We were rear-ended 4 hours into our family trip to South Dakota. Rear lift gate of our minivan wouldn’t latch shut. It looked like our vacation was over. Lucky us, the accident took place only minutes from Abra in Hutchinson. We dropped by, explained the situation, and in less than two hours they were able to get our van back in safe driving condition. Black Hills, here we come. Can’t thank this shop and its crew enough.

Somehow the Tec missed parts that were damaged and it is a major safety hazard. Would not recommend this place for any mechanical issues.

Guys were pleasant HOWEVER my car didnt look any different than it arrived..I was charged 65 dollars for 15 minutes of their work...i brought my car in with a small chip in the windshield.. they repaired it and said you will still see a small chip.. they never disclaimed this ..i went back in and said my car is no different..they say oh thats how it is because of moisture..i am very disappointed in their quality of work..i will not be going back..save yourself the money and dont go here!!!

A++ What an amazing place to fix your car. Paint match 100%, got OEM parts, got a rental on location, got emails about updates of repairs. My car looks better than new... Im sooooooooooooo happy!!!!! This is the place guys, don’t overthink it, don’t shop around.

The worst customer service experience I have ever had! They took over a month for a headlight to come in without any updates or apologies instead they were very rude and unprofessional!! The manager is the worst!

Horrible place! Took over a month for them to fix my car! Car still not fixed! Then they lied about fixing some of the thibgs that were supposed to be fixed!! Insurance fraud!!

Customer service was horrible. I was treated rudely and poor when I went to get a quote for an accident. Was told if they did the quote they would send for the insurance check directly (which I didnt know they couldnt do). When I finally did go get the estimate (for lack of knowing a better place), they initially refused to tell me the estimate first and then sneakily sent the very low quote off to insurance. I did not trust them so had the work done elsewhere and insurance covered quite a bit more than their initial quote. Beware of these Sneaky Snakes!
