Large Walmart in Worcester, Massachusetts. Clean, neat store with many supplies and products of many items. Helpful staff.

Good pharmacy here. Busy busy store, avoid busy times. Many products missing on shelves since Covid or restocking slow. Usually good produce.

So its an interesting Walmart to shop in, depending on your point of view it could be good or bad, but the folks that work there really do their best and Ive had some good customer service there in the past - it does get crowded on the weekends but its got lots of stuff so you can find most anything there.I used to come a lot for the tire and lube service but it got really bad with wait times so i stopped for a whiles and they raised the prices to where it wasnt such a good deal anymore (one can rationalize waiting 2 hours if the price is right if your not in a rush and window shopping)The meat section is run very well if your looking for beef in particular FWIS.Avoid on the weekend or use the pickup or wait times are long, even for self checkout.

My small child and I were harassed at the entrance over masks…Walmart here apparently doesnt care about Hippa & ADA accommodations. My local store doesnt do this tyranny, I won’t be back.

Giant Walmart that will most likely have everything you need for cheap. Staff is usually friendly, though tends to avoid conversations if at all possible. ( This is not a giant problem and Id honestly do the same with the amount of crazy customers I see harrassing staff )Its a Walmart and its in Worcester.

Never quite as clean as the nicest Walmart youve ever been to, this Walmart is usually very busy with limited registers open. Its very busy because of its location so it is the one I go to out of convenience of getting there. If I want a calm shopping experience, this isnt the place for me, but they do restock pretty often so youll find most of your items.

Never a cashier open, only self checkouts available to do it yourself. Asked an employee where are the tea bags at? I had to mime myself drinking a cup of tea and they still didnt understand. Finally a light bulb went off over one of their heads and they quickly walked me all the way down to the aisle with TRASH BAGS! Yet I cant get a part time job there because I actually speak English and know what Im doing.

Today September 24 2021 at exactly 12:56 pm I went to the electronic section to buy a pair of Skullcandy headphones and the lady that took care of me was an older white lady with brunette hair was exceptionally rude. She obviously didnt want to be there and kept mentioning how she needed to get out of there and go home. Why do you even hire people with zero costumer service? She made me feel like I was at the wrong for going shopping at Walmart. Never again would I spend a nickel in this place.

There are few employees and the lines are long ... very slow! people do more than 40 items in the fast cashier. chaos! I do not recommend.

When I say this is a big Walmart, I mean this is a BIG Walmart. Pretty clean, though honestly the organization could be a bit better. I mean, I circled the HBA area for 10 minutes and failed to find shaving cream... not what I would expect from the nations largest brick and mortar retailer... I digress though, the store is pretty clean and there are plenty of good prices to be found. If in the area, would shop here again.

The Worcester store is complete chaos and you have to pay .08 cents for a bag, cuz Walmart needs the money 😡 The Oxford one is smaller but its always stocked with fresh produce. Even the clothing is nicer than Worcester, better selection.

The Women’s Bathroom.It’s Ridiculous how there’s no Maintenance to Clean These stalls, Mop the floors, Scrub the Sinks ESPECIALLY with Coronavirus Pandemic still Taking Place.

This location is always out of a lot of goods. They really need to bring back more cashiers. Self checkout with a full cart is not fun. And God forbid you need help, you wait forever because only one person managing a dozen self check out computers(whatever theyre called).

Probably the biggest supercenter Ive been to. Layout is strange for what Im used to but it does make sense. Aisles are wide so plenty of space to get around. Had a large selection of items for each type of thing. Was nice. We went on a day that juice was picked clean so we werent able to get juice. Not the stores fault, obviously.

This store is a disgrace! Trash every where, inside & outside. Aisles are never stocked. Whenever I go, there are at least 3-4 aisles that are completely empty. Definitely a management issue. Went here recently, self-checkout, there was trash all over the floor & not one of the registers had any bags. Asked the employee for some bags, she brought some and then, stood in the corner, while the rest of the registers remained unstocked & trash remained on the floor. Where is management??

It was okay the shells need to be stocked up a little bit more in the afternoon cuz it was missing everything but I still got what I had to get

I do enjoy walmart. It is one of biggest I have ever visited (I go to a lot of wally worlds). I was not impressed with the upkeep, felt it should have been cleaner. That was tough to see. Hopefully, they just had a lazy day and it will be taken care of later.

