Bought an iPhone 6s from this location. They have a sign saying, No cash refunds, exchange or store credit only. I went to return the phone to redeem store credit, and the associate refused to take the phone in return for store credit. He said their policy does not apply to the phones. This was never mentioned during the purchase process, and he said that was because I didnt ask.This is a direct violation of Massachusetts Consumer Protection law, Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 93A, in which it states, ...a store can have any return policy they want so long as it is clearly disclosed somewhere in the store and you have a chance to read it before buying your product. This business violated their own return policy. I asked what we could do to reach some sort of agreement, and the associate said he couldnt do anything even after I showed him the specific law. He even called his manager who refused to honor the policy.Furthermore, the employee at the desk started yelling at me when I took this picture as proof. He said that I wasnt allowed to take pictures and demanded that I delete it. He was completely unprofessional. Unfortunately, since they refused to even attempt to resolve the issue, I will have to handle this matter through alternative legal means.

I bought the phone 2 years ago i been happy with this phone, i recently had a peoblem with my charging port they fixed it i was very happy with the service 5 star!!!

I took 4 phone’s and 1 app late in the day yesterday and received all devices back next day. I honestly was highly impressed with the speed being that the store was super busy with everyone dropping them off like I was. They gave me free screen protectors on all devices, they gave me cases for free, and a pretty big discount on the cases I purchased separately. Highly satisfied with the service. Not a one star because the customer service was good but, I went in to get my LG V60 thinq you fixed and they ended up making my phone even worse. They disconnected my antenna and now I get service about 30% of the time I use my phone. I tried calling to see what they could do to to help remedy the problem and they kind of just blew me off. Left a really bad taste in my mouth.Edit: I still have to end up getting a new phone, so I went back and got a screen protector and a case. I ask the guy if you could throw me a deal because he couldnt fix my old phone and he took like 20 bucks off some accessories. So not bad

Took my ipad 7 generations to get the screen fixed. I paid $160 before the guy worked on the ipad, I send my sister to get the ipad for me when I looked at it the home button was completely loose falling off. I called an explain the situation to the employee and he told me “There’s nothing he can do, unless I pay extra.” Very unprofessional you’re better off going to stella.

I bought a phone case there and the man said that its a construction case and it will protect my screen from breaking ... I told him I work for a moving company and the phones in my pocket all the time he said it would be fine and not even 3 weeks later my screen got broke.... the owner of the company reached out to me asked me for my phone number and he will get in touch with me to see what can be done I responded with my number 3 weeks ago and still havent heard from him
