Went to The Sweeper store to find a vacuum cleaner. Walked in and was greeted by Claude. He took time to learn what I was looking for and helped me choose the right vacuum for me and family. I wanted to go home and think about and discuss it with my husband before purchasing. Claude let me leave without any pressure. I returned the next day! Great service!

We have bought two vacuum cleaners from The Sweeper Store. You usually can take a guarantee with a grain of salt. They mean theirs! Many times I have had an issue and they have fixed it for free or at a nominal cost. Our next vacuum (if I ever need one again!) will definitely be purchased from them.

The husband wife team at this store are SUPER friendly and have been in the business for YEARS so they KNOW their stuff! I told them what I was looking for and the budget I had for a GOOD QUALITY LASTING vacuum (which is what they sell, not cheap junk that will fall apart in no time). They made a recommendation and didnt try to up-sell me. I left very happy and have a super nice vacuum!!!!! Was told that an item was a certain price and that I would receive a double discount and didnt receive any at all and when I called in to say something about it the man became argumentative so I just hung the phone up. I just wont do any more business there. You said the price would be 349.00 after first discount then I asked about selling my previously bought vacuum back to you instead of getting it fixed. You said Ill give you fifty bucks for so that takes the price to 299.99 and then you started you fast talking about how your wife was going to have something to say about the price but like I said I wont do business there AGAIN!!!!
