I will never go to Verizon again as I found out you can do everything needed inside Best Buy! Great customer service! The manager wA friendly helpful and spoke to me by first name. The young man who worked the Verizon counter was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and acted as if he really liked his job. Do yourself a favor and use best buy whenever Verizon services are needed!

Went in to Best Buy today to get a new phone. The guys were so helpful and made the process so easy. I have a certain app that I use everyday and I was very concerned about transferring the app to my new phone where it would recognize me. They were able to do that for me. I was so pleased. I absolutely love the Samsung Galaxy S21+. So glad I chose this phone. The camera is awesome and the colors in the games and the photos I take are magnificent. Thanks for all your help today.
Can find pretty much what ever your looking for, but a little pricey.
Wanted a certain size tv, they had some. We got one. The sales person was very helpful. The geek squad fired it up for me so I could see it work, that way I wouldnt get home, find out it didnt work and have to bring it back. They were all very acomadating. We will be back when we are in the area.
My 15 year old wanted a laptop. And she kept talking about Best Buy. I thought that they would be super pricey. But she did her research and found an HP laptop for $219.00. She ordered it online and used her summer job money to pay for it. She ordered it on a Friday and Best Buy sent her an email that it was ready for pick up, Saturday. We stopped in Saturday morning and in 5 minutes she had her laptop and we were on our way. The staff is super nice and helpful.
First: Everyone at this store was SOOOOO nice. I needed a specialized adapter for a business trip. Bryan (incredibly fun and helpful) grabbed one of the tech guys and they found JUST the thing I needed. Many thanks! Highly recommend this store/these nice people.
I broke my phone today and we decided to go get myself and my wife new phones. The employee Alex who works there was very helpful. After returning home I noticed I couldnt receive text messages. We drove back to the store and Alex was very helpful and worked and worked and got it all figured out and up and running. Smart guy very curtius and helpful. Will definitely go back.

Excellent service, ease of location and prompt delivery. However, when you need to return a large appliance that you paid for, it is most difficult to get your refund. It is also impossible to get to speak with someone about the refund.
Went here earlyer today to buy a tv waited 15 min.buy the TVs and no one waited on me and the workers I seen all had their heads looking at their phone will not be goin back there anytime soon
Yesterday morning I broke my Samsung Note5 and I was hoping the phone could be fixed, but I ended up buying a new phone instead. Im not sure how long I was there, but it didnt seem like it was more than an hour. The gentlemen working in the cellular department, every single one of them, were so great and helped get me a great deal on a Note20 5G. They were all so nice and I appreciated their humors, especially on a morning where I broke my phone of 7yrs. Honestly, if I could give more than 5 stars I would because my experience was 10/5 yesterday.
My sister bought me 2 tvs for my kids. I picked them up on may 31st. I finally had some where to put them and opened them yesterday. One of them is damaged, the physical screen is fine but the display screen is all cracked when turned on. But it is outside of their 15 day return policy.. The store is not currently taking calls and the online representative was not helpful at all.. I just need to know if it is still exchangeable. Terrible customer service.

I took my phone in for the Geek Squad to replace my battery. The phone was damaged during the repair so they replaced my phone with a brand new one and I didn’t lose any data since they backed up all my info. Best customer service ever.

Had to last minute Christmas shop for my 9 year old son. I was dreading having to shop, but the Manager Bryan made the experience not just fast and painless but actually pleasant. He was multi tasking, greeting customers, and still made time to answer all my questions I had. He not only found the exact phone and color my son wanted but got me the best deal possible. I dont go to Best Buy very often, although, I am always very pleased when I do. The knowledgeable employees always help us find what we need. The store was not crowded, but busy and we still did not have to wait in line to check out.

