I hope the lady sees this or even the manager. The lady who has like shorter dark blonde hair with highlights helped me. She recommended a hair mask in a green package. But she also recommended a few other products for my needs and honestly it’s exactly what I been searching for!!!!!!! I couldn’t believe how soft my hair finally felt after all the damage I’ve done to it. I didn’t think it was possible to be honest....while at work my hair randomly started getting frizzy for no reason and I knew it was from all the damage. But the products she told me to get it’s just a shampoo conditioner and a leave in. I know my hair journey is on a good path to becoming healthy again! And that’s just after one use I can’t stop touching my hair! I’m just in shock I’m throwing out all my other shampoos and just everything that Ive tried to “love”. I would always tell my self “it’s expensive so it HAS to be good.” These were not at all expensive and also! No alcohols! Which I was looking for I’m just so happy and I’m calling the store to tell her thank you:) and to also tell the manager how what she recommended for my needs was 100% on point. I’ve spent way too much money you wouldn’t believe on everything that didn’t work for me..I have really fine flat hair that I’ve processed a lot.So seeing how well these worked for me I just couldn’t say thank you enough for helping me:)

I have been coming to this location for years and they are absolutely wonderful and very helpful Michelle and ivy are amazing and they always help me on picking the best products for my hair and they are like true family members that always helps so i highly recommend this location

My GF was having a difficult time finding some specific hair products. She called up and asked if they had it in stock. The friendly employee checked stock for us. I drove out and told what I wanted. They picked it for me and I was in and out in a few minutes. Really friendly people. The place was spotless and BRIGHT. Huge selection.

Amazing helpful staff!! Michelle Sobczak The store manager has been the most amazing person to deal with. She has helped me over and over with my hair color changes from dyes to use to shampoo conditioner and treatments. I must’ve went in at least 8 times in the past 3 weeks just for hair color ideas and steps to remove my black hair color to going to platinum and she has been nothing but welcoming and patient and so very helpful. She’s amazing and a great asset to the sally beauty supply company ! Thank you so much for all your help

I would -negative stars I was looking for a few secz... No help I like one on 79th and cicero..their rude and no help at all and have no masks but be touching everything and no sanitizing hands... Awful customer service... They ignorenyou or tell you we dont have have it just to say we dont have it

The staff at this Sallys has been particularly good for a couple years now. Very helpful and complimentary. The store is always clean and organized and they generally have what I want. I hope they continue to expand their for men section and add more beard care products. In general it seems like the attitude of the company has changed, I noticed the sign in the window saying they offer free color consults now, in the past I recall they would not answer basically any questions! But while I was there the Associate was practically bending over backwards to help this woman pick out the proper dye, the woman had a hijab on so the associate couldnt even see her hair but that didnt matter, she still took her time to help her!
