Not a particularly great Target. Shelves are a mess and it’s not organized very well. Also, the checkout staff was quite emotionless. The only reason I didn’t give it 1 star was the gentleman at the front wiping down baskets was very friendly.

This target is okay, never had a bad experience there. Parking is usually good. The clothing department, and this goes for all the targets now, has gone way down hill, very disappointing. They use to have such cute clothing.

The staff is prejudice, and followed me around my entire visit. A particular woman had no mask, and 4 times she was in my personal space with no disregard for my health, safety, and feelings.

I worked at this Target many years ago when it first opened. I stopped in today after several years of shopping at another Target. I was so ashamed of the condition of this store. It was an absolute mess. I could only compare it to after a Black Friday sale. Shelves were either a disaster or were completely empty. It has really gone downhill. I will never be back.

This is by far the best Target I ever shopped at. I went this morning to by Cereal and an energy drink. A very nice associate named Kaylee who worked in food helped me find my cereal and energy drink. She is by far the nicest worker at Target, I hope Target will promote her to store manager. This is the best experience I have ever had at Target . Thank you for the best service I have ever had! 🙂

Decent place to shop but terrible at cleaning messes thats been reported many times. Since they wont clean it, mind as well show it. Its been there over a year and they act like theyll clean it. This Target is on-point. Its extremely well organized considering the volume of customers filtering in and out of here each day. The place is huge, offering options for things you didnt even know you needed until you started shopping here. The staff are helpful and friendly, if you can find them. The prices are what we all come here for, paired with a decent quality of all items for sale. This Target hits its mark on what its designed to do.

I went in to make a return and the customer service person was very nice, efficient and courteous.

Locked doors at 9:50 when closes at 10. People outside waiting in cold, store associates just looked on in apathy. Called store right away said they close at 10. You’re not a restaurant you’re a retail business. Not acceptable. Your manager on 11/23/2020 should know better. All of us outside will place a call to corporate.

Excellent service and associates! Curbside pickup gives great variety of merchandise and accessible for people who dont want to go into the store.

Staff is nice always has what I need but the people need to answer the phone more . No one is ever there to pick up which is why I didnt give a 5 star review

Got to the store late as it was a busy day. Got here at 920 store closes at 10 p.m. . Other than the floors being somewhat cluttered with what looks to be inventory and restocking going on later tonight, was a great shopping experience. Staff was helpful and were not rushing to people out of the store. Another one of the reasons I love Target.

Nice large target with pharmacy, optical, and of course a Starbucks. Groceries were well stocked and many hard goods and clothing choices available.

The associate was attentive, scanned my phone app, promptly retrieved my package and it all took just a few minutes. We were also happy to find that all employees and patrons were masked and the cashier area was clean and disinfected.

Nice clean store. It’s been updated and seems more “fancy”/high class. Employees never seem happy.Sent husband late at night for children’s Tylenol, sent him a screenshot of the brand and price (from the Target website) and the price was more in-store, even though they offer order online/pickup? The employee wouldn’t honor the price. Also they showed a few thermometers that said were in stock but he couldn’t find them in the store. Not sure what’s up with that.

Went to this store last night and was amazed at the long line going to the self checkout with no other registers open with 3 employees standing around the self check out and none of them are wiping down the areas being touch my multiple customers and we wonder why covid is running rampant in the city of Worcester with clueless stores only worrying about their bottom line

I walked into target this evening and I was totally disappointed. Employees having loud conversations, in absolute disregard for customers . And as I was Ieaving the store the security guy was also having a loud conversation with another employee . Ive been going to this target for years and this is the worst Ive seen it. The only good thing was the cashier ( Beatrice) who rang us up. Maybe the employees need retraining .

Cheapest options in town? I think so. And always fun to do shopping here. It is so clean and the staff is so helpful. 5 stars after years of sopping here.

Very difficult to shop if you have a disability. They have one unstable motorized cart. Many isles do not accomadate the usage of the cart. Very stressful so I could not look for or at many of the items on my shopping list. I was bumping into displays and having much difficulty. There was no one to help anywhere in the store. Bad first impression.

Took two days not 2 hours. My order got lost and a friend had to walk in the snow 2 times to pick up. Bad service. Had to call the store 4 times and the 1800 number once.

Tried the drive up pickup it was raining lightly the target associate would not come outside. I waited for 10 minutes. Waste of time I canceled my order and left. Will not go to target again for wasting my time

I went to target today and there was no sign that said 1 hand soap per person in the aisle I was in. It only said TP, Paper TIles and hand sanitizer. I question this when I got at the register. The cashier was nice to say that you can only get one. I gave the other one back. Then a supervisor comes over yelling and screaming at me that there are signs posted on the wall I should read, mine I said I was hard of hearing and please stop yelling. Then she told me that she can make me leave the store and not purchase anything and to me to get the hell out of the store. I called over the manager Mike and he said he did not hear anything and I told him no customer should ever be talk to like this. I am hard of hearing person so her yelling and screaming at me did not make sense. I will never shop at Target again. Employees need to be trained on customer services.

