I came in today to decide whether to stay with Verizon Wireless or to go to Spectrum for my mobile service. The service was wonderful today. Taylor helped me start a business line and also upgrade my 3G to my 4Gwith a new plan he is showing me how to use a smartphone since Ive never owned one. He also helped me with changing over the pictures show me how to use this talk text that Im loving. He showed me how to save money by staying with Verizon VS going with Spectrum and having my two lines. Taylor helps me to understand that my service with Verizon would still work in the mountains versus its questionable whether the Spectrum service would have. Without the training that Taylor is giving me on this phone I would be lost its been extremely helpful. He is even going to help me connect to my car. I was extremely satisfied with the service. I was not rushed I felt very taken care of and all my questions were answered and know that I can call if I need to have additional help and I will definitely be back.

I came in today to get a business line started. Taylor totally fixed me up with everything I needed help transfer all my numbers and my emails and my pictures over. And hes training me on my phone which is great since Ive never had a smartphone. I would definitely come back in and Im going to enjoy using the phone that he helped me pick out and that I could afford.

I gave the store five star review because every time Ive been here I get great results. Today Dan helped me and was successful at achieving my goals! But Ive also had many other people helping me here and have found that they are knowledgeable and nice and helpful and Ive always been pleased with the results!

Went in to switch from an iPhone to something else but wasnt sure what I wanted. The guy was extremely helpful especially since Im not so great with technology. And he got me a great deal of $30 a month! Definitely will be back to this location :)

We had an amazing experience today with Verizon. The rep was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were looking to merge our accounts after my wife and I got married. The reps were very patient and helped us to find the best deal possible. We will definitely come back to this location again!

I stopped into this store for a new phone and I was very pleased with the service! They were very helpful and knew exactly what I needed and even offered me a rebate. What I liked most was that the representative that helped me gave me his direct line to call with any issues. I was able to call the next month to get help with my data plan. I feel like I have my own Verizon liaison! There are no long lines at these stores so I would definitely recommend stopping in!

The first thing I want to say is that this store was very convenient. There ample parking available. I like the way I was greeted when I first came in. I liked the salesman and his friendliness. He wanted to take care of my problems. One of them was that my charger was broken. He found the correct charger with a good length cord for me. He viewed my account and reviewed my bill, and updated my account. Through that, I saved money on my bill every month. He helped me go paperless as well. He showed me how to use the google app and how to apply it to my life. I was using the 411 features and that costs me $1.25 per call. He showed me that this google app was free. I feel confident in him, that I can call him every time I have an issue. We had a great connection because he understood my old aged mind. I was very satisfied and I will be back.

Today my phone became a brick while I was at work. I went to the Main Street Verizon store where I talked to this awesome guy who assisted me. He recommended that I buy a new phone because my phone was not working properly. I selected my phone and it wasnt in stock at that location but it was in stock at the Worthington location. I went into this store and talked to an awesome dude who helped me set up my new phone. There was also another awesome guy there. Overall, I had a great experience getting my phone set up. I will definitely be back to work with these awesome dudes again!

Stopped in because my LG was having major battery issues (on its last leg). I desperately needed a quick charge because I was waiting for a response on an offer (realtor). The two gentlemen were so very helpful. They worked together to ensure all my questions were answered, they were extremely patient, informative, and pleasant. They worked to get me the right products at great savings! There is a reason this is my go-to location. New phone, New charger, New lease on life!

Came into the store to discuss issues with my phone. I was not intending to get new phones, but Taylor was super helpful and offered great deals on new phones. I generally do not look forward to upgrading phones, but Taylor made the experience super easy and fun. Taylor really goes,above and,beyond with great customer service.

My rep he is great :) !!!!!He always treats with me respect & is always looking to get me a great deal !!! He got me unlimited data for a cheaper price than the fixed plan I was already on. He even sold me some accessories at a much discounted price. Even though he was taking the hit ! & instead of selling me a phone I didnt like, he advised that I wait til a newer phone came out & I like it SO much better ! Glad he advised I wait instead of just trying to make money off me. He wants to ensure Im happy with the product !! Hes one of the reasons I stay with Verizon & will only go to him to take care of my cellular needs.

He helps me with my email set up, and Gmail. He helped us transfer our old phone information to our new phone information. We only use our phones for text and phone calls so he was very very patient. I have a Verizon store right down the street and I still make the drive because I know it will be worth my time. Whoever the managers are, thank you for properly training your staff, it really shows. I have had the pleasure of visiting this store twice recently and both times I was highly satisfied. The first time I needed help accessing my emails . The professional representative down loaded an app for me and I was good to go. The second time I asked the representative to run a virus scan on my phone as my banking account had recently been hacked. It was done quickly and efficiently. He even volunteered to check my account to ensure I was not paying too much! I am certain to return to this store and highly recommend them.

I got a new iPhone yesterday and need to highly compliment the Verizon store staff in my neighborhood (Worthington). My salesperson, James, was eternally patient and pleasant in getting me set up - and must have studied the handbook on “Customers born in 1957: Curious yet Clueless.” Not only did he anticipate my questions, he addressed issues I’d never thought of! And while we were waiting for “my old data to download,” another customer of my era walked in with her new phone, purchased online... which she had no understanding of how to use/transfer. James kindly got her set up - spending lots of time with her while two other customers came in and worked with the other salesperson on duty. Nice job! As James noted, “My hope is that you come in as a customer and leave as a client.” I appreciate great service - thank you!

