We bought a dining table with four chairs and one bench from here. Got a good deal and especially love the finishing of the table surface. I enjoyed assembling the whole set!

Not the biggest selection and seems a little disorganized, but it works 80% of the time for what I need it for.. which is for last minute bday gifts or picnic stuff that I forgot 😆

Nice store had everything we needed

Steven got us the mattress we wanted and gave us great service in the process.

Do not order from the website. Ordered a couch only to find out it would take over two months to get it. Cancelled my order. Received a refund and was then charged AGAIN. This is the 3rd time this has happened for the same order.

Wondering WHERE MANAGEMENT WAS AT 3/20/2021 !?!?!?!?!?Place was VERY busy.Checkouts were backed up 12+ deep AFTER the waiting-maze ( so probably 22 or more in line) when we walked in....There was only ONE cashier!!!Was even worse almost 20 minutes later when we headed for the checkout.... people were winding so far back that folks were sitting on the display sofas in the middle of the store....and still only one cashier!A couple that we KNEW were in line (3 from the end) when we walked in and were still 7 from the register!!We gave up, abandoned the basket and left.I felt SO BAD for the poor gal at that one register!

Bought a nice mattress and bigger bed for my teenage son. I also bought a kitchen table from here a few months ago. The quality seems to be in line with most furniture stores, but better prices. I have furniture from big lots and an actual furniture store, and its all comparable.

Messy, shelves look like a flea market sale, obvious management is only there for a paycheck.

Was nice and ty the help was wonderful they were kind and answered all my questions about the matress that I was looking at Great service!!!

Holy cow!!! This store has changed so much! I walked in and had to remember what I came in for! Product was placed in extremely well and the customer service was absolutely amazing! I had David as a cashier and he was very sweet and kind. Over all 10 out of 10!

Typically, I dont write reviews, but as a business owner myself, I am mystified by the poor treatment & negligent customer service I received directly from the manager of Woosters Big Lots.Recently, I placed a curbside order, directly over the phone After I picked up the order, I noticed I had mistakenly received a Brownie Mix, rather than a cake mix, as originally orderedI immediately called and spoke to the manager and explained the mistake. He put me on hold and double-checked to see if the cake mix was in stock. Upon returning to the phone, he confirmed that it was in stock and I could return to the store and pick up the corrected item, but I would need to be sure to return the package of brownie mix. (Not a big deal, but rather surprising and a questionable practice during the Covid epidemic, Im pretty shock that any store, particularly one that sold food items, would want to restock their shelves with returned items).That was the point at which I indicated to him that I lived 5 mile outside of Wooster; 10 miles round trip. I felt somewhat put out, since he hadnt even offered an apology, so I asked him if there might be any compensation he could offer to offset my inconvenience, considering the trip back into town also meant extra time away from my family on a Sunday afternoon. He flatly replied, No.I pointed out that, in fact, this was not my mistake. His reply was that it wasnt his mistake either; he stated that another member of his staff had filled my order. How in the world would such a statement exonerate him of responsibility considering hes the supervising manager? Any mistake made by his staff of employees ultimately became his concern and responsibility. His blatant disregard for customer relations and servicing clearly conveyed a lack of concern towards promoting a positive image on behalf of Big Lots.In my business, Ive always instructed my employees that if a discrepancy arises with a customer, that its always to our advantage to accommodate the customer; particularly if we have made the mistake. The reasoning is simple; this is a defining moment that reinforces and emphasizes how we prioritize customer service ahead of profits. Our logic is that without good customer service there are no profits.Unfortunately, in this case, customer service seemed a low priority. Its inexplicable to me how a supervising manager can foster a sense of integrity and goodwill towards his customer by engaging in this type of negative interaction.

Ive been shopping here for years. Its not always the cleanest or neatest. They always have good deals and holiday items as well. They keep a variety of things so its a good place to browse through when you have time. Prices are reasonable.

Lots of different things to choose from science the remodeling. Easy to get in and out of. Front entrance is much better. Im a wheelchair user and was able to enter the store on my own. Friendly staff at the check out.

Well, first time shopping at this one and it wasnt stocked. Alot of empty shelves and didnt find 3 things I needed. I will say David was my cashier and he was great. Maybe they had callins...Ill go back.

Most of the time the food is fast and fresh

I am a fan of this big lots location. The staff are always nice and I think they have great products and good prices. I like the renovation for the furniture section. You can find some great items there. The stores seems to be themed around a more country chic feel for home decorating but occasionaly you can find items that will fit other styles.

Low prices high quality

I really like to go to Big Lots for the odd items I find that are truly at a fair price. I do however find things that are actually more expensive than Walmart. So be diligent while shopping and you will most likely find good deals!

Love Big Lots. This one has an extensive selection of furniture and has great deals throughout the year. They are a clean store and have a wide selection of many different things you could need. You could furnish your entire house and kitchen all in one stop, at a discount price. I took my daughter here to find stuff for her first place so she could have nice stuff at a decent affordable place. Big Lots is awesome

I live about an hour from Wooster but they were the closest store that had an item in stock that I wanted, so I called and spoke with Erica who was such a nice person, she found what I wanted, put it on hold for me, and was just so helpful. Great experience!

I bought a couch, Ottoman, TV stand and recliner from Wooster Big Lots. Im still paying on the recliner and TV stand. The Couch and Ottoman were just paid off. The recliner broke - you can no longer recline. Cheap quality mechanics! The couch inseam is already torn up the middle and the stuffing is coming out! The Ottoman is also ripping with stuffing coming out. Just poor quality furniture. Now I have to find new furniture already and Im not even finished paying for what Ive got!Giving 2 stars bc they do have great convenience, financing, and customer svc.

Used to be a great place to find good deals on household items, but prices are a little rediculous now. Delivery on furniture was two weeks late. The only thing good about this store anymore are the employees when you can find them.

Large selection of household goods and decent furniture selection. You can acquire good deals. But watch out for the occasional cheap built products.

They have the best prices on anything consumable in town. However I highly recommend you dont buy electronics here or anything that you expect to last a long time. Only buy things here if you dont care if they break or not or if you are just going to consume it. Such as food, medicines and beauty products.

Update January 15th 2019if you join big rewards and youre looking for your $5 coupon use it immediately. I returned to the store two weeks after joining intending to use the coupon they sent me in my email just to have the store tell me that it was all controlled by corporate.leaving me to ask the question why was the promotion gone after 2 weeks of signing up or was it ever even really there.They do have a pretty wide selection. You will get what you pay for, so dont cheap out and get the least expensive. Also I would not get any perishables from this establishment, there is a Great Value grocery store right next door.
