We met with them after our first set of drawings for a three-car detached garage, and they knew exactly which windows we would need to make the garage look at home with our historical property. They were able to match our existing paint colors to a tee, and even ordered insulated glass panels for custom carriage doors. From start to finish, they made it happen! A Google search for Marvin window dealers led me to these folks. The locking mechanism on one of our older Marvin glider windows installed years ago had failed. Called them Thurs and Don came out on Mon. He had the window open in seconds, discovered a broken plastic part hidden in the frame and knew exactly what was necessary to fix the problem. Currently this place sells Windsor windows and there is a class action law suit against the wood windows they sell. I requested our repair records because the window seals have failed & the wood has rotted and leaked. Speciality window company is refusing to give us our repair records. We have plenty of other records from our handyman who has refinished our windows twice. We will find the cancelled checks to Speciality but the attitude and refusal to give us our records is wrong and confirms they will not stand behind what they sell. This is a manufactures defect lawsuit. Speciality would not lose a dime in revenue. What are they trying to hide? The lawsuit allows the purchase & repalcement of the defective windows. I will not be using Speciality to repace my windows.
