Worst place to shop the manager has the worst attitude ever she acts like owns the place plus she totally clueless of what she is doing we sure miss the old manager he was so polite and courteous but this lady now jesus christ whats her problem

This pharmacy is absolutely horrible. When I came to get my meds they told me it was too early when it wasnt. Someone entered the wrong information into the computer and it was showing as too early. My doctor even called them and he said that they were extremely rude. Not only did they not want to admit their mistake they were ignorant about it. I will never EVER go here again. I will find a pharmacy that actually has competent people.

Horrible COVID testing procedures. I sat in my car for 50 minutes for a 15 second nose swab. It would have been kind of them to let people know that they have representatives calling and texting from Rhode Island so I could make sure my phone wouldnt spam all their calls and texts. I had to call their pharmacy in order to get MinuteClinic questions answered (like how much longer Id have to wait.) Very frustrating, I would recommend people try Walgreens or any other testing center before going to a CVS.

Cashier was rude and disrespectful went in hoping to use my extra care rewards and also had a digital coupon that was sent to me for completing a survey by cvs that clearly stated “cashier can scan barcode or enter code” she was rude and said she couldn’t do that. I told her it said on there that it was possible and she wouldn’t even look at the barcode just kept saying I can’t do that didn’t give reason why just said you have to sent it to your card I can’t do that. I Just got home tried sending it to my card and nope didn’t work it has to be scanned or put in manually only so she obviously didn’t know what she was saying or doing and has a bad attitude. Makes me not wanna shop there anymore. I’ve never been this disrespected in this store I always get my prescriptions and shop there occasionally and have never had a problem using rewards or coupons but won’t be doing that anymore I’ll find another store with a more friendly atmosphere and a nicer.

I waited in front of the pharmacy for a whole hour for the four pharmacists to eventually figure out that they made a mistake in reading information from my insurance card. I will never visit this store again.

My mom was in Palos Community Hospital to be treated for AFib, aka irregular heartbeat. There, they attempted to shock my moms heart back in rhythm via electric cardio-version on 2 consecutive days to no avail. Those 2 day efforts left my mom with pretty bad skin surface burns on her back and chest, roughly 6 x 8 inch burned areas on each side. The hospital doctor prescribed Tylenol 3 with codeine to treat the pain. Unfortunately, the prescription could not be filled because the doc forgot to sign the script. We scrambled to get the prescription in before the 6 PM pharmacy closing. Finally, I got hold of doctor on the phone at 5:57 and had him immediately call the Worth CVS pharmacy. When I went back into CVS, it was 6:05 and pharmacy was technically closed. The pharmacist, PAULINA and her assistant, HEBA saved the day. They motioned me over, HEBA telling me that PAULINA was on the phone finalizing discussion with the doc. They then filled the prescription for my mom, going well above and beyond to resolve this situation and help ease my mothers pain from the shock treatments. Many kudos to PAULINA and HEBA in going above and beyond to make us very happy and loyal customers!

I come today and lady is rude she was acting like she didn’t want to charge me and she was looking at me all nasty they have to get new stuff that really want to work and that are people friendly because this makes people uncomfortable to even go shopping there my cashier name was Irene never would go there again rude all points of view

I received a text asking if I wanted a refill done there and I called but the young lady on the other end of the phone was extremely rude. She wouldnt let me finish my statement to get clarity on the issue. Retraining on phone etiquette is needed with this staff.

Went today to buy chips and candy. I had a 20% off coupon on my smartphone. Their system was down so they were unwilling to honor my coupon. Horrible way to do business. Im not going there again.

Its always over priced and the people that work there are rude. they dont have everyday items that i need. They are extremely overpriced, theres a family dollar right by it and it has the same exact things and same brands and its a lot cheaper.. i wouldnt recomend going here.

I dont know why there is no reviews on this cvs, seems like all the other ones have not so great things to say about. So this one should stand out.Anyway, I took my daughter to this CVS minute Clinic today, I have never been to a pharmacy clinic and was a bit unease about it when stumbling with bad reviews about all the other CVS ones. But the store it self is pretty clean an organize! The Nurse Practicioner that saw us was named Ashley J Bray, she was really helpful, easy going and even funny. The only reason why I stumble upon cvs is because its the only walk-in Clinic my insure will take, or so it seems. However, I was great, registration is easy as well. I will definitely go back!
