I left my info on line inquiring availability on my selection. The message was acknowledged and said my inquiry was received. Never heard from them. I then called to find that the car is actually not available. The car is still listed on their site. If your going to offer an online service your going to have to read your emails I guess and updating your listing wouldnt be a bad idea either.

I found the exact car I wanted online so I called up there and spoke to Chris Brickel about it then drove an hour away to go and look at it. When I got there and met him I knew right away I was driving home in it! Him and Tyler the financing guy are great. Tyler worked wonders. Chris was even outside detailing it himself at one point! Both made the whole experience pretty enjoyable, quick, and painless for me. Great help, great upfront and honest people, would definitely go back.

We had a wonderful experience with this dealership. We recently purchased a vehicle for our daughter and both our sales men Bradley wright and the entire staff made us feel welcome and made the process effortless. They went out of their way to locate the specific vehicle my daughter requested and had it delivered from out of state despite the current car inventory shortage across the United States . They helped us with getting her name on the loan to help establish credit for her as she is a recent high school graduate and went through all of the details of setting her up on all of the technology perks like Apple CarPlay and setting up her safety settings and Google maps and various other options on the vehicle.I would highly recommend going through Mazda of Wooster for your next purchase.

We had a recall on our Mazda CX9 schedualed for 10am so we dropped him off the night before. (Key drop is on the left all the way to the back... not much light and bring a pen with you.) They called us at 9:30am and let us know the recall was done and we could pick him whenever we would like. We went in after work and everyone we talked to or walked by was super friendly and polite- even after we said we were there to pick up our car not buy one! We have purchased two cars here and were it not for us needing a truck and truck shortages we would have bought another. Strongly recommend [Park] Mazda of Wooster to everyone!

Absolutely avoid this dealership at all costs. Me and my gf bought a 2012 BMW used, sticker price was 16.9k roughly. Our first time buying a car, traded in a 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 quad cab, in good shape, they only offered 1,000 for trade in... first red flag. Next red flag was the fact that they rushed us entirely through the finance poriton, wouldnt explain costs and charges to us, and said they were closing soon so we need to hurry this along. It was our first time buying a car at a dealership and we drove 4 hours from a different state one way to get there.We dealt with someone named Tyler Harvey and after leaving, our total charges somehow came to nearly 28,000. They charge you $850 for whats called optional gap insurance but insisted it was mandatory. They also didnt explain what it was, or that it was costing us $3,000. Yes some of the blame lies on us for being slightly ill informed, it was our first time. But we were being rushed, and guilt tripped by them saying they close soon.Anyways, made all payments on time, and paid the car off in full on 5/25/2021. We tried getting our gap insurance refund back since we only had the car for roughly 13 months at that point, and the gap contract was for 72 months. So we should have been entitled to a very large portion of that $3,000 gap cost. Contacted Mazda for many weeks. Left over 20 calls, multiple voicemails, emails, etc. Was ignored every time until I had my gf contact them instead. She got the run around from this Tyler guy and supposedly our refund was under way finally after months of fighting. 4 months later, it never showed up, we call back and get ignored many times again. Finally got ahold of someone the new finance director Jan Short. We were told our refund was never even processed even though supposedly it was according to their old finance department director Tyler.Weve made many emails, phonecalls, etc once again trying to finally get this resolved. Submitted every last document theyve requested. We finally get an email from them with over 9 grammatical errors. I wasnt even the one writing them since they ignored me every time i tried, so my gf was the one who wrote them. But for some reason they sent me an email with no context, many grammar errors, and it didnt even make sense. We provided them the paid in full letter straight from the bank then after providing that they claim they cant verify the vin, name, address, car info, etc which is all plain as day on our paid in full pdf from the financer direclty. This new director claims our refund will be processed, then I get an email contradicting what she claimed. We tried calling, writing emails, voicemails, etc all this past week only to be ignored ever since.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SHADY PEOPLE. They will lead you astray, hide hidden charges in paperwork, not explain it, rush you through the process, then burn you when you try to claim a possible gap insurance refund if you pay off your car early.

