Gas didnt work and attendant stood inside and watched me drive from pump to pump for 20 minutes and never bothered to tell me the pumps arent working. I wasted 20 minutes of my life because this attendant didnt want to bother informing me that the pumps dont work. Disgusted.

This gas has gone downhill considerably, if the gas pumps arent broken, the credit card machines are down, or the coolers are broken. Theyll have a long line while 1 person works and the other stands in the back watching. Worst gas station in wooster

They have a sign on the door says sorry for the inconvenience cash only, but will not accept a 50 and less you are purchasing over $40 worth of merchandise.

I try to avoid this place at all costs nothing ever works like nothing! The pumps the credit card machine and you can forget 24 hours because whenever the guy wants to mop at 2:00 a.m. he locks the door and tells you too bad come back later...

I used to stop here as it was on my way home from work, but prices are higher on many things than any other gas station around, and the computer system is always going down, either its cash only or they cant make any transactions at all. You are much better off just going somewhere else and saving yourself the time!

The doors are locked every single night I go there even though its supposed to be open 24/7Edit: 4/14/2021 12:45 am doors locked pumps are magically down I didnt even need the pumps I just needed stuff from inside the store

While the employees always seem to try their best to handle situations that occur, the constant problems with the computer/credit card systems needs to be fixed. Its no longer just a little glitch. Gas is usually 5 to 10 cents more than in town, also.

Very good customer service, store always looks very organized and clean. The manger is always willing to do whatever he can if there is a problem . Definitely worth stopping in ! Also the fresh food in there is amazing!

This is the only gas station I pass on my way to and from work and my wife and I use to stop here a couple times a week each. Now ...Everytime I stop there is an issue with the pumps or service at the counter...let alone the awful customer service. I will drive out of my way to go to another gas station from now on...rediculous

If offering a receipt at the pump, you should keep the paper full. Some people travel for work and have to get a receipt. It is better for customers if they dont have to go inside ..

Hands down the worst gas station in Wooster. Horrible customer service... Along with countless other issues. I will go out of my way to find another station from now on. I mean look at all the 1 star reviews!

The store is always dirty. The service is very slow. That’s if any workers are ever behind the counter. They had broken glass on the floor in the same area for over 3 weeks. Disgusting place.

A Thief is a THIEF!!!!!! Owner aproved..Everytime I come in here the cashiers ask the customers to round up to the nearest dollar so they can donate the change.What a pay raise for the cashiers.They were not running any promotion for Veterans, as the owner says in his comments, (months after my post)They were stealing from the customers.

I would not recommend the car wash. It was the worst $10 car wash I ever used. It only washed the top half of my van, bottom half look like it was never washed.

Usually clean, just also can be long wait. But its always worth it 😉

Went to get ice cream tonight as I often do. They no longer carry the local dairy ice cream and it is now double the price.Other places to get ice cream.
