I cannot say enough about Wagner Motorsports. I actually ended up going there after trying other dealerships closer to me where I had didnt have a good customer experience, and the folks at Wagner blew me away. From the salesperson Don, to the financing person Mindy, the gentleman who delivered my motorcycle, and the folks at parts and service, everyone was extremely helpful and very willing to help with the purchasing process and beyond. I wouldnt go anywhere else and would travel wherever I needed to again in order to get their kind of service.

I brought my Harley in for an inspection sticker and was greeted immediately. These guys are the most professional guys I’ve ever encountered. JP made a copy of my registration and made sure I had my original back in hand. They were informative and easy to read talk to. These guys know their stuff!! They sell Indian, Ducati and BMW bikes but they knew all about my Harley too. Up to date equipment, knowledgeable and pleasant. I wish I could have given them more than 5stars!!! This is a long overdue review. I purchased a 2016 Indian Road Master from this dealership and I could not be happier. They are more than helpful and honest with the way they treat you. I do have to give a special shout out to Glynn, may sales person, who made me feel welcome through the entire process. I was a very long time Harley owner, and after some BS with the local Harley dealership, I could not be happier with not only my first Indian but especially with this dealership. I just traded my Indian Challenger for a 2022 BMW R 18B. The sales experience, facilitated by Product Specialist Glynn Velardo, was excellent. I met Glynn several months ago when the first R18 hit the sales floor. The bike really caught my eye and I worked with Glynn to explore end eventually test ride the bike. The R18 lacks some of the features that I enjoy on the Challenger, so I did not trade, and resisted the urge to make an R18 Classic my second bike. Along came the R18 B. This is a very different bike than the Challenger, and is packed with accessories not found on any bike that I have ridden. It was a hard choice, but I made the trade for a beautiful R18B with ”Galaxy Dust Metallic” finish. I am really enjoying the new bike. Thanks to Glynn for helping me with my journey, job well done.

Even with difficulties from extremely poor head management, Glynn, the BMW sales specialist, was able to warm my experience up and make my R1250GSA purchase worth it. I’m giving 5 stars because the sales team and parts department honestly love and care for their customers, but I would give a zero star rating for the cowardly manager that tried to discriminate against me and never even offered an apology. I wish the sales team could work for someone else so I could enjoy buying from them again.I also want to give a shout out to Shannon, the Business manager, who was such a helpful angel with my paperwork, and Manny, the Parts Manager, who makes you feel like family when you need to get the parts you want.

I just bought a new 2021 RnineT and Im completely satisfied with the bike and the experience. I dont write a lot of reviews but I wanted to take the time to recognize the person, Glynn (G), who made it so great. She talked me through my decision making making process and had me try 3-4 different bikes. She knew every detail about the bikes and was very honest so I never felt like she was trying to push me. It took me several days of reading reviews and asking her questions and she was totally chill and low key and it never seemed like I was bugging her with all my questions. When I finally settled on a bike (tried an 900XR and 750GS too) she got it for me at price that was better than advertised and she went to bat for me to get me a very competitive trade allowance. The surprising thing was I decided on the bike at 1 in the afternoon on a _Saturday_...and it was insured, registered, and I was driving the new bike home by 5PM that day. Thats unheard of these days, man. Mike was helpful as was Mindy in the business office. In fact, Every person said hi to me as I walked around the place and that meant a lot to me. Wagner is a great place that is customer focused and knows their stuff. And G made this whole experience excellent and a lot of fun.

Everyone was friendly and happy to help but left you to browse at your own pace. Price on gear like jackets and pants was cheaper than online for us. Good selection all around for bikes and gear

High praise for the service department.Ive always taken my Dark Horse to Wagners for every service need, routine or not. Recently the clutch cable snapped at a stop light. My first call was to Wagner. They sent a drive to get me off the side of the road, and got the job done with very little down time.Now, realize this isnt a 30 minute replacement like the old days. This cable replacement is actually a bit of a bear to replace. But, they didnt penalize me for the design difficulty, understood the issue and saved me a couple of hundred bucks on labor.Thats why I always go to Wagner first. Thanks to owners and service department!!

I found the exact bike I was looking for at a great price. Being in the car business for @20 years, what is advertised can slowly morph into something different. Just today I called to see if I could get my bike inspected. Answer: Yes, come on down, we close in 25 minutes. I got there in time, and they refused me. I told the service desk but he couldnt care less--He only interrupted his conversation with his female colleague long enough to argue with me. I mentioned how friendly Max BMW is and that I was not surprised this happened. He even said go to Max if you dont like it. This is why I get my parts and go to Max BMW, or anywhere else I can unless its too inconvenient.Defiantly a motorcycle dealer of last resort.

Bought a 2019 BMW new here (which was a great process). Fast forward to 2021 and a routine service. Arrived to find a mixup with the online booking (hint: call for service scheduling). In spite of that, JP went out of his way to not only fit my service into the schedule, but completed it within the window I had originally expected. As always, Wagner is a great dealer to do business with.