Overall, the store was fine, and the employees were nice. However, an associate named Brandon was exceptional! Somehow, no matter where in the store I was or what I needed, there he was to help. And I needed a lot of help. He took a heavy item to the register for me and got someone to load it into my car. Thank you Brandon!

Worst service in electronics Dept ask for help an response is Im busy the wanted to buy tablet an was getting my cc staff walked away so no sale on tablet. Should really teach your staff about customer service or hire new ones i will not return to this store

Found almost everything we looked for, with the exception of the newest Patriots Fan T-Shirts &make up brushes ...(which is what I needed most, ja, ja ...); but all in all, found the store to be clean, & well stocked. We also got some much needed help from their Tech Counter with my Cell Phone Contacts transfers ... Thank you so much to all Target Employees there. Great Store!

Reason for score is due to misguided information in regards to sale. I purchase (4) soaps Brand Caress to receive a free $5 gift card. However I was charged for the gift card. Also Phone services should be improved

Love this store! It have great quality items and it very convinient and close to my house. Its One of my favorite store the only thing is sometimes prices are too high of some items that shouldnt be.

The clerk at the counter I was very upset as soon as she left the counter she took her mask off. She was african american with dyed hair. I couldnt believe she was in the building without a mask. Someone like that shouldnt be employed.

I didnt have to wait long and customer service employee was polite and fast.

It is convient. the store,linoln street worc ma, is clean,neat, and the staff is always helpful,more so than other target stores ive been to. I shop almost exclusively on-line. i used targets service for in store pick-up because the toy was only available in the store. i ordered on line and pckrd up 2 hrs later. Amazing - this might be my new way to shop.

Dont try to use ship-to-store for this location. After waiting almost a month for our $300 item to arrive, I called to check on it, and all they could say is that something messed up and theyd place another order. No offer of discount or even discounted quicker shipping, to make up for a month of lost time.

This Used to be a great target! Since the remodel it’s going down hill and picking up stuff bought online has really horrible!! I’ll no longer ship here!

Worse customer service. I asked them many times about different items and they are always unaware and not informative. Tonight I decided to demand an item for my son and two employees were clueless. Especially when they told me that this barn house is just a display we dont sell it . No how can target display something and not sell it for kids . It was actually online on Targets website and it showed that all the other stores had it in stock so I walked back and told them to get their facts straight and not just give customers a random answer. In general they all want the easy way out and feel lazy to help further more. I dont know why maybe because they get paid low .

Easily returned a too small item and caught a 70% off sale. On a hot day Target was very cool.

I came into Target and was trying on clothes, when I overheard one of the staff members, Abis yelling at her coworker and mocking her language, saying, “Vamonos!” and clapping at her. I was disappointed to hear such intolerance from a target staff member, and even more dissapointed that this seems like acceptable behavior to target staff. The only good point in my experience was another staff member, Katherine, who was friendly and offered help without me needing to ask.

Target is generally a good place to shop. However when I use the restroom and its disgusting, it makes my whole shopping experience bad. If the employees use the same disgusting restroom and dont bother to clean it, then it says a lot about the company

I would have given them a zero, but I cant.I went to check out, rang everything thru the machine, inserted my Target credit card and it asks me for a pin number.I have never had a pin number on my card whether it was the old style or with the chip.The girl insists that I have a pin number, which I dont. She then brings me over to customer service, and then they insist the same thing. I have a pin number. No I dont.They then said that I have to go home and call the number on the credit card and that it would take a couple of days for them to issue me a new card with a pin number.I left without making my $132 purchase. I am going home now, pay off my account and shred my card. I will never shop here again.The worst part was when they treated me with no respect whatsoever. I am a decorated Navy veteran wearing my Navy veterans hat and was treated worse than I was back in boot camp in 1975.

Came in looking for something. Was promptly helped. They even priced matched the product to Amazons price, which was nearly half of what they were charging.

I received the shelf item price which was lower then the actual outings price that was there in the wrong place! Great staff and they gave me a big Merry Christmas as well.

This is a post about the Starbucks in this Target. I have no issue with the store.Every single time I have come here there seems to be an issue ( I live 2 minutes away so its convenient to come to this one). Long lines and poor customer service. I waited 26 minutes in line once for them to tell me they were out of multiple drink options. Today there was a line I waited in for a bit to then be told shes closing, mind you it was 2:30 pm on a Saturday. If I could give this place a zero stars I would.

Great things. Sometimes its hard to find what Im looking for but I just go to another target and Im all set. Long lines.
