I was about to cry bait and switch after waiting almost 2 months behind a sale for single size Baby Ruth candy bars on sale back in August for a 25 cents each with no minimum. Meanwhile I kept renewing the rain check.I also special ordered a case of 24. Well they finally got the shipment today and I was lucky enough to be in the store when they were about to neplenish their teller racks. I was able to use my rain check and grab another case. Thats 48 Baby Ruths for $12.00, Just before Halloween! The kids are going to have to think up a trick this year if they want one of my Baby Ruths.Just saying Hy-Vee met their commitments to me in this matter and I have no complaints. I know they were waiting for their supplier to come through as well. Good store - good management! I dont know if my special order may have primed the pump here, but always remember...you have options.

The store is well organized, the staff was helpful and professional, the restrooms are clean, the ready-to-go food was fresh and delicious, theres a large/comfortable/awesome indoor seating area inside the store next to Starbucks. We traveled through the area to grab a quick bite and have very positive experience. We would definitely stop by again if we are ever in town.

I enjoy shopping at Hy-Vee in general. Their meat counter has a higher quality selection from other competitors in Worthington. The same goes for their produce. I wish they didnt get rid of the all you can eat salad bar or the Chinese restaurant. I also would like to see more selection overall. Still a nice place to shop!

This is going to sound a bit crazy, I know--but the half pound burgers from the HyVee kitchen are *seriously* delicious. Best burger Ive had in a year and a half.

Good prices on most of the common used products and always a excellent aray of choices on fish and seafood

The restaurants serves really Good Burgers and their is the Sweetest Lady Ever named Brenda who runs the kitchen. My Family Loves to eat there!

Just passing through. Got some of the premade sandwiches to take back to our hotel at $4 each a high quality alternative. Bought a bag of shredded lettuce and some sandwich dills and we were good to go with some packs of mayo and mustard. Also picked up some of the Spring Pasta Salad and pre cut melon. Yummy! Looking forward to getting our own Hy-Vee in Eau Claire sometime soon!

They have everything I need. The layout is different than other HyVee stores, so it can be hard to find things

Went in for 2nd Covid shot and was planning on picking up a loaf of bread after. Once I could leave i went in search of bread I could not find, didnt find an employee to ask.Then I started to notice all of the people NOT wearing a mask there were enough that I didnt feel comfortable trying to find a simple loaf of bread and I left.I really think stores should have somebody at the entrances to ensure the safety of their customers, I for one am relieved I will never have to go into the Worthington Hy-vee again because it would be too soon

TLDR: Speedy service, but this time the barista didn’t quite get it right, but got the most important parts.Starbucks inside was great. They were busy, but it didn’t feel like a long wait. My two regular drinks were ordered quickly. However, the third was not what I ordered. I get a double chocolate chip frap for my kid when I’m grabbing a coffee for a drive. This barista did not know what that was, and when I got the cup back it said they had made a mocha frap with decaf. I’d been clear I didn’t want the coffee, so at least they got the most important part right. Perhaps the barista was new, but they also didn’t look over to any of the others for help with what I was asking.

HyVee is a great place to buy your groceries, and anything you can think of you need for your house. You can have meals delivered or dine in @HyVee. Starbucks you can buy drinks at or take it with you.

Bars and Restaurants closed in MN and I have never seen so many people crowded into one place to get food that they would normally go out for. Shutdowns dont work, they are just a giant game if Whack a Mole.

Scott has great customer service. Hes always helpful and can answers even foolish questions. I recommend him to all. A great local business.

I love in this cold that I can get my medication in the Drive thru...Dennis n/or MiKayla are awesome Pharmacy Technicians!!! They are super helpful n friendly!! I also do the Hy-Vee Aisles on-line so nice to only have to be out in the cold to bring the groceries in the house 🙂Wow!! What a difference a year makes.. The awesome Pharmacy Techs are no longer there, so instead you get hung up in drive-thru!! Told your meds are ready for pickup...but when you get there only 2 of 5 are actually ready, working on filling one, and never sent fax to doctor for refill on other!! Or for at least 6 months I go between calling Pharmacy to refill my med n the having to call clinic to see if they have request, bc Tiffany say she sent but clinic Never received... while at drive thru Oct 5 another concerned mother told me that the same thing happens to her daughter monthly!!! That day she had been without her meds for 3 days n she was in tears!!! There is NO EXCUSE for this, except someone being lazy n putting blame elsewhere!!! I waited for over 40 minutes to get my med that was supposedly ready!!! In that time I was hung up on my techs...told I should have come inside if I wanted help...(why have a drive-up then??) I asked to get Advil cold & sinus, tech ask if I want cold & flu??? Hmmm, NO, were u Listening??? I said it several times...I know many others have had same or similar issues... I strongly advice to change to other Pharmacy (I think Wgtn has 5 others)...I spoke to Store Manager, Dustin about these issues, twice!! He just blows smoke..... I sincerely hope no one continues to be treated as $ to them but a human being with medical needs!!!

Not a bad place to shop although I have noticed there prices are skyrocketing so I myself have been shopping at Fairway food store the employees there are so happy and helpful just a better shopping experience all a round.

I love Hyvee compared to Walmart, however I have become a bit disappointed because even though they have much better products than Walmart, little by little it seems that the good old favorites have changed and not for the better! Rotini salad, bakery chocolate chip muffins, meatloaf recipe, no more Reuben sandwiches.....the awesome OLD Hyvee deli is no longer my favorite go to fresh lunch choice and its very disappointing!

Big store with huge selection of items to choose from hard to find somethings unless you ship regularly. We didnt see any employees in the store other than behind the meat counter and checkout. Checkout was quick and friendly.

Lousy!!! Electric cars are never charged fully. Customers are rude!! They wont move cart out of the way when asked, butt in front of you in line and get peeved when you call them on it.

All the staff are super friendly and they have a huge variety of food. They even have specialty fruits and Specialty items. not only that after you do your grocery shopping you could pick up your spouse some flowers at the flower shop maybe even get something from the bakery for yourself. And as an added bonus they have a Caribou Coffee. The Hy-Vee restaurant does a really good job for their price point

Excellent grocery store. I wish they had one where I live. Great selection of organic brands and foods. Great prices. Friendly staff. Their floral service is awesome and theres a Caribou too. I love shopping here when Im in town visiting.

Hyvee has all the thing Walmart keeps getting rid of. Employees are friendlier, and the store is cleaner. Some things are pricier.

Works hard to fight covid-19. Always has clean carts and sends workers to clean carts.

Told me they ran out of Western Union paper so they couldnt do Western Union! I asked if they checked in the stock room for some they said no! I asked then how do you know your out? They said because I dont see any? I said I guess were out of oxygen too because you cant see it and left! There is no excuse for ignorance and laziness when you do customer service at a customer service desk;

Worthington HyVee is a large grocery store. Excellent produce department. Produce is always excellent. Some of the products in the store could be a little more competitively priced. Love the Health Market for gluten free products.

Founda new dessert, loved it. Was light, made with angel food cake and strawberry topping folded over like a taco ... Was great
