I went there around midnight for a quick snack and some drinks. The cashier was extremely rude. The way I was treated was a downright embarrassment for 7-11

The person behind the counter was very professional and friendly, but she wasnt able to let me reload my chime card because of management policy. Not her fault at all. If my rating was based solely on her performance, I would be leaving a 5 star review.

I went there just to get a late night snack with cousin new to town from Kyrgyzstan. She had her service dog with her for emotional support and the guy questioned her why. Therefore I replied her reasoning which is not needed and the guy continued and disrespected me and my family and ruined her first time in a Americanized 7-11. Not happy with the mistreatment of a disability. I will no longer continue to buy from this location.

The guy that works there is very rude

Sadly this place is horribly managed and the staff is poorly trained. I live across from there and was excited when I heard we were getting a brand new one. After almost 2 years it has not got better. I leave for work early. One numerous occasions I have had to wait for the clerk inside to hit the button for the pump to authorize for 2 or 3 minutes. Bathroom has been out of order for days on end. That is just a visual not asking. We asked once and was told it was out of order. We were buying a tank of gas and diesel every 4 days. Not to mention red bull and other snacks. After last week we will never go to this location again. Beautiful new building run by someone who does not take their franchise serious. If this is corporate owned its even worse.

Love how the staff are keeping us safe during a pandemic by not wearing face masks and helping people and preparing food. Thanks for nothing

This 7-Eleven opened summer of 2018. It seems clean and I love the rolls.

Keep getting charged the wrong amount and not getting help from customer service.
