Poor selection even knowing it’s a small store. they will do everything they can to not allow you to use coupons. Even though the coupons are valid and apply to what is bought. I have spent over 20 minutes trying to explain why my coupon is valid the cashier just seems to not know anything about their coupons and system.

Store is always very clean and organized. They don’t always have the exact item(s) I need, but they are a smaller store.

I think this place has made a real turn around for the better. I find most of the employees are kind and helpful. The managers really do a great job keeping the place running. Most of the people who work here are crafters and if they cant offer advice on your particular hobby theres a chance someone at the store can.

They seem to usually have what my wife is looking for.

Very helpful employee even with inventory going on at the same time! Coming from retail background I know how inventory is and I was impressed with the amazing help when we were trying to decide to hang outdoor curtains.

Very good items, but a little on the expensive side if just looking for a simple item. If looking for a very well made item, this is the perfect place :)

The people who work there are nice. The line is often really slow to check out because they insist on asking people for all their info (email, etc) even when theres a long line waiting.

Lots of good stuff, but hear me on this, do not buy here with out a coupon.... prices inflated expecting you to use one.. seems mire and more big box stores are going this route.. rewards club, lots of coupon and sales = high prices normal.

If you want to shop JoAnns, use coupons, much cheaper. Otherwise, staff is friendly and helpful. Lots to choose from.

Comparing this with others in this chain i was impressed by the selection of fabric and availability of sales staff. Has everything from denim to satin, plus embroidery, knitting, scrapbooking and more. Plenty of parking. Easy to nsvigate within the store.

I buy a lot of fabric here, and they get a lot of money from me. But as someone else mentioned some of the staff is a real pain, and act as though you the customer is a bother! They do have a couple great people there; if it was not for them I would quit shopping there altogether.Today I shopped and then the lady (Linda S.) did not want to cut my fabric straight according to the fabric! So I had wasted my time shopping with my 4 children! She cut 2 peices and then said she just couldnt do the other 6! So I didnt get them. This is a big disappointment to me. Im ready to go other places with my business!

Clerks are friendly and knowledgeable. They answer questions and are able to recommend things like thread and supplies I may have forgotten.

This is my go to place for embroidery thread. I find their fabric too pricey, unless you can catch a really good sale.

I just love having the time to shops for all the knitting items I need . I enjoy checking out the yarn isle.So many colors, textures etc.

Went in looking for Diamond painting kits and find any but I did find something Ive been looking for 2 years for so this is a great day thank you Jo-Anns

Were not busy and I was waited on immediately,. Which was great. Sometimes I wait a long time before getting checked out and waiting to get material cut. Then you would get 1star.

It never ceases to amaze me how slow this store is. Ive been 3 times and have every time waiting at least triple the time I spent getting what I needed as to getting fabric cut and even waiting to check out.
