Conner was amazing! I went in needing a pair of athletic shoes. He analyzed my gait & my feet & found the cross trainers I needed. The experience was informative, helpful & enjoyable. I found out I’ve been moving up in the wrong kind of shoe rather than buy fitting shoes in the correct type. Well worth it!

Its hard for me to find shoes that fit well. I found my last pair of running shoes at Road Runner Sports in Worthington so I returned hoping to find another pair. Zachary did an awesome job recommending and presenting my options to me. I brought a new pair home:)

Ive been to different running shoe stores and been here before with average experiences but my visit today was the best thanks to Hannah!Hannah helped me with the perfect blend of customer service. Sometimes trying find the right fit can be dreadful but Hannah was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I truly felt I was able to get the perfect fit with her guidance and didnt feel pushed towards any decision or rushed. Felt guided into what was perfect for me and what felt best. Dont normally spread the word but this experience actually has me looking forward to telling family and friends this is where they should go.

To say the least, Im not much of a runner, but Ive taken on a couch to 10K as a way of breaking up my routine of cycling and hiking. Despite having a gate like a baby hippopotamus, and feet shaped like Barney Rubble, Connor was super patient and informative in helping me select my first real running shoes. I expected a simple foot measurement and a dismissive here are the shoes for the huskie kids, but Connor ran me through a treadmill session to learn how my foot strike falls, and molded custom orthopedics to help better align my foot and ankle in my stride. It was a 10/10 experience.

My experience at the Worthington store could not have been better and it was all because of Andrew! Andrew was totally low pressure, but highly knowledgeable and only wanted to make sure I was in the right shoe. He provided a free analysis and then suggested 3 or 4 shoes that would work best for me. This was a great experience, and I will be back!!

Its very rare to get such great service at shoe store, but Hannah is a real gem. She knew the products, knew the technology in the store, and in a couple minutes sold me a great set of products without pressure. She has a great personality to match her long yellow fingernails, too!

I am extremely happy with my experience at Road Runner! I am getting ready to prepare for some big backpacking adventures (White Mountains, Florida trail, and the Continental Divide trail). Zack, Andrew, and others at the store helped me find the perfect shoes and custom insoles to help my feet for the big miles and my mild case of plantar fasciitis. They set me up to be prepared on the trail so when my shoes and insoles do wear I can have a brand new pair shipped to me on the trail! This is a one of a kind team who are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I say team because every employee in the store talked to me and helped out in some way. I walked away confident that I have exactly what I need to preform at my best and I highly recommend that everyone should check them out!

Free evaluation revealed one foot is a half size larger and one foot pronates when ambulating. So one foot was in a shoe that was too small. Shoes are affordable and well made. Trey was GREAT ... He was professional, knowledgeable, and patient. I HIGHLY recommend!

Andrew helped fit me for custom insoles and explained the benefits so well, plus he was patient in helping me find the brand and fit I needed. Hannah helped me search for the the exact color I wanted and explained the VIP program and benefits. I recommend Roadrunner to anyone looking for a personalized experience.

Costly membership. In 2017 we bought 3 pairs of shoes shoes and were sold on what we were told was a one time membership fee. This was not the case. Corporate said it was never a one time fee. That sales person made their quota!!! They send a ton of product emails so I deleted the apparent yearly notice of the fee. I paid $165 over the past 3 years and never set foot in the store since they never have my size in the shoe I like, and they do carry it. Sad inventory if not a popular size. Retail incentives creates shady sales in every arena. Do the math and be realistic about how often you will, or if you can, truly buy shoes vs the $45-$60 yearly fee.

After Connor analyzed my gait, foot arch, and feet length he helped my to pick out the best pair of sneakers suited to my needs. Connor was very knowledgeable and patient. I think he is probably the best customer service shoe sales man I have ever encountered. My shoes and custom made insoles have significantly improved my posture, workout performance, and reduced my knee pain. I will definitely be coming back to Road Runner Sports in Worthington, OH and requested Connor to help me with my shoe selection again.

Went in for the first time for cross country shoes after never having my feet professionally sized and analyzed and was extremely happy with the results. After learning and seeing from the (free) analysis that I am very flat footed and struggle with pronation in the ankles, my fit expect (Hannah), was able to fit me in the correct insoles, shoes, and socks. She was very professional, friendly, patient, and knew exactly what she was talking about. Definitely the place to go for new running shoes!

