Sterling Farm equipment did a major overhaul on my Kabota zero turn this summer. Through a series of events the total cost of the repair doubled the original quote. After speaking with Conrad he honored the original verbal quote! Basically I was in a no win situation, however the integrity of this company proved to be impeccable. you just dont find that kind of sevice these days. Sterling Farm equipment will always be my number 1 choice
