I took my daughter dress shopping at several different stores and she was unable to find a dress. The owner help us find the perfect dress. She looks and feels like a princess. We will definitely be back for prom

We went to several stores around and then up to Cleveland where everything was too picked over and we had no luck. Not only was the selection amazing but we have never been so pampered!! My daughter tried on a dozen beautiful dresses and found her perfect fit 😁😁😁 Thank you so much for saving my daughters first homecoming.

I went in looking for a prom dress and I left with the biggest smile on my face. I am the most complicated girl to dress shop for but the first dress I put on I immediately fell in love. If you are looking for a prom dress or wedding dress come here first.

Haven’t bought my dress yet waiting for some last minute choices however the owner was so sweet. The store is very homey and the variety is amazing! There are so many choices and she was so helpful, on top of the so many gorgeous dresses in store she has several catalogs. You are able to alter dresses in so many ways as well! Including color, straps, slits, etc.! Highly recommend for prom and other special occasions!

I come to this place every time I need a dress for a special occasion. The owner is the nicest lady I’ve met and she helps the best she can to find a dress in the price range you want. The dresses are well taken care of and they have a layaway option for high school students or brides on a budget.

I went to two other bridal boutiques and they didn’t compare to this experience, I had what I thought was my dream dress on hold at another shop. I get out of my car and the dress she had on her mannequin in the window was so beautiful and everything I was looking for I went in tried it on and she was so amazing to work with she made me feel comfortable and at home, I ended up buying the first dress I tried on! My daughter and I stopped in just to look around and the lady insisted that we try on some dresses, so we did. I picked out four dresses to try on and my daughter picked out a handful. The very first dress that I tried on was the ONE!!!! It was perfect in every way. I even cried because it was so perfect. The whole experience was truly amazing. I ADORED this place. It was such a down to earth homey experience for me. As soon as I walked in Pat told me certain style wedding gowns I should try that would best compliment my shape. She was not shy to make me try new things (which ended up being the dress I picked!) I was so comfortable and never felt judged. I have been to other bridal shops lately and I will say this was by far my favorite experience. I never once felt pressured or rushed I will be returning to purchase the dresses for my party

Such an amazing experience. I wasnt looking for a particular dress but when I got there and found out I could customize my own dress I was ecstatic!! The customer service here was beyond amazing and courteous. The owner helped me try on so many dresses and gave practical advice which helped me to make my decision. i have never had a better experience buying a dress. If you are looking for something that is less traditional, then go here. I decided on a blue wedding dress and it turned out amazing(plus I got to see all the other customized dresses that were made for people- and they were amazing). The woman who owns this shop was so passionate about what she does, and she made the experience amazing. Thank you for making my perfect dress dream come true!!

A yr ago I contacted Winning Image re a grandmother of the bride dress, and my entire dealings with Sharon gave me lots of confidence that all would go well. She was MOST kind & helpful. The minute she saw me she knew exactly what would suit me best. After my dress arrived, she made the fittings & alterations go smoothly. I could not have been happier. Wooster is blessed to have this service so close to home.

Absolutely wonderful service. Im not sure why people are saying bad stuff, but I never had a problem. The lady was very nice and offered to help me look for a prom dress through 5 or 6 books she has. She knows what will look good, and offers amazing advice. The dress came in when she said it would and it looked beautiful. I would recommend anybody to go here.

I have been in two separate weddings over the past couple of years and I would go back to Sharon every time. She helped me pick my dresses and made sure I liked how I looked from every angle. My sister and I went into this store and the women working their was highly rude to us. She has called my sister fat which isn’t professional nor something that should be said to anybody. I’m 19 years old and my sister is 17 which makes it worse since the women working their is a grown adult and doesn’t know how to be 1. Professional and 2. Respectful. My sister isn’t anything near being fat if I could give this store a negative rating I would. I’ve worked in retail several years and gotten rude customers but we weren’t even rude and we didn’t give her a reason to be rude to us. I’ve lived in Wooster my whole entire life up until I was 18 and woosters employees have gotten worse with their customer service skills and their management. That goes for every worker that is rude to customers and workers that don’t do their job right. If you go into Cleveland’s businesses the workers know how to do their jobs correctly and they are wonderful with customer service.

Winning image goes above and beyond for their customers. My sister and I have gone to Sharon for both formal and pageant gowns in the past.I have won multiple pageants locally and its because I found awesome dresses at Winning Image. They alter your dress so it fits like a glove (if you need it) . Sharon (the owner) went out of her way to get gloves dyed to match my dress for prom.I recently went back for her to alter my wedding dress. She of course went above and beyond my expectation for the bussell and had great suggestions to ensure I approved. Sharon is passionate about her business and her customers! I would reccomend Winning Image to anyone looking for a wedding gown, formal dresses, and even alterations.

Worst experience ever! If you are thinking of going here DONT!! I went there looking for bridesmaids dresses which were very over priced, and ended up purchasing a wedding dress. I was told the dress was new, but once I got home I realized the dress was very dirty, ripped, and missing a lot of beads, sequins, and not in very good condition. I took the dress back asking for a refund which I was told no and was assured the dress was new and was just in poor condition from being tried on so much. The owner offered me merchandise credit which I didnt want or a different dress in the store which I didnt want either. Now Im out $500 and stuck with a dress I dont want and a wedding thats 2 months away. Very poor customer service. Will NEVER go there again for anything. Very dirty store also. Steer clear!

Ive shopped at Winning Image for years. My sister and I both bought our prom dresses here and got rave reviews about the dresses from several people. Also, Id like to add that the atomposhere and service both exceeding my expectations... The lady that was arranging items inside the store was extremely friendly with always a smile on her face. She was very polite and homey. I definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a bridal dress, prom dress, groom tux,mens tuxs, brides maids gowns, mother of the bride dresses. Mens dress shoes, jewelry, etc.

Terrible bussiness. Rude. Unorganized. All of the bad reviews written here are spot on. Nothing fit when it came in. She claims that she measures everything the right way and everyone else does it wrong, Everything came down to a last minute nightmare even though we started doing business with her 5 months in advance. Once she has your money it is very hard to contact her. Doesnt answer the phone, doesnt return messages, and isnt at the store during posted business hours. She didnt earn a dollar of the money we paid her.

BEWARE All around a big joke. Post-it notes instead of detailed order tracking. Wrong sized everything. LIES straight to your face. Forgot to order one of the bridesmaids dresses and made us pay more for another dress and made us pay for the faster shipping even though they screwed up. In case your wondering.
