Love this company! Our dog ran through our screen door years ago and they fixed it with no issues but the most recent issue was when a hawk flew into our casement windows and shattered both panes of glass. After getting quotes from a few replacement glass companies, someone from Pella recommended Kerbler. Without hesitation they squeezed us in and fixed our window in 48 hours. Their customer service is wonderful and their quality of work is exceptional! I highly recommend this company!!!

I had to wait over 2 months on a glass door that this company incorrectly measured. Treated terrible when asked to get help with delivery for the inconvenience...About 2 months ago reached out to company for estimate for glass door replacement. I was told at that time they were several months out before they could do the estimate and or replacement at my home. They suggested that if I was able to bring the glass door they could measure it and order from their shop. Although not the easiest thing managed to get the door out and haul it up to their location to have the measurement done.Glass was measured and was told roughly 10 days which turned into about 3 weeks, no big deal. Once again had to take out the old glass door and took it back into shop for replacement. Was told likely few hours to complete. Couple hours later I get called and told they measured the glass door wrong and would have to reorder all over. Went back to shop to get my old door and was told they had already put in the order for the replacement once again, with the correct measurement this time. At that time I explained I thought it would be helpful if the next time they might be able to pick up the door themselves since it was their mistake. The gentleman didn’t promise but agreed it could probably be get that done. Finally several weeks later I get a call from “Lisa” letting me know I can come bring my door once again. At that time I explained that I felt like it would nice if they could accommodate the delivery for the time and inconvenience this has become. She at first politely said “well mistakes happen you know”, and we did say we are sorry.. I politely said very much appreciated the apology but was hoping to be accommodated in some way for the trouble. She seemed put out for asking the question but stated she would have to call the owner to see what they could do. About 30 minutes later she called and said that the owner was out but that she might be able to give a “very small discount” on installation but that I’d have to wait past November some time. I began to explain I didn’t feel like that very fair. Before I could say more she said “fine we will eat the glass” and hung up on me. I sat for a minute kind of shocked then decided to call back. She once again answered the phone, when I began to explain I’d appreciate a call from owner she said “don’t ever try to use this company again” and hung up on me a second time. Gave it a couple days to see if they might reach back to apologize but clearly they must be doing such good business they think it’s ok to treat customers this way. Based on the age of the company and other reviews I’m guessing the owner likely isn’t even aware… hope not anyway

This place is perfect if you need door or window repairs done. I brought in an old, broken block and tackle I had removed from a window. They set me up with two pair of replacements within an hour, and even gave me some tips for a smooth installation. I would definitely recommend these guys, very friendly and knowledgeable.

They had the parts for my 25 year old replacement windows. So, for about $30, and about 3 hours, I didnt have to replace 7 windows.

Fast friendly excellent service. Had seals repaired on two windows, dropped them off around 8:30am and picked them up same day at 3:30pm. Couldnt be happier.

Absolutely amazing service!! I had called around needing a broken front window replaced ASAP and other places quoted me high and had a two week turn around. Kerbler came right out, took my frame with them and will have my window done tomorrow! They also showed me how to install it myself once it is done which saved me a lot of money. They turned a not so fun broken window experience into a much easier to deal with situation!! Thank you so much!!!

I have an old postal table that I use for my desk at work and the top has some imperfections which would snag my clothes. I love the table so I searched online for a company that cuts glass and found they are located close to my office. They did a great job on cutting the glass to fit perfectly. I have also had mirrors cut and installed into picture frames to make custom medicine cabinets, a lot less expensive and I got the look I wanted. Everyone I have dealt with at Kerbler has been very knowledgeable and courteous too.

I had a piece of glass replaced in an old garage storm door. I took the damaged pane in and they replaced it for a competitive price. It was an easy process because you can stop in and someone will give you a quick quote and write up the order.

Brought my windows in the morning and ready by afternoon. Really pleasant and down to earth people. They produced for me.

I have used this company in the past and they were affordable and use to have a good turn around time. However, this time I took a small screen in to be replaced, I wasnt given a price.It took them 2 weeks to replace a small screen and it cost nearly $20. Really! The time the guy was talking to me he could have replaced the screen and I could have been on my way. Note: I have had many screens replaced in the past for $8 a screen by their company. Granted I sent in my father-in-law but the bill was still under $8 a screen. Maybe they gave him a senior discount or something. I dont know, however I can buy everything needed to rescreen many small screens for $20 at Lowes or Home Depot.