This Walmart is always crowded. And more often than not most shelves are empty because the items sell out so quick. Wish there was one more supercenter in Worcester but this is the only one around.

The shelves in grocery often looked like they have been ransacked the employees arent much help and they very few times Ive gone there I see needles in the parking lot or multiples police cruisers. Better option for this Walmart would be to order your stuff online for pickup.

Service not friendly or even try to be. I know they work hard but it’s your job find another if you don’t like it. No one know where anything is, no direction, quick to accuse ppl with no facts just messy all around.

Typical Walmart. Ive never been satisfied with shopping in store but I think that has more to do with how busy it is. My suggestion is to do pickup and delivery from their site or the app. I have had no issues since doing so.

2 registers open with lines. I choose not to use self.checkout so I know there will be a wait. After 40 min someone comes up to open another register and points out 4 people from the back of the line to move over, ignoring those of us who had been waiting. Guess thats the level of service I should expect from Walmart

Its a walmart so it has nearly everything you could need in a single stop. Good location, easy to find and has groceries as well as other goods. Problem is, no matter when you go there the shelves and isles look like they do when they announce a natural disaster. Seriously, they should have people whose sole purpose is to take care of misplaced and dropped items. Its just a disaster everytime.

Schetchy people all over shelves are usually half empty bad at service. Good claw machine game in lobby though.

Curbside pickup is wonderful I place my order I picked it up I drove right up to parking spot I tell them where I am they track me on my cell phone very easy they bring the food right out to the car no questions asked and I drive right away very convenient

Walmart is great, but should make know to bring own bags or pay 5 cents a bag. U get to the register and u have not much of a choice but to by bags due to u have nothing to put your product in. Well Ive said enough. Oh people are having to choice between food for there kids or pay rent. So the business world along with the president to put a money increase on everything. Food gas and more. Pretty ridiculous to me anyway.

Shelves are always empty. No sales.staff in the store can speak very good English. They harass you about wearing face diapers sometimes chasing you in the store. They discriminate against service animals by complaining as you walk into the establishment. The store is always filthy and the bathrooms are deplorable with filth missing ha d towels worming sinks and filthy toilets trash overflowing.

Very good selection of everything. Didnt have to hunt for things. More than happy with that location.

It is impossible and completely unfair to expect employees to know where everything is in such a giant store. Im demanding a fully interactive map that I can search for the items I want and be told exactly where to find them!Until then all Walmarts could never be more than a three star experience because they purposely want to keep you lost

Walmart super center in Worcester has made great drastic cosmetic changes for the good and some great news elections and buys I suggest this Walmart to all great place to shop

Big is not always better. I had a list of things I needed and one of the things was spray paint. The spray paint is all locked up. No attendant in paint. So I brought my cart to the front and left and went to another store.

With 18 registers, they only had one open with a cashier. Super busy on a Saturday afternoon, with NO HELP. The self-checkout lanes were packed and we waited in line for 20 minutes behind somebody who didnt know what they were doing before we ended up putting things back and walking out. Ridiculous.

Its gigantic but not a lot of options to choose. Hardly anywhere to park. And people drive crazy in the parking lot while not stopping for pedestrians in crosswalks. I avoid this walmart

This Walmart offer if you order car tire they will in install them on your vehicle for a small fee

Worst customer service I have ever seen; no one would help you. As I walked through the store, I had trouble finding things and asked an associate for help, and every person I some with said I dont know or ignore me. When I got to the self-scan, some items werent scanning. I asked the associate working in that section, she said, Ill be back, and proceeded to chat with another associate and ignored me for about 5 minutes. I will never go back there again!

In general I had a good shopping experience, the store associates were helpful and amiable. Only one disasapointment: was looking for a small air conditioning unit, there was none.

Did not have the item they said they had. There was supposed to have 4 in stock, they had none. Drove 30 minutes out of my way.

This place is worse than the Mass. RMV. Front end is never staffed. It’s always a mess. Parking lot is a cluster. Sure, they will have mostly everything you may need, but the selection is overall limited. If you must go to a WalMart, West Boylston location is somewhat better. Or just support local, and don’t drive yourself mad!

Like the fact that this store has a lot of variety in every department. It is always clean and has a friendly staff. The only thing that was awkward there was no bilingual staff available, a customer was in dire need of help. Its a very popular store so some shelves were empty, due to the high demand on some items in house furniture and womens clothes werent available.

