Our Wooster Save-a-Lot is Great! Best meat prices in town!! And if you want custom cuts they will do it, check store for hours that this service is available.

Reasonable prices, not always stocked, ex: waiting for a truck quite often.

Go almost daily looking for deals. Selection is lacking but the sales make up for it

Very well stocked. Clean, well marked aisles. As soon as I arrived at the register, I noticed the person ahead of me had a huge load in their cart. To my delight, in maybe 20 seconds, a friendly checker arrived out of nowhere! She promptly took care of getting me checked out and on my way!

I went with my granddaughters to pay cash for ($125) groceries. I was wearing my badge as proof lm medically exempt to wear a mask. The manager still insisted I leave and called the police. The police even said I wasnt breaking any laws but still had to leave. My rights, as a hard working (58 hours/week) law abiding citizen ( never been arrested), just to buy groceries for my family was denied. There are many people who cannot wear a mask, get legal/medical permission to be exempt, and are still denied their basic rights. Anyone who judges will soon be faced with their own medical situation to be exempt, maybe that will change their mind

I come here whenever I get the chance to take advantage of the sales they have on meat and such, theres often pretty good deals I cant pass up. Place is clean and decent selection.

Very unprofessional staff! Went in last night with my friend to pick up a couple groceries for my house. I didn’t have a mask because I have a medical condition and your employee walks up (the employee was an older lady with white curly hair and glasses) and says “Can you guys read” said it in a very nasty tone. I told her I had a medical condition and she asked me what it was which LEGALLY I do not have to say then I put my groceries back and she was yelling at us across the store as I was leaving I wasn’t arguing back and she just kept going on and on. I get the mask mandate and it’s for the safety of others but she came at it in the wrong way. Especially by insulting me and my friend by asking if we could read. If she would’ve came up and explained NICELY I wouldn’t be mad because she would’ve been just doing her job. I even work in customer service and that is NOT how you talk to any customer ever!

Just left this store. Wow what a big disappointment Cashier was very rude. She never said hello or thank you. Threw my groceries in the bag. Store didnt open til 9 am. Only 1 register open with 10 people in line. Wont go back here.

Store was clean and well organized. Staff was helpful and friendly. I would prefer they keep the carts in the store and not outside the entrance, but thats probably due to lack of space.

Went to Save a Lot this a,m.and as usual got some good bargains.Found out they will cut as much or as little piece of meat as you want.since I live alone,that is really helpful.Another helpful thing. We are getting a Marcs in the old K Mart stores place. I understand that it will be open around the end of March.Thats probably true as we,ve seen trucks unloading boxes This will be handy for most folks as it is on Portage Rd. next to Everything Surplus.

The dairy is hardly ever rotated, as I have repeatedly found yogurt, cheeses, and even milk out of date. I found out staff has been underpaid and only recently did they start considering giving them a minor discount of 10 percent, and I remember the time during summer of 2019 that the manager told one of his customers to crawl out of his store because he didnt want tolet her use his electric cart outside the store despite the fact that she had ONE LEG, and when approached by them later, he said he was the manager and he would do as he likes. Only reason I still go there is because I dont drive due to anxiety andi dont feel like walking half a mile for groceries

Nice little store with friendly cashiers. They usually have what I need, and the prices are reasonable. The location is pretty good, and I can get in and out of there relatively quick

The meat selection there is bare minimum and was very brown. The store wasnt very clean ans ended up leaving with nothing.

Shelving for store has divided to make for more room to navigate as well as some product rearrangement. The only thing is that there was one cashier who was ringing up everyone and answering the telephone at the same time.

It was easy to get in and out of, compared to most places. They had good deals. Meals for single people and family sizes.

My first choice for grocery shopping! I usually get in & out quickly. Even when busy, they get the lines down efficiently. Friendly staff. Produce not always the cheapest, but the meat sales are great. Parking lot is treacherous in the winter

Save-a-lot is a good readinably priced grocery store. Good quality and reasinable prices great for peop and e on a budget.

It didnt have even half of what I wanted. First time at the store so ill give it another try, but for a first impression I was not impressed.

Worth the shopping trip, clean, well kept and stocked shelves. They dont carry everything you might need as spices, limited dairy products but once aware of products you do save money.

The little girl I say that because that is what she was acting like. She was at a register the light was on she was filling water at the front of the store walk to her register put my purchases on the belt she walks over no hello did you find everything ok just a grumpy look on her face. If you dont like your job find another where you dont have to interact with people. She finished ringing up my groceries I paid she didnt thank me for shopping there no have a nice day and she doesnt know how to put groceries in bags she put jars in with bread lets just smush my bread before I get home. I called the store to talk to a manager and she picked up the phone. I will go shopping there again I just wont get into her line again.
