Where to even begin with this place? I called at 6:45, knowing that they were closing at 7 and they did not hesitate to tell me to come on in. They not only helped me, but throughout the entire time explained the process both insightfully and with humor. They were kind, accommodating, generous, and knowledgeable. Honest, affordable and quality workmanship.My first time at the shop was for an inspection, and I had a dent in my bumper which they warn me before the inspection would not allow them to pass it. They allowed me to buy a pre-painted bumper online and installed it for a reasonable price, which I wouldnt have been able to do at a body shop. They also offered to repair the dent for a lower cost, but I felt having a new fresh part was worth it.My second time going there was for my boyfriends car which has been vibrating on the highway. The shop owner was honest and telling me that it most likely just needed an alignment (I thought it might have needed a ball joint or something), and recommended a tire place where I could get that done, since they do not offer that service. I appreciated the honesty and will definitely go back there for any issues with our cars.

I really like this small repair shop. I tried doing work on my car battery myself. Didnt work out too well.. Called these guys up, told them my problem they said have it towed here whenever you can... very friendly on phone and in person. They were pretty busy that day and they fit me in whenever I could get there... I mean come on, thats awesome!!! As soon as I got there one of the mechanics got to work on my car... 15 minutes later, started right up! Fair price for what I had done... I will be back there..

Horrible, dishonest people and terrible work. My college student daughter side swiped a pole when she slid on ice in a parking lot. She went here in desperation to see if they could help fix the damage. They said sure, so she naively left the car. She came back to find that they banged out the dents and then used satin black spray paint from a can to paint over it (see photos). When she asked about that, they shrugged and said we didnt have a matching color. They then proceeded to take $80 from her. What awful people they are to take advantage of my daughter. They should be ashamed, but I doubt that they are. Im filing a BBB report on them.

I brought my 2009 Honda Accord here for an inspection sticker. I asked for someone who was recommended to me, I wont mention any names because you know who you are. The safety and emissions passed however my legal limit tints were the cause of my rejection sticker. I have had my car for 2yrs and passed the inspection twice in other locations. Dont go there... these people are money hungry and tell you yes,yes,yes like they all of a sudden dont know English.Worst mistake by far by bringing my car here.

Perfectly fine for an oil change, but nothing more than that. I took my subaru wrx to them to change a cam seal, they misaligned my timing belt, which ruined my engine. They did their due diligence and replaced the engine with no fuss, worked with me to choose a new engine and installed it, which took about 2 months total (not entirely their fault, i was picky about where i got an engine from. Ive been having some knock issues with the new engine, and took it to a good tuning shop. They found 2 of my bell housing bolts loose, multiple other bolts just hand tight, and my knock sensor was loose, which ruined the sensor, on my engine highland installed just a few months earlier, none of which should have been an issue. Two stars for being friendly and helpful, but not actually doing good work.

Im going to rate myself as satisfied with these guys. I failed inspection at another shop, and needed a place close to work to do the repairs.So that I could drop it off in the morning and pick it up to drive home. These guys did the work for me same day, at the price quoted.I know its not a great shock that a middle aged white guy was treated well from a customer service perspective, so take this with a grain of salt.I can see how, with the amount of work done here, the language barrier, and the lack of controls in the shop, that overcharging is possible. But it didnt happen to me.

This place is very unprofessional. I spent a lot of money there on repairs, received hand written receipts only upon request sometimes I had to return the next day. They broke a lot of things and mickey moused it so I wouldnt be able to tell when I picked it up. I highly do not recommend this shop.

Its hard to find a good mechanic. Mike (the shop owner) may look like a nice guy, but he will squeeze as much money out of you as he can. He thrives on your ignorance. If you are not a car mechanic yourself, he will try to scare you and feed you with bulls*t, just to charge you more. Yes, I am a foreign student, I own an old car and I am not a professional mechanic, but is it a reason to always try to mislead and overcharge me? Here are a few examples from my experience.1) There was a hole in the bushing on the front wheel axle, and he was saying that my car may flip over. He wanted me to replace the axle even though I told him, that I was about to get rid of that old car in a couple of months.2) There was play in my front wheel, and he said that to pass the inspection I have to replace an inner tie rod and a ball joint. At the end, with another mechanic I was able to fix the play just by replacing a tie rod which was much easier (ball joints are harder to replace).3) At the same time, when they were inspecting my car, they didnt even see that both springs on my rear struts were broken. A more or less professional mechanic can spot this just by observing that the car sits a little lower than it should. And of course its clearly visible when you lift the car. The broken springs are actually a real danger because they may penetrate a wheel on high speed, and then you CAN flip over.And when I presented my concerns to him (of course my tone was not very friendly at that moment), he ended up saying that he will never fix my car. Heres an almost verbatim quot: If your car breaks down on this road [in front of his shop], I wont fix it. And he proceeded by telling his mechanic no to assist me with my problem, knowing that at that moment due to that problem it was risky for me to drive that car to another place.Yes, its hard to find a good mechanic, but at least if you go to this shop, you should know whom you are dealing with. I personally just do not understand such a business model, when you see engineering students from a nearby school (WPI) coming to you, and you try to feed them with bulls*t. You may benefit from a few inexperienced customers, but sooner or later the negative feedback will likely cost you more.

Dont recommend getting your sticker here. Not easy to work with. Made it very difficult to get sticker even after fixed the initial problem.