Bought a new 2021 BMW R1250RT a couple of weeks ago. Wagner was the only BMW dealer that had the model/color I wanted (that wasnt already spoken for) between Philadelphia to Burlington, VT! Glynn was very responsive to my many calls/texts/emails. They gave me a fair price for my trade-in, and the transaction went as smoothly as one would hope. My only complaint is that I live an hour away! Glynn called when the bike came in, and brought me in to see it while it was being put together. The sales/service/finance/office staff I dealt with were very friendly and accommodating. I would certainly use them again and recommend them based on my experience.

I got a new set of Anakee ADV tires from Wagner and installed on my F700GS. They were quick and installed well and had exemplary service. Reasonable rates and prices with excellent service. They pointed out some things Ill want to get done sooner or later (that I did already know about so I know they arent making anything up) and didnt pressure me at all about getting them done. I will be coming here to get my bike serviced every time. Very good attention to detail.

Manny the parts manager was helpful and very knowledgeable. This was the second bike I bought from Wagner, the First bike was a used Harley Davidson CVO Full Dresser 5 years ago from Mike and that was a good experience too.

Purchased a 2021 Indian motorcycle. The battery was dead. It took 2 hours flr the service department to realize that it needed a new battery. I also purchased a backrest. It was the wrong size. They gave me a hard time returning the item, even though the parts department saw that it was the wrong size.

On Sept 5/2020, while traveling from Florida to Canada I had a rear flat tire on I90 about 12 miles west of Worcester, MA. A tow truck showed up 2 hours later and towed me to Wagners. The truck driver could not enter my Canadian Visa Zip on his device and said that he could not unload my bike until paid.Mike, at Wagner, graciously took care of the bill and unloaded the bike.They put it in the shop immediately and replaced my tire with a new one.Considering this was Saturday of a long weekend I was truly appreciative of their excellent service and was on my way within a couple hours. All the staff were very friendly/courteous and I highly recommend Wagner Motorsports!!

Back in 2017, I purchased a brand new R1200GS and all representatives, from sales associate to manager, were gracious and incredibly helpful. This time, I went back for a KTM 500. Glynn and Sharon made my buying experience incredibly smooth and they made sure all my questions and needs were addressed promptly and efficiently (before, during, and after sale). I even got explanations and recommendations from their KTM mechanics –also incredibly helpful and courteous. The store was following social distancing guidelines. I can safely recommend their services. Other dealerships will have a hard time convincing me to move my business elsewhere.

I had a great purchase experience at Wagner Motorsports and I recommend them. All of their staff are friendly and helpful. They were very responsive and clear in all of our communications, and I appreciated their hospitality during the purchase process. I believe that they are fully committed to giving customers a great experience, as they did several things to ensure this for me. Their facility and all of their bikes are very, very clean. Note to motorcycle purchasers: Wagner will insist on waiting for your cashiers check to clear their bank account before proceeding with the purchase; other dealers where I have purchased a motor vehicle accepted a cashiers check on the spot. Consequently, purchasing a bike at Wagner will take at least 2 or 3 visits (my purchase took 4 visits) before you can ride your new bike home. That being said, Wagner was very clear about how every step would work; there were no surprises.

Dealt with Glynn V. We had gone back and forth on a few bikes across a few months. We finally were able to make a KTM 390 Adventure work for both parties! She was super helpful with my trade and explaining the differences between a few bikes. She went above and beyond even dealing with my indecisiveness on what color I wanted! Great Buying expereince! I had to delete my previous review from a year ago. Tabatha and previous staff were great. Currently, my Ducati has been there since May 2020 and it is October 2020 and I’ve had nothing but terrible service. I’ve been very patient and understanding with waiting on parts to come in and for the technicians to do work that can be done in one day. I had an agreement with the service staff and the agreement was, with the exception of one new minor repair that was added on at the end, completely broken. It wasn’t until I made a big deal, that the manager started returning my calls. The new manager is there for over a month and doesn’t ask why my motorcycle has been there for MONTHS. And no one is stepping up to the plate. Left the General Manager a voicemail and no response. Service manager refuses to accept a reasonable offer and tells me that he has told to the General Manager to call me and nothing. My offer was that I pay for all of the expensive OEM parts and the service manager will take care of the labor, which is only 20 percent of the entire bill, and he thinks he can give me a runaround. At this point I don’t recommend this place to anyone anymore besides an oil change and basic maintenance because they don’t hold themselves accountable for anything. I work in management at a service department at an automotive dealership and have been in the business for years. I would never do to my customers what they’ve done to me. I missed the entire riding season and they don’t have a care in the world. Luckily this is just a motorcycle and not the car I use to go to work and make a living.

Good shop, a lot of offerings with several brands. Everyone was willing to help.

I bought a new 2020 BMW R 1250 GS. Dealing with Glynn Velardo and the entire staff was a pleasure. Very professional and responsive. Unfortunately I had to wait for some accessories to be ordered and installed, however it was a manufacturing delay and somewhat out of their control. I would recommend this dealership and Im totally enjoying my AWSOME new motorcycle.

Spent a week or so trying to put a deal together. I negotiated a pretty good deal for me...not good enough for the dealer, apparently. Too bad, now I have to buy out of state, will save me money. I was hoping to establish a deal with a local dealer, even though it was going to cost me several hundred dollars. Such is the online age...Wish there was a way to make us all happy, guess those days are gone. If you can pay a little more, and dont want to shop around, these guys seem fair.
