I went in for a pillow with good neck support and the guy was talking in circles and getting super philosophical. Oh well why do you think need another pillow? Because mine is falling apart... but what does that mean? What kind are you looking for? Because a pillow that supports one persons head wont support another... Im a very patient person, but we spoke like that for a good 5 minutes. Man, I just want a pillow! Wont be going there for a mattress. Id be there for hours just debating the meaning of life!

I was in your store Sunday, 8-8-21 to shop for mattresses. Justin greeted us at the door and asked what he could help us with. I have been researching mattresses for over 2 years so now all I needed to do was to test them. It’s a little weird rolling around on beds while a stranger asked questions but I do have to say that by the second bed I was pretty relaxed. We had the best experience shopping for a new mattress (after too many years) at the Wooster store. Staff was extremely helpful in explaining various options to us, but also listened carefully to where we’ve been with respect to mattresses and where we think we need to be currently. With encouragement, we tried out a variety of mattresses, with again the staff giving an honest appraisal of the virtues of each, depending on the experience with various customers. There was not a “hard sell” approach, which we greatly appreciated. We can only highly recommend this company and it’s staff!!

We purchased our Purple Mattress in late 2019 at the Wooster Mattress Firm and I’ve really never had a better mattress buying experience. I have had enough issues with other mattress stores to make me suspicious of the whole industry. Mattress Firm changed that for me. They were upfront and had standard pricing. (Purple does set a standard price, which is nice, not having to fool around with sales or hidden fees.)There was even an error in our favor in the original quote which they honored without us having to ask. We had a few hiccups on our end in the delivery date and had to change it a few times. They were patient with us, and the delivery and setup happened smoothly.Now over a 16 months later, we wanted to use a coupon Mattress Firm gave us back then, in conjunction with a cash back deal that our credit card company was offering. Christian, a MF employee, figured out a way to make it work with our credit card’s strict limitations on only getting the offer online. He went out of his way to think outside the box and make it happen. That’s the kind of customer service that really makes me want to recommend a company or service.By the way, we love our mattress and adjustable frame a lot. It has really helped me sleep better and reduced back pain. The adjustable frame mechanics are in great shape. As I said before, I have always been cynical about mattress sales, but Wooster Mattress Firm has changed my mind. We’ll be back.

The manager of the store was rude from the moment we walked in. She was short and argumentative. After about 10 min. of her terrible customer service, we walked out and drove to a different Mattress Firm where we were spoken to with kindness and helpfulness. And where we purchased a new mattress and adjustable bed frame. Would we recommend Mattress Firm? Not this one!
