This is the second time we have used Krupp Moving & Storage in the last year. Our home sold quickly and we moved into an apartment while our new home was being built. We had 2 different crews and they were both amazing. They worked very quickly while still taking excellent care of our items. Our second move the delivery truck couldnt make it up the incline at the bottom of our driveway and the guys had to move everything up our steep drive by hand, never a complaint, and only took one VERY short break. We had many boxes to be put in the basement and I told them they could just put the lighter ones at the bottom of the stairs and Id put them where I wanted, I was told, you know it doesnt work that way.

We had a small move planned for my mother into assisted living. They placed everything exactly how she wanted it. I want to thank Omar & Jeremy for moving things so carefully. Omar, thanks for taking care of that spider & getting that huge bee out of her apartment...she appreciated that! 👍

After interviewing 6 moving companies I chose Krupps for 2 main reasons. The price was good and the service promised seemed to be of high quality. After the move the price remained good with no added costs and the service was better than expected. Dave and his crew of Tad and John M were extraordinary! They were friendly and engaging. They moved 30 years of stuff onto the truck in less than 3 hours. Dave painstakingly packed the truck like a Tetras puzzle. They were careful with our belongings. The unloading 750 miles away was flawless. They arrived early and started unpacking. This portion was just over 3 hours. Incredible!So from Taylor’s estimate to Dave and John M and Tad’s skills in organizing and their work ethic I would highly recommend the Krupp Moving Company.

Doug, John M, & Tad were prompt, completed a walk thru, moved boxes and furniture with ease and took great care with all of our belongings. Items were wrapped, runners were put down in both locations, and items were placed in our new home where we requested. All 3 men were very courteous and extremely professional. Adrian and Isaiah were awesome! They showed up on time and got us moved from a 2nd floor apt to a 3 floor townhome. Our townhome doesn’t have the best entrance or stairways for big items, but they both made it work without any complaints or any damage. I don’t know how they did it, but I’m so thankful for them both!

Do NOT use this company. They ruined my mattress, knicked up every piece of furniture, and put my young son’s bed together wrong. They would not come to fix it after I called 4 times. Bill, the scheduler, was extremely rude when I called about my bed being put together wrong too. I have pics of everything they did. Spent almost 2,000 to have my stuff ruined.

The crew showed up at 9 and were done by 2. I was more than happy with the care and detail shown by Vern, Mike S, Jeremy, Jon M, and Luke.

This past November 2020 we moved to a different address and a friend who had used Krupp Moving recommended them. The Krupp Moving crew (4 men) arrived on the date arranged. They were highly professional and extremely careful with out possessions. They were a good example of teamwork. In March 2021 we required one of their portable storage units which was a blessing. We cannot say enough about Krupp Moving and highly recommend them for any of your moving needs large or small.You wont regret using them. Thank you Krupp Moving.

Our move was easy and quick. The movers did a great job disassembling and reassembling our 4 big beds with headboards and footboards as well as getting all our furniture into our new house effortlessly, even with some low ceiling in the basement and short stairs treads going to the second floor. Took great care of furniture, it was all covered with lots of blankets, so no dents or scratches. Doug, T, Marcus, Omar, and Garrison did a great job.What they quoted as a seven hour job they got done a lot quicker, which is always a plus.

I would recommend Krupp Moving. I had a large dining room set and dresser chest moved from one home location to another and they did an exceptional job. The two movers, Jon K and John C were very professional, kind and careful in loading, and unloading these large heavy items. They brought the dining table, chairs and cabinets into the dining room and set up. They put pads down to protect the floor and carpeting since it was wet and snowy outside. Nice job!! I wanted to thank Vern, Bill, Jon C. and Jakob for the recent packing and move to Columbus for my mom. We had originally planned for three days...1. to pack, 2. to load the truck, and 3. to move and unload at the new house in Columbus. The guys arrived on time on Thursday and did most of the packing, then advised us that the remainder of the packing and moving/unloading could be completed on Friday. We were happy to be done quicker (and so were they). They came on Friday morning a little early finished the packing and loaded the truck. They had us unloaded and furniture pieces in place and reassembled and were back on their way home by 4:00 PM.These guys were quick, polite/courteous and careful (while unpacking, we have noticed a few small dings and damages to some of moms stuff, but nothing major). Also, very pleased that the guys were willing to mask while performing all of their work (as mom is in a high risk age group). Had to remind them one time and they willingly complied.Also corrected price based upon actual items moved vs. estimate. Saved us a little over $600!Would use again and recommend Krupp Moving!

