Very large variety of office supplies at affordable prices. Customer service is wonderful and they go out of their way to make shopping easier. The checkout is prompt and efficient. Very well organized.

Worst customer service ever. I got an attitude the whole time I was there by one employee while I was just asking relevant questions about the printer. I said to my daughter, wow she had an attitude she yelled excuse me. My reply was that she shouldnt speak to customers that way and I continued to get disrespected and yelled at. I was asked to leave the store . So not only was I disrespected but I was also kicked out. The manager wasnt aware of any of this. Good luck to anyone going there, disgusting!

Paul(im assuming a manager) helped me with an issue I had. Basically i bought a shredder with a warranty and the warranty company refused to honor it. I came into the store asking for help and Paul got on the phone with the warranty company and got them to issue me a check. Great Job Paul and thanks for the help. Ill be returning to buy a new shredder and warranty from you when my check arrives.

The gentleman helping me print out my tickets to the Tower Gardens Winter reimagined was totally fantastic patient and upbeat the whole time. I witnessed another customer giving him a lot of grief not that he deserved it and yet he still kept a very professional good attitude this man and I dont know who he was deserves a gold star I wish I had grabbed his name. He exemplifies fantastic customer service

Their customer service is excellent. Each and every employee who approached me to ask if I needed help were genuinely happy and non-obtrusive. There is a real pleasant ambiance even between the comraderie amongst the staff and it makes the customer feel part of that team. They have fabulous clearance items too.

Good Staples. Friendly and most stuff seems to be stocked. Prices are okay but the sales are very good. Get yourself a flyer when you enter.

Went to make copies. Unfortunately, it took a while to make a couple of copies. The staff should be able to make copies quickly and maintain their schedule. The staff was nice and working with their set schedules.

NEEDS MUCH MORE CULTURAL DIVERSITY AND NOT ALSO PROPORTIONAL TO ITS COMMUNITY POPULATION and becoming very expensive to its constituents . ..now they place you on hold for over 15 minutes and give the I am sorry when they exactly do not want to deal with their faults. I thought that they were good but they still can not even have a Hispanic manager to place the balance of the community. Not a Hispanic doer or robot to this non cultural community wanna be.

I have first hand witnessed on multiple occasions the staff at this staples being berated and cursed at by heinously rude customers and they handle it with grace and professionalism every time. I commend them for their patience, they are helpful and honest, if they are unsure how to do something they tell me so and then figure out how to complete the task as a team. I go there for all my business needs in the copy print center. Thanks guys!

The people running the printing department dont really know what theyre doing. More than half of their printers were broken when I arrived and their email printing service wasnt working for anyone

Copy center is getting worst. I usually bring my own binding supples to get some books bind. They usually will do it for me free of charge. Now they won’t use my and last time I got a book done using my they charge me too much! I quit disappointed will use go else where!

Very helpful place for people who dont much about high tech stuff

I had an amazing experience at this Staples store!!! Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, patient with me, and so very helpful, making my computer buying experience enjoyable, compared to the stress and confusion I left the first store (BB) I stopped at with. The IT guys at this store, Corey and Jerry, and also the manager Mark, all assisted me with professionalism from beginning to end, never talking over my head, taking the time to show me some new things and even knew my name when I came back in. These guys are the reason I am loving my new computer and have everything I need. You dont find people like this in stores everyday!!! Kudos to management for hiring such a great team!!!! If you need any assistance with your computer go see these guys...you wont be sorry. Just saying :)

Customer service at the printing and copy center was unbelievably rude, absolutely no customer skills. Very disappointed.

The print center staff was patient with my questions about printing a poster and worked with me to fit the dimensions of my PowerPoint slide to fit the poster. These guys are great!

Great store, but watch out at night for panhandlers in the parking lot

My company has had an awful time with their print services. Nothing is ever printed in the estimate time and they experience equipment failure frequently. Orders were constantly incorrect and there was always so much confusion from employees about it. We were never contacted that our prints could not be done do to a machine being down and when we went to pick them up 2 days later the sales associate was rude and uncommunicative.

I wanted to share a superb customer service experience I had with this store. Although it has been a year since the experience took place, my intentions in posting promptly were good, just sat on my desk too long.I had purchased a laptop at another Staples location and was experiencing hard drive problems. Since it was still under factory warranty, I decided to send it back to the mftr through the Worcester store. I handed the unwrapped laptop to an agent in the copy center, who was thoughtful and courteous, however, the packing was not sufficient as it arrived at the factory with damage to one corner. The mftr made the repair to the hard drive (but not to the case) and sent me a picture of how it was received with the damaged corner. Since the mftr did not feel responsible, and I had relied on Staples to provide packing and shipping, I turned to Staples to rectify. Jake and Mark at the Worcester store were very helpful in assisting me in ultimately receiving a very generous credit from Corporate. Jake in particular was very determined that some resolution would take place.My wife and I are small business owners and this experience always reminds us of why we continue to be Staples customers.

Was here to make copies for a client and the machine I was on wasnt working and it was hard to flag down some help. I finally figured out the issue by going to the next available machine and printing out what I needed while the next person went on the same machine and have issues. Other that that i normally get things printed at staples not this particular one but I dont usually have issues. I will try this place again when i am in the area maybe I can update the review.

The woman behind the print counter was very rude and not helpful but was nice to other people she didnt like me for some reason very poor quality so I was there for a half an hour for no reason

This location is unable to ship packages to APO addresses because they are not properly trained to do so. If you are trying to ship to an APO address (ie: anyone in or associated with the military who is stationed elsewhere) do NOT expect to be able to do that at this location.

I would give less than 1, but it is not possible, do not use the printer because I did it and they charged me most the black and white papers as color and I told them they ignored, black and white I printed and I pay as a color .... do not go there ....
