Ground Beef, Ribeyes, Beef Hotdogs, and Jerky are absolutely amazing. Thats just what Ive purchased. They have lots of other fresh cuts of meats. Have only been there a few times, but I have not been disappointed yet.

These people jumped through hoops to get me thinly sliced ribeye while they were waiting for their health department inspection. I wanted to make a Korean dish called bulgolgi and they made it happen. Im so pleased with their service and meat.

Requested fillet mignon. She showed the beef loin she was going to cut them from and it looked ok. She brought out the two fillets I was buying and they looked ok. When I opened the package at home and turned them over I found them to be shot through with the tough fibrous connective tissue. It remains to be seen how they taste or chew.

Just picked up my two hogs that they butchered. Jeff is absolutely amazing. Very nice and personable. Was very impressed with the cuts of meat I got. Sad part is they are no longer gonna be in business because the building they were leasing is being sold to a corporation and torn down for yet another gas station. Best of luck to Jeff and Tammie.
