Not a lot of staff working this location. They were about four of us waiting in line for nearly 15 minutes. I was hoping to buy some boxes and ship my packages but ended up leaving to go find another location.

Its a Fed ex print shop.

Spent lots of my hard earned money here during a pandemic and not even a thank you!The elder lady behind the counter always looks annoyed. This is not a welcoming establishmentThe gentleman is a different story. He’s nice. Wished I knew his schedule cause this elder lady needs lessons on customer service and a smile.

Great customer service. Understaffed as only 1 employee was working but she was a delight and very helpful

Nice store with a lot of offerings. Professional staff and got me in and out quickly while I was shopping a fedex package. I went in towards the end of the day but the team was as friendly and helpful as the start of the day!

Been given the run-around about a hoodie I ordered said delivery time for 5/5/20 and both wife and I were home no delivery made to my sddre

Close fast sometimes they dint have enough help. Over all not bad.

Took 10 minutes to be helped with 3 customers in the store. Attendants were friendly. They had to move us through 3 different check out stations to check us out. For a company that makes its money of efficacy, it was unbelievable.

They wouldnt make copies of my own artwork (even after having to PROVE I drew it) due to some copyright laws line.. I keep a copy for myself, and needed one for the buyer of the original artwork.Every piece of art Ive ever shipped AND COPIED has been through them, but no longer. They just lost a returning customer.Im sure someone else will take my money..

Had to use them the other day when our office lost electricity, and did a fine job, albeit a little on the pricey side

I just shipped two large boxes that another location gave me a hard time with. The service was great. They even taped up the boxes at no cost. Better service than I expected and I expect a lot. I should have gone here first.

Ray was so helpful and made everything good ...cant say the same for the other lady working there named Jenny so RUDE!!

The people are very rude. Not polite or customer friendly at all.Spend the extra few minutes to go somewhere else.

Went to a FedEx location down the road for passport photos. Was told to have them redone due to being to bright, faded and grainy looking. Stopped at this location and was told that they would not honor and retake my photos but to go all the way back to the original store because in the Sales persons words: their money doesnt mingle! I will never go back to this location. I cannot believe they employ someone so rude and unprofessional!

The staff the staff was friendly and helpful, I was in and out quickly and its in a super convenient location easy to find.

Honestly,it was fine until I saw a freaking bed bug!...seriously a BED BUG!!!! Yall need to get rid of that carpet and get some hardwood floors..

I had the misfortune when visiting this location of dealing with an employee named John. This gentleman had a pock marked face, a far away look in his eyes, and a robotic inflection to his speech. Im pretty sure this guy was mentally disturbed, definitely very creepy at the least. He couldnt have been any more rude, Im not sure rude is a big enough word for this persons over the top behavior actually. I at one point told this person I did not apprieciate his rudeness and he threatened to call the police. It was amazing. I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY AT FedEx/Kinkos ever again.

Don’t have anything held for pick up here. My package was sent to this address to be held, the tracking shows it was delivered and signed for at the location, but they don’t have it.

A convenient place to go to get copies, send faxes and pick up various office supplies. Friendly staff too.