I love Walmart has alot of different stuff if needed.

Delay in pickup. Was not notified until pick up time. So I was already there.

Such a joke had to cancel my online instore pick up because the staff is so uneducated they couldnt figure out how to activate the item and had to actually buy it in store... still waiting on the refunded canceled purchase... Im just using Amazon for everything from now on...

Right now Im sitting in the parking lot waiting for my grocery pick up along with 13 other people. There is one guy working pick up tonight and nobody has seen him for 20 minutes. I tried calling all the departments in the store and all of the lines just rang and rang. Nobody picked up the phone. Usually service is good but tonight it blows.

Always out of stock. Even before the pandemic came.

Save your money and drive a few minutes out of the way to the Northborough location (its night and day, believe me) This place is an absolute joke, and does not care for their customers. Almost every order is wrong. Pick up takes an unnecessarily long time. Lazy, unqualified people run this location and I will never step foot in this place again in my life. Save your time, sanity and money.

One of the cashiers said he was giving out free covid vaccines out back buy the dumpsters. I havent felt right for weeks now.... Just kidding..... Walmart doesnt have cashiers...

I usually order online.and had accumulated a large number of the reusable grey plastic bags. I read that all major Walmart centers accept plastic bags for recycling. I asked 6 different staff members were the drop off bin was. Not a single person knew about it. One guy just said that they dont accept plastic bags for recycling. Finally figured out where it was. It is located in the room towards the right in the entrance near the deli section.

I dont recommend ordering anything from the printing/photo services, is the second time i made an order of the same item i wanted and its the second time it got delayed and lost..😐 like...how??? It was supposed to be a gift for a friend i waited a whole month for nothing, so dissapointing.

Crowded and unorganized. Had what I needed cheap but not my favorite place to be. Employees would rather socialize with each other than help you and many of them lack basic manners...

I was in store for 30 minutes. Not once was a greeted by an employee, nor was I approached to assist me. I make my way to electronics and find what I need; its locked up. This is no problem, I understand shrink prevention. While standing in line the employees behind the counter went out of their way to avoid helping me. It wasnt untill I had to make a loud noise and was finally noticed. I was rung out and left.Im not mad or even surprised about this horrible customer service. The employees are payed just enough to keep coming back, and are treated very poorly so their desire to provide any sort of customer service is slim to nothing. This is all the fault of Walmart sop. Then I found empty nips in the mens room.Stay classy, walmart.

I know it was very busy in the store this day. Unfortunately the sense of urgency with the staff was unacceptable. I watched Managers converse in private conversations and let 4 people stand at Jewelry counter for 20 minutes before I had to approach her and ask if she could get us some assistance. Then it took another 7 or 8 minutes before the call was actually placed. Just crazy on another note one young woman at Photo area stayed with me for what seemed quite a while to make sure my photo album came out perfect!! Thank you to that associate

I live less than 1 mile from the Worcester Walmart and I rather travel 5 to 10’miles to a different location. 8:30 pm they have 16 registers and 1 open because they want you to use self checkout. Great way to help the public stay safe from COVID. You call the store NO ANSWER, You walk to customer service nobody there and the 1 person you see has no idea where any of the Supervisors are…I used 1 star because if not you can’t leave a review. This is by far the worst Walmart or ANY STORE I have ever had to be in and NO IT WASNT BY CHOICE !

This store must be subjected to a lot of theft. Constantly having my legal rights violated for what are supposed to be voluntary searches while exiting the store. Today, I had enough while standing in a line to exit while everyones carriages got over-searched. The one lady looked mortified. I dont see searches this thorough even at membership stores (which I should add are allowed to do these searches).With that being said, I did as I felt that I was being forced to and showed my receipt and cart contents. I did however give the young lady a little bit of an attitude today and I would like to apologize for that. She was professional and was simply doing her job. I lost my cool and I shouldnt have blamed her directly.Store ownership should however come up with a better plan to randomize these searches rather than making everyone feel that they are obligated to be checked while exiting, unless there is absolute reason to detain. Just my suggestion.I spend a substantial amount of money at this store. It is normally clean and a good experience otherwise, except for the times where cashiers are at a minimum. I know that I can choose to shop elsewhere and I may choose to do so if this continues.