CJ, Michael, Skylar, and Isaiah were thorough, quick, and considerate of all of our belongings. Ive moved with professional movers eight times. The team that Krupp sent to my house to do the move was by far the best of all my experiences. Customer courtesy, efficiency, care of my ownings, etc. Great across the board. My only constructive feedback would be that the initial estimate was quite lower than actual cost. That being said, the moving experience was worth every penny.

Hello we had Krupp Moving Dec. 8 and Dec 9. Both teams were super. On Dec 8 we had Vern, John C and Jacob. On Dec 9 we had Doug, and we were so happy to have John C and Jacob again. Vern and Jon K. did an excellent job helping us move our offices around. They were very professional and worked quickly and carefully and had a pleasant attitude throughout the whole move.

Crew was on time, as scheduled and walked through our house for instructions before beginning. Set up runners as needed, removed/put back doors, and covered banisters to protect the home. Very quick and didnt hesitate to ask questions. They walked me through the final bill to ensure everything was accurate and understood. This was our first time using a moving company and was easy and stress free! Krupp came from a family members recommendation and I ended up recommending to a family member as well. Joel and John M couldnt have been better!!! They were polite with a great sense of humor. They were fast and efficient and must have taken a shot of testosterone before they arrive because they were strong! They could move heavy items with ease even single-handedly.What was disappointing was the office work. I was sent no copy of the contract to review until the day of the move(which arrived in my inbox the day of the move). They lost my deposit and didnt find it for 3 days. 30 minutes before the movers arrived, I received a call from a very nice woman informing me that I didnt select optional coverage. How could I select anything since I received no paperwork. While she was very polite on the phone, I was incensed with this sloppy way of doing business. As an aside, the movers were so good there was not a scratch on anything they moved! When it was time to pay, I knew about the $110/hr hourly rate when I hired them, which I thought was reasonable. At payment time there were extras that more than doubled the cost that I knew nothing about. Fees like a fuel charge and a use of truck charge and others. I paid the bill and tipped the drivers who were superb. I recommend them. Just make sure you get all the financials nailed down before you accept the contract.

I had Trevor and Brendon. They were on time and very fast, but careful. The entire move lasted only 2.5 hours out of an estimated 4 hours. This saved me a lot of money, and I appreciate that. Will definitely use the company again.

The movers broke a burner knob on our stove, and we were told it would be fixed. That was a month ago and the knob still is not fixed. I have made several attempts to get them to fix it and have not received any response. At this point it would appear that this will have to go to court in order to get them to honor their word that they would fix it.I would not recommend using this company because if they break something you will have a fight on your hand to get them to fix it even after they tell you that they will take care of it. Find a different moving company.

I recently moved about 40 minutes away and used Krupp to move all of my furniture. I decided to use them because I also used them three years ago when I moved from an apartment to my house. Careful, respectful of my belongs and the surroundings of my new place--and in below 20 degree weather and plenty of ice and slop--not a drop of dirt in my new place. On time. And finished in record time and assembled my bed. Ill be calling Krupp for sure when I move again, no question.

Great experience with Krupp Moving & Storage. Scheduling was easy and efficiently handled and the estimate was right on the money. Dan and Jakob did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Krupp Moving and Storage for your storage and moving needs. They were on time and gave us a courtesy call to let us know they were on their way. The gentlemen Bill L, Scott, and Dave C were very professional and each request to move a box or adjust a furniture item was answered with a “Yes Sir”. All three movers get 5 stars from me. We cant say enough about our satisfaction with Krupp Moving & Storage. David, Dan, Bill, Jakob, and Brendan did an excellent job. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. They even accommodated some additional moves within our space when we couldnt decide placement. Getting a quote and scheduling the move was easy, despite our tight time frame. Anyone on the fence shouldnt be - use Krupp!

Vern, Mike S. and Jon M were fantastic. They made a difficult move possible by providing great service, helpful suggestions and very hard work to get all of our belongings loaded into our storage containers. They treated everything with respect and care and went above and beyond to ensure everything we needed addressed was taken care of. I will request them back once I m able to schedule the container drop off at our new home.

The team, Brendan, James and John C. were careful, quick, efficient. I have moved several times in Ohio and they were one of the best teams I have worked with. I will recommend them for doing your move.