I recently purchased a 2017 Buick Encore and I could not have been happier with the service I received. I submitted a information request on line and within minutes I got a call back from Chris The Marine. We made an appointment for me to come in that afternoon. Chris was very polite and professional. I knew going in the financing would be tricky. Chris walked me though all the paperwork and we got it done and quickly too! It was about 2 and half hours from the time I walked in to the time I left! He made sure the car was cleaned and gassed up for me as well. I will be sure shop there again.

We communicated with Christopher Everge for a week, and had a deal in place for the vehicle. Spoke with him at 9am, took off work, and drove 2 hours to pick it up. Christopher called as we pulled in to the dealership to inform us they had sold the car and had nothing similar available. The best he could do is offer a more expensive car at a much higher price. This is the most unprofessional salesperson and dealership I have ever encountered.

Havent been to many car dealerships in my life but I can easily say this is the nicest one Ive seen. Drove all the way up from Dayton for the great options available. Very friendly and welcoming staff. They have fresh in house made cookies that are delicious; I was ready to eat them all! There was a nice variety of cars besides Mazda and they were willing to work with personal finance. Ray was great help in purchasing the new family car. I would definitely recommend checking this dealership out.

This repair shop is awful. We broke down 4 hours away from home in Wooster, had them take our car ride home. they were off with communication it took two weeks for them to fix our car, and on the way back home it broke down again the exact same thing. We got cheated out of the money.

The real MVP of this situation is Rick. He went above and beyond helping me with everything and I couldnt recommend him enough. Despite my less than stellar attitude and I will admit I was very unpleasant to work with. He was fair and accommodating. Without him I fear this would have continued on for much longer. So thank you so much Rick.⭐Edit: since my initial review most of the issues have been addressed and corrected. They have been removed or explanation is given for what has been done to resolve them. So while this may read like I am upset with them, I want to leave as much context as possible because I think it highlights how professional they were in handling the issues.Sales people are nice enough, and they are more than willing to let you drive cars to find what you like.Was told my car didnt turn off when the button was pressed because I needed to press it harder it was actually a switch in the shifter that needed to be replaced. When I called to ask about having it done (offering to pay for it because I know it was purchased as is) was told I would receive a call back. I did not receive that call.I have since replaced it myself for less then a dealer would have charged and their service department as of buying the car was understaffed. Things sometimes slip through the cracks. I get that, issue resolved ⭐The gas door doesnt stay closed I knew this when purchasing, and asked if it could be fixed, was told they would send me the parts to fix it myself. The person who was supposed to mail out the parts was newer (part of being understaffed) and dropped the ball, no big deal everyone makes a mistake and they are sending them out or have sent them out. Issue resolved ⭐The title was lost in the mail for month or longer.The title was finally located and it was the fault of the bank. After receiving a copy of the UPS delivery receipt we were able to verify it was the bank that was at fault. Issue resolved ⭐The guys at Mazda of Wooster have done everything they said they would and its much appreciated. Thank you

Stop removing my review lol. Bradley sold me a vehicle that almost killed me and has costed me $4K in repairs just for it to function. Lied completely about the vehicles maintenance history, sold me the vehicle for more than we agreed to and it isnt just taxes, eventually slipped up and gave me the full report and I found out the engine was toast when I bought it and they played unaware in the service center. This place is a cesspool of the most self-righteous, sh*tty people Ive ever come into contact with and if you buy a used car and they dont offer you any extended coverage, its because they know its a POS.

Horrible experience, went to look at a used car with my wife. Made an appointment, salesman was adamant about us coming in, 30min before appointment salesman wanted to reschedule so he could go to the dentist, then changes his mind and wants to keep appointment. We show up and the car he brings us is not what was advertised, the interior was different and there was a lot wrong with the vehicle - said the car was in great shape over the phone, but when we got there said the radio was broken and they would replace that, I found the antenna was tapped together and he tried to brush it off like it was a cheap part, then found the window switch wasnt working correctly and he said that it was supposed to be like that. Absolute zero knowledge of vehicles. Would not recommend, go somewhere else.

