This baskin robins is a disgrace! The service was good don’t get me wrong but what monster would not put old fashioned butter pecan on their menu… that’s diabolical man and I hate living in a world where people like you exist

Out of most flavors like vanilla and chocolate, no hot fudge and most toppings. Took 10 mins waiting at window to get ice cream.

20 min wait in drive thru due to lobby still being closed. By far the longest wait Ive ever had at a dunkin.

No signs saying baskin Robbins is closed so your stuck in line waiting others to move if you don’t have enough employees make sure your customers are aware that your closed

It is 9:15 there are workers in the store but they are closed. Change our hours online or stay open

I arrived to purchase some fantastic donuts for my co-workers and myself. The shelves were nearly full, but wasnt impressive. I just asked the lady to put those in, put those in, and put thise in also. I purchased four dozen. Ill try Troyers next time.

Online it says your open until 10, whenever I drive there it’s always closed! Your hours always changing or the workers just decide to close early. Not very happy

Great product, but terrible wait times. There were 6 cars in front of me and I was in the drive-thru for 25 mins.

Called in and ordered a cake a week before it was needed. Went to pick it up and it was completely the wrong cake. Apparently the instructions were written correctly, but the cake maker messed it up. Should have just gone with Dairy Queen. Wont order here again.

Prices are a little higher than we like. Came in for a waffle cone and told they did not have any. We had 2 different ice cream flavors and were not impressed with the taste.

Ordered a HOT fudge sundae, fudge was cold, rock hard. Couldnt make a chocolate shake bc they didnt have the right ice cream to make it! Great place to open an ice cream parlor! Smh

The Ice Cream Reference was on Dunkin Donuts as the two businesses are combined here. Also, love their Egg Wraps and special coffees for Breakfast.

The ice cream was freezer burnt but it still was not terrible the cookies were fresh and Great and the rest was good

The ice cream is very fresh and tasty. My favorite its the Pralines and cream. Moderately priced. Service ok.

Just stood inside for 15 mins waiting for 1 scoop. One girl was working and it took that long to make 1 milkshake and then she said she had another one to make. Other workers not busy yet couldnt help. I left without getting anything. Disappointing.

Hashbrowns were soggy and fried in old oil. Sausage was cold in breakfast sandwich. Yuk..

Went today through the drive-thru asked for a chocolate milkshake and the response I got was Sorry we dont have that flavor....What place that HAS milkshakes on thier menu and are not be able to make a chocolate milkshake? I asked what flavors they did have and the girl rattled off all of their ice cream flavors. I asked if they could do any kind of plain shake like strawberry or vanilla....the girl took a minute came back and said The person doing ice cream doesnt know how to make those. Im sorry. Wont ne going here again.

Took a while to receive service that was less than friendly. One person was not wearing gloves the entire time we were there while scooping ice cream and otherwise handling someones order.

Very poor first time here my wife and I both got a reeses. Multi layered Sunday. No whipped cream picture shows icecreame up out of the cup our never even came near the top horrible value will not be returning..

I had to wait a bit b4 some1 waited on me. Then I purchased a donut and was not given my change.i was told ty and have a good evening as cash drawer was being closed.

No hot fudge, back dinning room floor table and chairs dirty. Second choice of ice cream was good.