We went to Verizon today with some issues with our new iPhone 7. Our salesman did an outstanding job correcting the issue. I highly recommend this site. There is one Verizon Retailer closer, but this one values their customer better. Outstanding experience.

Stopped in yesterday to pick up a Galaxy s10 along with an unlimited plan. The process was smooth, we did run into a few technical difficulties but Jared helped me through the entire time. Overall a great experience.

What a great experience, 2 different days this week. I came in because of my phone issues I was having. We needed to do a warranty swap and have Verizon send me a phone. Well knowing I had to wait a day without a phone, the young man gave me a phone to borrow.,I know these phones arnt cheap and he trusted me with one he lent me. What a gentlemen! Very blessed! I went into the Verizon store with questions about my account. The gentleman who began to assist me went to great lengths to answer my questions. Each question raised a lot more questions but he was very patient with them all. The salesman was extremely helpful. I learned that the unlimited plan might be my best choice. I was so impressed with this representative that I plan to keep in touch with him for my Verizon needs.

If I were to rate my experience today I would give it a 10 out of 10. I had nothing but issues with my plan so I went to this store on my lunch thinking I wouldnt get to eat. Within 15 minutes my bill was fixed and he saved me $20 a month on my phone bill. I highly recommend this store because its more of a one on one with the customer and Scott was really able yo help my situation. I will definitely be sending my family and friends to this location!

The moment I walked in, the sales representatives were welcoming and ready to help me. Dan and Destiny were miracle workers. Having had a bad week before my broken phone, I fully expected to have a bad experience already--just my luck. They were able to guide me through the process of buying out my old phone and picking out my new phone. They did not initially have the phone I wanted, but after a few moments their shipment came in and they were able to check it and find the phone I wanted! It was as if I had shown up at just the right moment. After purchasing my phone, case, and tempered glass, they had everything put together before I had even finished the check-out process. Not to mention, the tempered glass was placed perfectly dead center;its as if it was manufactured that way. I have nothing but praise for the customer service I received at this location!

This store on North High Street located about a mile North of Morse Rd on North High Street right across the street from St Michaels church. Awesome, Awesome service!! My days started out bad I broke my phone and got a knew one the next day, but the I didnt know how to to reinstall all of my stuff so I had to use my husbands phone and look for the closes Verizon store. It told me the closes one was a store in Worthington so I set off there. I pulled up to a nice building really clean outside, doors were open, probably because of the nice weather. I Thought it was a nice welcome feel. I got out of my car and walked to the store, I was greeted by two reps, one was with a customer but still greeted me with a smile and the other two walked right up to me and ask how he could help me. I told him what had happened and he fixed everything. GREAT EXPERIENCE. I LEFT happy and would diffently go back.

After having some issues with receiving text messages, my mom and I ventured to our nearest Verizon store. Upon arrival, the rep was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. After some trial and error, he launched an investigation, and found the issue to be wide spread among Verizon messenger users. He promptly came up with a solution and configured our messenger apps to get us through until the next updatweek was available to further remedy the issue. We also had not been properly introduced to our hum application and device, he maneuvered through the app with the grace and confidence of the wildest of stallions, and gave us the most educational tutorial. We are leaving Verizon today quite satisfied and will be returning next time we are interested in upgrading.

I came to this store for assistance cleaning up duplicate contacts and to get some help pairing my Acer Leap. I had tried for over a week to pair the Leap with my new Google Pixel with no success. The dapper young man who helped me had never used the product, but had it figured out and programmed within a few minutes. This is the only Verizon store Ill go to because I always receive impeccable customer service! Way to go Verizon!

I have used this location many times before. I have stores closer to me but this is my favorite because of the service. Everybody is always super friendly and very knowledgeable. Its usually not crowded which is surprising because the service here is better than any other Verizon store I have been in. Keep up the good work!

I went in to have the data transfered from one phone to a new phone. Rep was extremely helpful. He got the phone set up in no time, explained how to lower plan cost and ordered cover for phone so it would not shatter. He found out that one of the phones on our plan was due for an update and that made one family member unbelievably happy?

He brought out several makes of phones and gave me the pros and cons of each one. I was unable to decide with so many choices so he told me to think about it and come back. He gave me his card and when I decided on a phone I called to set up a time to come in. He again told me the various things the phone was capable of and help me set it up as well as the notebook I purchased. He put no pressure on me and was pleasant to work with. I will continue to do future business with him.

Just had a wonderful experience last night with sales rep Anthony Bertolino. I went there to ask a question about my account because I planned to do the upgrade program at Apple for a new XS Max. Anthony was super patient and informative and I purchase from there for a better price with much better service. TIP: if you have already have insurance on your Verizon account it covers everything that AppleCare Plus does and is actually better! AND - the store was calm and quiet. Not the sensory overload that happens at the Apple Store. Go see Anthony!! (He even offered to help set up my car Bluetooth although I was able to do that myself 🤪)

I think I come to this store once a week.lol. The Verizon reps here are always super nice. I never have problems but seem to always have questions. They know me by name they are great and very knowledgable. Id say to come to this store if you live in Mexico. They will take their time and make sure everything is correct and thats why Ill drive all the way to this location. The store associate Scott is my favorite. He always goes out of his way to make sure I am satisfied when I leave.