What I expect from BestBuy. Nothing over the top. With fairness I didnt need help or require over the top help.
I had an appointment for roughly 3 weeks and they called two days prior to cancel my appointment. Rescheduling is not an option for me and they didnt seem to want to offer more hours to an employee at a different location in order to get me in on the scheduled day. Seems kind of foolish to me because they lost a $1500 sale and I lost 3 weeks of waiting with my money tied up that I could have used elsewhere.
Staff is just always bugging you when your are looking around. 7 times I was asked in 15 min of inside the store.
I asked the clerk for a wiring harness to install a car stereo as per my mechanic. I got a bag full of parts and was charged $130.00. My mechanic used one piece from the bag and gave the rest back to me. I returned the bag to Best Buy and asked for some credit since the exspensive grab bag had five times more stuff than what the job required. The manager credited me $110.00. Very nice.
Absolutely love the people and there policies. Awesome customer service and they go the extra mile to help out their customers! Will be using them as my source for my electronics !
Well I would like to say that our purchase was great. However we have not received it. The delivery was scheduled. Received email stating the delivery time frame. Was told they would call two hours ahead with eta. No heads up call, no delivery, can not reach anyone to find out what’s going on. Meanwhile I have my kitchen tore apart waiting on my appliances. Customer service is the worst. Will never buy from them again.
This used to be my favorite store. Over the years theyve cut back on my favorite sections. It was the only place near me that sold anime, now they dont even have a movie and TV show section. Still one of the best stores for electronic devices and wires, but doesnt have half the appeal it did before the changes.
Said they had a dvd series on their web sight..I couldnt get through on a phone..Drove all the way there..No DVDs..Very few..It was a waisted trip
First, I love Best Buy. They have the coolest and most update electronics. They have great representatives who, for the most part, are very informative. Lots of parking. Masks are still required. Went looking for a possible new TV and they have quite a selection. Plus they have update computers. Love going to Best Buy just to look around. Ill be stopping by again.
This BEDT BUY was great. Was asked twice if I needed help. And Kayla was fantastic. They need to clone her and put at least one Kayla at each BEST BUY.
They seem to be extremely back order in there inventory.The are low in products.They dont have alot of things anymore, it seems like they are way behind on there inventory.
I stopped for a quick drop of equipment for repair. It took me over an hour to drop. I expected they send any prerequisites on what to do on the account before headed there.

We had a great experience at this Best Buy location! I got a remote starter for Christmas and had it installed at the Mayfield store, but it was not working properly and the only Best Buy location that could get me in to fix it was the Wooster store. The associate that worked on the problem, was excellent! He was able to troubleshoot the device and found that a wire was bent during the original installation process, and was easily able to fix it! I was very pleased with my service here, but I would not recommend the Mayfield store, they were unwilling to give me an appointment to troubleshoot my device even after they had made a mistake when installing it! Drive the extra miles to come to the Wooster store, it will save you problems down the road!

I had looked for this washer at 2 other places in my area,they couldnt get it until October. Needless to say my washer is being delivered in 4 days for free. Thank you Josh & Best Buy. I cant wait to do laundry at home again.

Drove an hour for curbside pickup for a tv stand for a 75 tv because it was the closest store with the tv stand in stock. The employees were very helpful and polite! I will definitely make another trip to this location if I have to in the future.

Very slow phone response, multiple times, over 30 min wait on phone, the in store inventory is very low always, staff is knowledgeable but overall store performance and looks, reminds me of a store closing with shelves empty

I walked in prepared to spend $500+ on PS4 headphones, AirPods, and Apple chargers. Instead I was accosted at the door and told they “require” a mask. Yes there is a mandate but they are not “required” to enforce it. Plenty of stores don’t enforce it and I’ll be taking my business to those stores. They didn’t just lose my business today though. I will be paying off my Best Buy card and no longer shopping there ever again. 🇺🇸

If you have a medical exemption and are therefore not required to wear a facemask, dont bother trying to shop here! My plan was to walk in, buy a $200.00 dollar item and walk back out but they would not let me do that! The entire store has 1 person willing to help someone with no mask. If that person happens to be with a customer, you are out of luck! I took my business elsewhere!

Quite literally the most incompetent geek squad I’ve ever interacted with. My Xbox won’t turn on and so I brought it in since beat buy claims they have “expert repair of consoles”. They not only said “we don’t really fix xbox’s” they did not even have an Xbox one adapter to test if my adapter was the problem. They then proceed to tell me I have to buy an adapter to test if mine is broken. I finally decide I will and they are OUT OF STOCK. Do not go to this Best Buy, literally any other one will provide your with more help.
Employees were great but never try calling NO ONE answers the phone. I called 3 times 30 mins 2 times and 50 mins the next all on hold no one picked up!!!

Best Buy is an all around great place to get any form of technology you may need. They have great customer service and what they have available online is just as good with even more things to choose from. I highly recommend this place especially during the holiday season, they have amazing deals.
