Not a bad little butcher shop. I purchased a large piece of brisket and I was surprised how little fat was left on the cap. The meat wasnt very marbled either. Hopefully the smoking goes well enough and the meat doesnt dry out. I will await tomorrows finished product to see how good their meat really is. EDIT: The final product was delicious. Great quality cut of meat, but I still wish there had been more fat cap.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff and store is well stocked with a variety of goods other than meat (crackers, sauces, cookies, bread, pasta... Etc). Meat is all raised by the owner and are very high quality

We all know that grass-fed equals healthier fats in our food. This is the only Worcester outlet that actually delivers This high Omega-3 fat profile food. If you care about your health, and you realize the value of non-factory farmed animals, you will save your pennies and invest your future health by buying this delicious meat. Studies are in. Grass-fed animals are the most efficient way to use the land. And animals that are not fed corn and soy dont have gastrointestinal problems. That means they dont fart as much. Save the planet! Buy grass-fed!

Know your butcher! I love this place. Weve tried a few of the local farms for grass and pasture-fed protein and no one can touch Stillman Quality Meats! I cant say enough good things about the quality and taste of all the cuts Ive purchased. They also have a nice seasonal produce section, local dairy and fish, and great service. If you care about where your food comes from and you live in the Worcester area, this is the place for you.

Hands down my favorite place to shop in Worcester. I order fish for pickup in Saturdays and treat myself to whatever looks good. I never leave without buying a new sausage, so far the cilantro jalepeno has been my favorite. The food here is far above the quality you can get elsewhere. The prices are comparable or lower than Whole Foods, and the quality is far superior. Stillman is truly an example of getting what you pay for!

I end up having a pleasant chat everytime Im here. I always feel welcome and I get the feeling everyone working here is happy. If you want high-quality, humane meat this is the best place Ive ever been and it isnt close. Everytime I cook the food from here the family is impressed.

Stillmans has a great variety of meats, cheese, condiments, frozen food and a small selection of fresh produce. The steak is phenominal. The sausage selection is great. The chicken is delicious. We bought Marshalls Haute Sauce /serrano ginger lemongrass, I not only love this on roasted chicken, but put it over Cape berries and nectarines-so good! The owners and staff are super friendly. Plus the owners own everything from farm to store, so you can ask them anything you want to know. They make some of the sausage and deli meat so you can expect quality. It is a great place to pick up fresh quality food!
