cannot go wrong with Countertops by Superior for service or price ! Take the plunge, you wont be sorry.

Countertops By Superior is just that, SUPERIOR! We re-did our entire kitchen and when something could go wrong it did, EXCEPT for the countertops! From the first visit in their amazing facility to the installed finished product! We were always more than satisfied!We visited multiple countertop suppliers before going here and it only made them shine even more. Countertops By Superiors service is second to none and the options available are amazing. In fact, most, if not all, other places had limits as to how many pieces of granite they would move for us to see different slabs, but not here. You can look all day if youd like and Bill insists that slabs be brought up front and even outside for better lighting when viewing different styles. He has no limit on how many you look at or how long you take when doing so. In addition, he asked Charlene to call us, after selecting our pieces, because he received a new shipment of the stone we liked and wanted to give us the opportunity to choose the new one if we preferred it because he thought it had more of what we originally asked for. We loved what we chose, but did change! How nice it was for him to remember the markings and movement we were hoping for and for him to take that extra step to call us when he could have sold it to someone else, since we had already agreed to purchase another. Thank you!This family run business treats all of their customers like family. It was always so enjoyable to speak to them and to work with them. From office staff to stone cutters, they were all very helpful and agreeable!Do not waste your time running from place to place thinking the highest dollar gets the nicest granite and best service! They are more reasonable and give the best service for the most beautiful countertops money can buy! In addition, they have options for edges that they do not charge extra for, which adds a special touch without adding to your cost! They even made a cutting board to match our countertops and left it as a gift! Who else does all of this??? You will be more than satisfied with Countertops By Superior!!!

Countertops by Superior is, by far, the best countertop store in the nation. I could end the review with that statement alone, but they deserve additional praise. My wife and I had been shopping for countertops for our newly renovated home. We visited several shops and found a few slabs we thought would fit our design but something wasnt right about each place we visited. Whether it was terrible customer service, no service at all, high prices, a la carte features and very few inclusions, our search was full of twists and turns that never materialized into a sale. That is, until we found Countertops by Superior.A family friend recommended them to us, and the day I walked into their building, I knew this was the place I had been searching for. Initially I spoke with CJ who was wonderful - knowledgeable, pleasant, and efficient. She showed me around the building and we discussed options based on my design criteria. I walked out with a few stone samples and a good feeling. Two days later,my wife and I returned to meet with CJ, Charlene and Bill. All of whom were warm, extremely knowledgable and accommodating.With their expert advice, we found the countertop of our dreams. We especially appreciated how they provide an estimate that includes everything - the template, the stone, installation, and even a gorgeous sink!Bill came out and measured for the template, and he is meticulous and thorough. CJ fielded our many calls and visits to choose the exact slabs and ensure we were thoroughly satisfied with our decision. Installation was a breeze and we couldnt be happier!
