The young women working there are amazing, so nice, and they keep the place well stocked and clean. I mostly come for the 99 cent coffee and whether Im there at 7 am or pm they keep the coffee station immaculate.

I’m a frequent customer of this gas station but today i had an unpleasant experience. Their system was down and no price was shown either on the machines or up in the digital display. As a result they charged me and i guess all the other customers way higher price on gas compared to other stores. They charged me 2.799/ gallon while another Cumberland sold it for 2.49/ gallon same day same time. I talked on the phone with a crew but she had no idea about the gas price. Two hours later i went to the store to talk in person and they said the Corporate decided to change it to 2.55/ gallon. I have lived in the area for years and never had such an issue. They never apologized or returned me a refund. Very dissapointed with the answer of the store associate. February 10, 2021

Good iced tea and the slushy machines are usually functioning. This is a small store and doesnt have the selection or stock of the larger stores. I would LOVE them to take over the other units in this building and expand. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the place is clean.

Very quick service and open 24 hours. Prices are obviously steep being a convenient store. The coffee is good and a nice selection.

Great coffee and soft drinks. Reasonably priced.

Great old style Cumbies, lots of appealing snacks.

This is one of the last Cumberland Farms to be remodeled, which it shows. The staff here is however more friendly then most.

Ive also been treated good by the employees. The coffee is pretty decent.

Great place to go. Always had a great experience except today 7/22/17. I went in at midnight to buy a google play card. The older lady at the register was nice and was trying to help me out cause the card code wasnt working. The other girl was so rude and was pushing me away and was telling the older lady no he has to go. She is rude and has poor customer service skills. I almost called her the b word but i was a bigger man than that and said have a good night. Very rude and should not be dealing with customers. Im gping to file a complaint on her with Cumberland Farms

As a former employee an a asst. Manger at this location hate to say it but they dont treat the workers as good as they should. Also upper mang. Not so nice arie should be looking in to this an stoping it.....

Love cumbys but this location needs to be redone. Employees are great, service is great but compared to other cumbys some amenities are lacking

Best Cumbys Ive ever had the pleasure of going to. I am a Cumbys fanatic, only shop at a Cumbys whenever possible. This location has the best employees that Ive experienced. Always friendly, interpersonable, and engaging. Admittedly there are issues sometimes with parking and they dont have some ammeneties as other Cumbys do. But despite the issues due to lack of renovation I still would choose this location above all others surrounding Worcester.

The employees are always nice and the gas prices great. This is one of Cumbys older locations and hasnt been upgraded like the others in the area.