If you can, go to a different dealership for a car.I bought a used car from here to have as a second car and everything seemed to have been fine and ran fine when I test drove it and once I got home my convertible top barely went back up. The trunk also wasn’t opening and when I was trying to start the car it was delaying a little. I called the next day to figure out if there were problems with this car already that they hadn’t mentioned and the dealer, Peter Herman, didn’t know so he said he would give me a call on Monday to let me know (it was Saturday). When Monday came he called and said that the service department said that there was no record of anything being wrong with the car and that the car was sold as is and everything was fine when we test drove it. They didn’t offer to do anything about it which makes me think that they are a very shady dealership and the service department doesn’t know what they’re doing. There was no as is sticker on the car or in any of the papers that I signed. I called several times to speak with a manager (I live an hour away) and they kept saying that the managers are busy and I left messages to give me a call back and no one ever did. All they want is a sale, not worth dealing with especially if you’re looking to buy a used car. If you want GOOD customer service, DON’T go here.

Recently took my sons Volvo in for rather costly maintenance repairs. We knew they would have the car for a couple days. Melanie was so kind when I called to check on the progress. They offered a loaner as well. Kudos to Curtis Brown for the awesome work he has done on this car!!! When my car lease is up I will visit Mazda for my next car! They have beautiful cars there, both new and used. Our experience started with Bradley Wright who is an awesome guy.

Updated 5/19: I’m changing my review from 5 to 4 stars. I was pleased with my initial interactions and purchase of the vehicle, and I stand by my initial review, as far as it goes. However, last week, on the first warm day since I bought the vehicle in December, the AC didn’t work when I tried it for the first time since owning the vehicle. Upon contacting the dealer asking if this could be a covered repair (as I’d never had the opportunity to try the AC), I was first told no, since I didn’t purchase an extended service agreement, and then when I complained, I was told that since the defrost worked all winter, that proved there was nothing wrong with the AC when I bought the vehicle, therefore they really didn’t have a responsibility to service it. Doing my own online research, I was fortunate to fix the AC myself with a $10 relay switch, but that’s beside the point. Mazda of Wooster made it clear they had no interest in helping me get to the bottom of the problem, and definitely were not going to repair it for me, without a price. I wouldn’t have asked if it were anything else, but a function like AC that I couldn’t even try all winter, seemed like a reasonable request. I usually dont post on reviews and such, but I feel like this is well needed! Me & my wife drove 1hr& 10 minutes to only get to Wooster Oh to go & purchase a Buick Lucerne which the salesman Jared & I discussed the day before my 9:30 -10:00 appointment coming from Cleveland OH. 10 minutes into arriving we getting called from the dealership. We cant respond due to using the GPS! So as soon as we arrive My Wife looks @ the text, now mind you weve just got in the parking lot & Jared says the car was sold online. My stomach fell. First of all I was already pre approved for way more than the car that I was going to purchase.I really dont have anything bad to say about Jared because it wasnt his fault! Its the management fault,& we really feel discriminated against. We know that we were. No Explanation. BBB.

Park Mazda was the first place I stopped to shop for a vehicle and I explained to Jason that I had to shop around a little before I decided on anything. This has been a long time coming! We bought our car while out of state in 2017. Even now two years later we feel the same way as we did when we purchased it. Ray, in the Finance Dept and Danny Jake, the Owner, and everyone we encountered were professional, courteous and went above and beyond to help us, even meeting us halfway once we purchased the car. They helped us with a great warranty that really helped us out as the car had some things it needed work on...along with getting all of the out of state licensing, etc set up! Ray was so helpful and professional to us and was available whenever we needed him. Top customer service and just great honest people. We will purchase from Mazda Wooster for our next vehicle!

