I reached out like she told me to with pictures and information on my jewelry I was trying to sell. It’s been a very rough time with the lost of my son and trying to get extra finances in the house. So I thought it would be great to reach out to Seth to see what he could possibly do for me. Per his website it instructs clients to call or text for more information. I have reached out via text message and multiple phone calls going on two weeks now with no reply or response back to me at all. I’m very disappointed and think it’s very unprofessional to not respond to a customer. I’m actually very surprised at how many good reviews I see online and the review my friend had given him and I was completely ignored and shown no customer service at all. First impressions are definitely lasting impressions.
