After running into wheel bearing failure on the road to Yellowstone, Frontier was recommended to us by some locals in Ten Sleep. Boy, are we lucky to have found them. They were able to get us right in, accommodate our RV while we waited a few days for parts and get us back on the road. Owner Jeff was so helpful both as a businessman and as a generally kind person, suggesting things to do in the area to keep us occupied and keep the vacation going. Old fashioned customer service and a fair price earn Frontier Tire five stars in our book! Thanks again!

I was in town overnight and realized I had a wheel bearing going out. They got me in first thing in the morning and replaced for much less than I expected. Quick work, fair price, friendly staff.

Youll need an appointment to get it but I think the place is great. Theyre honest, will take good care of you, and they have good prices. Theyve been expanding lately and Im not very impressed with some of the new employees but they still get the job done well.

My wife and I traveled to Worland, WY, to visit friends from CO. While there, we experienced a flat tire and the only store with service was Frontier Tire. It was during their hours when closed but their on-call tech/mechanic, Raymond, met us at the shop and repaired the tire. Raymond was gracious and personable, explaining everything he was doing. We couldnt ask for better service. My only concern was that due to it being on a weekend evening, we were not told how much the cost was, explaining that we would be billed the following Monday morning. I have never experienced that before, but we were in no position to challenge this. Nevertheless, Raymond was a life saver and kudos to him for his people skills as well as his being there for us.

Terrible customer service. Not impressed.

We had car issues on our road trip. Luckily, we were able to pull into Frontier in Worland, WY.They immediately looked at our car and diagnosed issue in minutes. We were out of the door within 20 minutes. Moreover, they charged an extremely reasonable price for work. Workers seem very hard working and honest. A+, which is rare for car mechanics.

On vacation from England. Had a puncture out of town. Spoke with Brandon who got us a tyre fitted and back on the road within half hour. Impressive service. Many thanks

Found them to do a great job on my tire patch. Asked for guidance on some burned out light controls in the cab and was told there was not a mechanic available to look at it. So kinda mix match on the deal, but oil changes/tire repairs were satisfactory.

I use to not have a problem with them I trust when they tell me a part is going to be in and it dont come in or they said it hasnt come in because they have kind of overbooked on jobs and they put me off my vehicle was suppose to had been fixed Tuesday and now I have to wait till Monday someone needs to keep track of what they are doing. Not happy at all with them.

I blew a inboard tire late Tuesday afternoon and from my 1st call to the young lady who answered after hours to the gentleman Raymond who came and changed the tire and fixed the breaks on my Motorhome the next day I found the owner and staff at Frontier Tire to be kind, courteous and honest.I would reccomend them to anyone needing automotive, truck or RV service.

NEVER GO HERETerrible customer service, flippant manager, they lost our tires (said they trashed them and that this was a frequent problem) loooong waits even when appointments were scheduled to the point I had to schedule multiple appointments before getting anything done, and many, many more problems.Will NEVER be coming back

They do get a tire fixed but seem to hate their jobs, customer service is very poor!

Not very good customer service been given me the run around about a gasket now I have to wait the whole weekend not being able to drive my vehicle was told part would be in Wednesday but here it is Friday and part is their but have to wait till Monday would not recommend this place!!!!!!!