My experience was pretty awful here, both with the vehicle we purchased and the process of purchasing it.We visited the dealership knowing exactly the Mazda5 we were wanting to buy. We test drove it and decided to make an offer. From there on out the entire process took over five hours, mostly of us waiting to be helped. We have purchased through dealerships many times before and have never had the wait times this dealership had. At this dealership they seemed disorganized and unhelpful. The financing officer at the dealership was very new, so some difficulty is understandable, but after a lot of waiting and a lot of difficulty getting the right forms to print we had to return to the dealership later when they were able to get technical help. Their original solution was to take a picture with a cell phone, send it to us, and ask us to print that cellphone image out and sign it. We thought that a bit unreasonable of a solution for legally binding contracts.As for the vehicle itself, about a week after purchase the check engine light came on. After having the service department look into it they stated it needed a new gas cap as it would not properly close. It seems unlikely to us that this was the first time this issue has been noticed, as the timing is quite the coincidence.We also noted to them there was a slight wobble and road noise during the test drive. Service department looked into it and claimed the tires were not properly balanced and that it would be corrected. Roughly a month after purchase we took the vehicle to get the tires rotated at a different shop and were told the tires had not been rotated for so long that the back tires were completely ruined. The wires were almost showing because of this. Additionally, the alignment was so out of place the tires were being further ruined. Last but not least, they double checked the tires and confirmed they had not been balanced.In summary, the sales side of the dealership was unorganized and unprofessional, and the service side of this dealership either outright lied about the state of the vehicles tires or were actually too incompetent to even notice the ruined tires and terrible alignment.

The sales staff are beyond amazing! We drove from nearly two hours away, having done most of the process over the phone, and they were more accommodating than we could have asked for. They went over every feature of the car and made sure we had a solid understanding of what everything could do before we left on or test drive.We were fairly sure that we were going to buy but at no point did we feel pressured or that we were just a paycheck to them. They treated us like family and walked us though the paperwork.I would gladly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a Mazda.

I was looking for a Mazda 6 with light interior, push button start, and a sunroof. After much searching, Mazda of Wooster had it! I called Tom in sales and within a day, we had a deal. Drove 6 hours from West Michigan and was greeted immediately. I test drove the vehicle, Tom briefly went over the features and owners manual, and I was on my way home with a beautiful blue Mazda. Zoom zoom!!! The dealership even filled the gas tank so I didnt have to make a gas stop the entire trip. I would highly recommend Mazda of Wooster.

The worst dealership in wayne county. Cant service all that they sell. Sales and service both lie. Bought 2014 F 350. Have only driven 1000 miles and has been in their shop for 1 month out of the 3 months Ive owned it. Terrible communication. Typical car salesman. Was Told by salesman they can service diesel. They cant. Rotor was bad and fuel pump and fuel filter bad in that 1,000 miles. Tells me they did very little service before it went on lot. They cannot even get the truck on their lifts. Service manager said the rotor had to be done after hours on the floor because lifts are in use during regular hours. Window sticker even said truck had cruise control and CD player. It had neither. Shows that they pay very little attention to detail.

Park Mazda is the only place I go for maintenance on my vehicle. They can maintenance any vehicle even if its not a Mazda and they are completely honest and fair. I took a vehicle in recently and they were honest that it wasnt worth fixing so they saved me the cost of fixing a vehicle that had too many issues and they didnt even try to pressure me to buy something else. Just a great bunch of people that can be trusted.

I bought my first Mazda from them at the beginning of September and they were nothing but amazing to me. I dont know a lot about cars and I was NOT ONCE taken advantage of in this dealership. They truly are to service me and make sure I have the best customer service possible. I bought my car from Darren and he is just the nicest guy. Very knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. Today I had to take my car in for my first service and they came to my work picked up my car and then brought it back. THAT is service and how you keep a customer for life.

Horrible owners they only stop and steer inspect their cars. Alot in the lot for sale havent been inspected or half have known issue and its not told to the customer. They lie and cheat their employees stealing their pay checks and stabbing them in the back imagine what they do to customers.

We were greeted by Ray and later helped by Mike. Both were incredibly kind and helpful in our search. Mike reminded me of my uncle and was not pushy at all. He was upfront, honest, and knowledgable. While a Mazda may not be in our price range right now, I can assure you that we will be heading their way when its time to buy a car. Ive never felt more at ease than I did talking to Mike about cars, and his second place in the annual dart championship!