We went into the Road Runner in Worthington today and were greeted by Trey. He helped fit my husband, who is a VERY difficult person to fit. We had been to several other shoe stores and been told sizes that just did not seem to work, since he has a size difference between his feet, everything they suggested seemed to big. Trey suggested something I had not heard from any of these other stores. My husband tried it on and his pain went away, it worked! He was patient, friendly and very helpful. He helped my husband with several different shoes, he didnt hover or try to push a sale. He did not seem put off when my husband opted for a color they did not have in stock, and helped us with the purchase we did make. He is definitely an asset!! Thanks for the excellent service Trey!!

It was great...second time there. Good service...pricey...but they have the best shoes so what cha gonna do! I took my step mom who had shattered her foot and is now doing good but needed good shoes. She put them on as soon as she got in the car and never complained all day. :)

My husband had a great experience in in their Ohio store, as well, as he was there for work and was easily able to get fitted and return another pair of shoes. Highly recommend!!

I was welcomed immediately upon entering, and the associate began the “foot analysis” using a questionnaire, treadmill videotaping, and the 3D foot box. When I said I wasn’t interested in purchasing a custom insert (great design, just out of my budget), he moved right on and didn’t push it. I tried on 5 pairs of shoes based on recommendations he gave me, and found one that was in-budget and perfect for my foot/goals. The associates were all friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Would return!

I brought a friend who was having foot pain. The service here is incredible. I love the way they make custom inserts, within minutes while you wait. The guy was so patient after evaluating my friend he showed her which type of shoe she should have. The brand she wanted he brought out three different styles so she could feel the difference in the different models. He then even made her more cushion inserts so she could feel the difference and choose which one she wanted. We were so happy with the experience. My friend works at the hospital and is on her feet all day.😊

Being new to running, I decided to get good running shoes. Im so glad that I went to RR to get fitted and get shoes that were ideal for me. Jeff was so great! He was patient and not pushy at all! It was a great experience, and I will definitely be back when I need new running shoes. Seriously, if you have never been fitted for running shoes, go here and let them take care of you. Been shopping here the past couple years and always had a good experience. I was previously experiencing severe painful plantar fasciitis but with a change in shoes, insoles and compression socks the difference has been night and day.

It was busy when we were there, but Zach was able to take care of all of us in an organized way and checking in on us often. I always come here to buy my shoes and I appreciate the variety that they have in the store.

Staff is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. The assessment technology they use is seamless with their stock of shoes and other products (e.g. custom insoles) and made for a really informed sense when I was trying on shoes. In and out in what felt like 30 mins. Not exactly cheap, but the $20 VIP membership is worth it and helps with discounts, rewards, easy exchanges and returns, etc. Highly recommend!

I love coming here so much that I’ve brought several friends throughout the years to be fitted properly for shoes. Although I always know what I need, or “want”, it’s fun to watch my friends to be able to be treated so well and their surprise that their feet aren’t actually what they’ve thought to be all along.

They can give you custommade insoles for your shoes that can last for a while, which can be made on the spot. In addition, the store is basically specialized for running, not just the shoes, but also in terms of gear, nutrition and recovery. The membership deal is nice too, they give you six months to try it out.

Nice selection of shoes for running, hiking, walking also offers a small amount of athletic gear, wear and accessories. Helpful, knowledgeable staff that use modern technology to help you find the right fit of shoe.

I knew I needed a more cushioned shoe this time. My shoe advisor had my vip info ready and I request 3 options . He brought out exactly the right size and color choice was also good. I decided on my new pair of Brooks grabbed a pair of new Korea shorts and was very happy with my vip discount too boot . Will be returning for new shoes again soon for the family

Stopped in yesterday to try on some On brand shoes and was promptly greeted by Andrew. I was honest with him that I wanted to try them on to simply see if I liked the fit, however that I unfortunately wouldnt be buying because the home boss (my wife) wouldnt be happy with me buying with Christmas right around the corner, and would rather I added them to my Christmas list! LOL. It mattered not to Andrew as he was still VERY helpful and treated me like a paying customer, including conducting a full analysis and recommending which shoe I should try. He was thorough and knowledgeable, and I can confidently say Ill go back to work with him again!

Several friends recommended this store. Ive been walking 2-3 miles every day during the shutdown, and my regular tennis shoes arent cutting it, so, I decided it was time. Im so glad I did!
