The rating is based on the extremely poor communication from the people at City Sporting Goods. I was told I would get a follow up a day after coming in to discuss my order; I had to call myself 3 days later to ask why no one reached out. When speaking to someone, they told me that they went ahead and embroidered part of the order already WITHOUT asking me where on the item I wanted what I requested. The order was also not available for pickup when requested. The quality was fine but the inconvenience and aggravation of the experience and the lack of accountability by anyone there was abhorrent. Definitely didnt feel like my business was valued or appreciated. Ill never be back or refer anyone here.

I am sorry to tell you that City Sporting Goods will be closing their doors for the last time since it will very well lay off all of its employees forever
