Love this place! So many wonderful books at reasonable prices. There is something for everyone. I think my daughter could stay here for days just browsing.

Books In Stock covers a very wide range of topics over two floors, and it covers them with a wide selection of books. Most are in new or almost new condition, and prices are very fair (usually 8-14 dollars). Great little store!

Best used book store I’ve been to in a long time. Selection is huge for all ages, great prices, nice layout, cute and cozy, and the staff is very friendly.

This place is dope. I realized when I got there I had been there a few years before, but it was still as cool as I remembered it. A lot of the things I found (which ended up being a lot, all used books — none rare) were priced a little higher than I might find them elsewhere, but there were a lot of rare titles I cannot find anywhere else and they were in very good condition (despite being older paperback classics) so I did not mind. This is also considering that the store has a pretty big footprint with a lot of titles. Will definitely come back in the future.

This is just the best used book store! Its large enough to have lots of interesting stuff bit small enough that you dont feel lost. And it smells just the way used book store should.

I found so many books. I was visiting from the Florida Keys....traveling back with my treasures was a juggle, but so worth it. Wish we had this down here.

No mask no service. 👎🏼 I’ll take my money elsewhere. Nobody was even in the place. Maybe y’all ought to look up how covid is even transmitted.... you’d have to be in close proximity to somebody with the active virus for an extended period of time..... 1-2 HOURS. You are giving up business for literally NO reason.

Stopped in over my lunch break to look through this large used book store. Worth a stop for any bookworm. I was hoping for a larger classics/philosophy/poetry section, but I still found a book that was on my wishlist, so definitely worth the stop.Prices are what you would expect; half the price of the MSRP.But I couldnt find a single copy of Beowulf! 😭Definitely will be back.

Phenomenal place for all bibliophiles. Well worth any time, effort, or energy invested in making this a destination visitation. When you walk in the first sight are rows and rows of books and the smell that captures you is the essence that only true Book Lovers will love and appreciate. The staff and service are friendly and helpful and work at finding what you are requesting. Very rarely does one walk out without a new book to explore. Easy to do when there are almost 90,000 books to choose from!

I love this place to find used books. The selection is fantastic. They get a lot of good books, and collections in here. They have toys for the little ones to play with also as you browse which is very helpful. They also have a nice selection for kids and teens. Everything is categorized so its easy to find what your looking for.

You can find some very rare things here from time to time. The staff have always been nice and very helpful. They are within walking distance of the center of old district downtown Wooster. You have a few coffee shops close by. Too bad they cant re organize the store and add a coffee shop to the store would be a nice addition to it. Great gem in a cool older town.

My husbands first language is Spanish, love that they have a small foreign language book section! Some of the prices are high on the books, selling an old book for half price of a brand new one. I just dont buy those, unless I absolutely need it. They also have a lot of Stephen Kings older books. Tried buy one at other book store in Wooster, but they would have had to order it. Books in stock had several copies for a fraction of the price of a new copy

Love trading and buying books here. Can’t wait until it reopens. Thankfully, I am stocked up on books.

Books in Stock has a eclectic collection of Pre-owned books. Some very rare and difficult to find items if youre interested in collecting books. Also the selections are very well organized and easy to peruse.

First of all, this store covers the book’s barcode with their own, so I had to peel all of them off so that I could scan the books for my classroom library. AND GUESS WHAT I FOUND!!!! The price for the USED books were higher than the NEW price on many of them. I’m furious, and I feel betrayed. I live in Louisville so I can’t return them. I made a special trip to this store when I was passing through. The owner is a crook! Don’t go here!!

Books In Stock is a wonderful gem in the Wooster community. They have a huge variety of books on every topic and in every genre. If you cant find something, theyll help you look for it. I would highly suggest grabbing a book off the shelve and settling down on one of the many chairs and making a day of it!

My husband and I love this book store. There are so many books to go through, we could spend hours in the store if we had the time! I frequently buy used music books and sheet music here and my kids love to pick out new bedtime stories. The prices are great!

I found almost all of my childs school literacy books here. All of which are hard to find in regular books stores. Was thrilled too especially because we were there from out of town! So bonus!

I can find books Im most interested in be it fiction or nonfiction they have it.

They have a large selection of books, and good prices. The building is just a little cramped and appears a little dirty. Id suggest a minor remodel and a deep cleaning. The employees are very nice and helpful.

Everyone here is very nice. It’s a very niche place but a nice little cranny in wooster that is like stepping away from the world and retreating into a nerd haven.

Im in love with this book store, Id been wanting to go for a while and it was everything Id hoped for. My husband and I could have spent hours in here but alas my 6 year old was not AS excited! Haha we will be back for sure!

A fun place to explore. I have an old book of Greek Poetry from here that I love.

It is nice how they have their set up but when you get lost in trying to completely understand their set up, I wasnt approached or seen anyone that could have helped. I did see one lady and it was a couple words and I didnt see her again??
