Fantastic experience, was pleasant and very helpful. Put together a laptop for me in about an hour. Price was exceptional, competed with online prices. Waited a few days to ensure the laptop worked perfectly, and it has delivered. Will shop again, and highly recommend coming here for literally any computer related issue or want.

Well easily put i came in for a speaker replacement. Just needed a normal 1.5 watt to 2 watt speaker 28mm size. he tried to sell me a little oblong speaker and said its a great speaker its out of a dell and that its better. The speaker isnt made by dell in the first place. Then he grabbed another speaker that had a mini amp hooked up to it, so i was interested.. then he tried charging me $12 plus tax for it when you can get a premium bass for $6 all day. well i needed it so i went for it, come to find out the speaker was blown and amp was no good. waste of time and money. there is better stores out there

These Guys are These Guys are strait up CROOKS!! I brought my computer in after it would not turn back on after a power outage, assuming that I would need a relatively cheep replacement of the Power supply. They insisted I get a full diagnostics. after that they told me that the motherboard was fried. Then went on to explain that I could pay for a replacement, $275.00 but would be better off buying a new Computer, From them of Course. I decided to get a second opinion, and was told that there was no indication that the motherboard was damaged. I paid $80 for a new Power supply and the computer works fine. Foolish to come to this store for any reason. It is a guaranteed Scam.

Jameel is a thief who stole $1,800 from me. I placed an order for about 15 computers and 30 monitors (2 monitors per station). Jameel (owner of the business) gave me a 1 week guarantee to have all merchandise delivered to my office, which is down the street from his shop. I paid a deposit of $1,800 to get the process started. 1 week later, Jameel did not have my order ready. I needed the computers to for my new office locations, so time was of essence. Jameel stated that he was sick, in the hospital, etc. A few days later, Jameel STILL didnt have my computers! I took a trip to Micro Center in Willowbrook and purchased all the computers and monitors (came out to be cheaper than Computer Outlet), I called Jameel and told him I wanted to cancel the order due to him not having it in the time window that he promised. Jameel cancelled the order, however did not give me my deposit of $1,800 back! His excuses ran from him being sick, in the hospital, his accountant was out of town, etc. This was about 6 months ago and it reached a point where community religious leaders are involved and he is sill not agreeing to pay us back. Jameel is a thief, a crook, do not do business with him. He will steal from you.

Ignoring the fact that it looks like a leftover from the 80s (with ancient hardware to match) - the guy is over-priced. Used I5 Win 7 - $550. New I5 Win7 at Best Buy - $499.

Scammer, 100% hands down. Doesnt replace daulty hardware, instead does patchwork repairs to make units functional until theyre out the door.Ex: When a drive says it has bad sectors and its going to fail, you dont do a repair, you REPLACE it. The owner is ignorant to that fact, and overcharges for his services.

Worked there for a week, everything he sells is either used or Chinese. He told me he was going to pay me $300 a week for a 10-7 daily lmao. Thats $5 an hour. He tells customers their computers are useless and buys them for around $50 and resells for $250. He never paid me my $300 ffs this is why you dont work with Arabs. Oh and he never has cash in the drawer he usually takes whatever is in there and leaves me alone in the store for 5+ hours a day.

They make it seem like they are experts and carry all kinds of computer parts for cheap but this is just another retail store. the only reason I would stop here is because its closer than the nearest equally overpriced best buy.

First off, the second you walk in you see the crappiest hardware ever, and smell a stong odor of chemicals being cooked.....So I ask if they have any socket 775 coolers and they look at me like they dont know what Im talking about ... sure enough they didnt. I had to say the CPU style. And POINT at a used one. These guys wanted $30 for a USED socket 775 cooler? hahaha $4 cooler on ebay. so i said I wanted a tube of thermal paste instead. They said it was $9 I said forget this im leaving. Guy then told me it was $2...so I go to pay for it with a $5 bill... NO CASH IN HIS REGISTER AT ALL! so he said he couldnt make change. then he insisted I use a debit card. I just left. Complete crooks. Sketchy business. Probably a drug front.
