The owner is very easy to deal with, he took care of everything start to finish. The price he quoted is the price. There were no surprises, he did exactly what he said he would do. The vehicle looked absolutely perfect, it was clean and paint was a perfect match. Everything lined up perfectly. I recommend the shop to anybody that needs a perfect job with no aggravation.

Excellent service is an understatement. After a deer accident, the car now looks better than it did before. He finished a day ahead of schedule, among a few other unexpected surprises that truly went above and beyond. We wont take our car anywhere else. And needless to say, the price was more than fair... I wanted to tip him but he refused to take the money... Truly a stand up guy!!

The team at Colonial Auto Collision did such a great job on my daughters Jeep after she got hit from behind. They fixed it so quickly and it looks as good as new. My daughter took her Edge here for a door ding. The door began to have problems and now i am into the repair for $950 in parts and $300 in labor because the door was damaged during disassembly and put back together broken.Dropped off 12/15/17, picked up 01/09/18.

Great service. Got my estimate quickly. Communicated with the insurance company, and I was good to bring in my car the following week to have the door repaired after someone backed into it. They gave a timeline to be done Friday (after dropping off Monday), and I got a call that it was ready on Thursday. Staff are friendly and will work with you. Highly recommend.

Had some collision work done. The workmanship was excellent, panel and bumper cover alignment perfect. Beautiful blending of the paint, event though the vehicle is fifteen years old. And, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the interior of the vehicle was nicely detailed. Even the inside of the door jambs were cleaned. One last thing, the wheels that are usually plagued with brake dust were bright and shiny. Great service and attention to detail.

Unparalleled service!! I couldnt be happier with Colonial. My truck was in an accident that left it undriveable, but Colonial more than took care of me. Not only did they fix everything better than it was before, but they also did it on time for a very important deadline for me. They were very helpful with my insurance and with keeping the entire project moving along quickly and efficiently.