Will not being back to them at all! I dont even want to go back to them for the free oil changes I was given with the purchase of my vehicle.I bought an F150 off of them a few months ago and have had nothing but problems with it. The very day I bought my truck, the check engine light came on. We called in and they said to bring it back the following Monday (was a Saturday and service was gone for the day). I took it in, they gave me a loaner and said they would check it out. They ended up sending it to Ford because it is under warranty. I would go almost a month at a time without it. It has actually been in the shop more than I have gotten to drive it. I asked the gentleman I bought it off of what he could do, and he said he would give me x amount for it. An amount way smaller than what I paid (2 months before). He also said he would look into other vehicles for me. He looked at a Chevy they had on the lot right then (not something I was interested in). I never heard from him again. Not even a check up to see how I was liking my truck a few months later.It has actually gotten to the point where Ford has me calling them. Ford has been better with me about my truck (that I didnt buy from them) then Mazda has. Im just thankful that it is under warranty. Good luck to anyone that buys from Mazda.

My buying experience here in 2008 was very good and based on that I decided I would use them for service as well. The first few years went really well but my last few experiences have not gone well at all. I dont know if the person who was in charge left or what but I have been appalled by the level of service my last two visits. Two oil changes ago, I had to have a Saturday appointment. I asked if I would be able to pick the car up after the garage was closed and they said I could. The only problem was the only people there were teenagers who were more interested in flirting to pay attention to me. In addition, once I finally got my car back, they had no way for me to pay, the computers being shut down. I decided that this was probably a fluke and took my car in again to get the oil changed and for my power steering recall. When I made my appointment they told me it would take two hours for the work to get done. I dropped off my car at 10 expecting it back by 12. At 1:15 I called because I was trying to leave town on vacation by 2 and had heard nothing. They were shocked to hear that I had needed an oil change despite my mentioning to the check in guy multiple times (he also seemed to have very little interest in communicating with me) and made excuses about everyone being on lunch from 12-1 and thats why my car wasnt done. Well, if it only took two hours, that lunch break shouldnt have mattered. I was most irritated that they didnt know that I had wanted an oil change at all even though that is what I initially brought the car in for. Needless to say, they messed up their second chance. I will now be going to the Ford dealership. I used to have a Ford and I never had one issue with them. I even got my tires done recently and they were prompt and fair.

Did the 4 hour drive from Michigan to come buy a sweet mx-5 (Miata). Ray the ex farmer called me immediately after i submitted my interest and credit application and was shocked by the friendly professional no pressure sale procedure. Even from out of state Ray and the team from Mazda of Wooster made it happen silky smooth! Well worth the trip. Tons of pictures available and even more sent to my phone through text messages. Exactly as described and nothing hidden. Very impressed. He was straightforward, honest and trustable to the point that I reserved the vehicle without seeing it. Ray answered all my questions in a timely and honest fashion...he sent me all the detail pictures I requested and worked the deal over the phone. Mazda of Wooster has the the best car service and sales! Dane the service manager and Danny, the owner are awesome beyond belief. They picked up my car in Columbus and took it back to Wooster for an oil change and brought it back with the oil changed and a smile.They also were able to get my car’s scratched and slight debts fixed in a short time. I have my car back now and it looks perfect! Scheduling an appointment was a breeze and the entire service episode took place without any issues. It was actually pleasant. I bought a car from this dealership 12 years ago. It was my first car at 16 and I saved my money all summer and paid $1000 dollars for a used 86 Ford Taurus. The engine blew up 3 days after driving it. When I tried to see if they would work with me about getting something else I was told I bought it as is and to leave there was nothing that they could do. Fast forward to last month. My younger brother bought a used 06 Mazda Tribute from Jason at this dealership. He hasnt even made the first payment yet and the transmission and rear end went out in it. The estimated cost of repair is $5000. When he tried to go back and see if there was anything that could be done Rick the assistant manager was eager to help out and was working with them on finding a solution. A few days later Nick the Manager of this location told him he bought it used and there was nothing else that could be done. DO NOT BUY ANY USED CARS FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I learned my lesson and went to college hills honda up the road. Bought a used car there 10 years ago and it is still running. Quality and Management at this location is very poor.
