Customer service was great. No complaints. helped pick out a nice bday gift for my daughter. Will definitely return. Wish they had more variety in clothes not just accessories.
I went there yesterday around 11:30 am. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by none of the staff. It was not busy inside of the store at all. Two staff members were standing around who made eye contact with me. And see how I was dressed in activewear as if I had no intention of buying anything. Louis Vuitton has never treated me in such a manner. I will never come to this location ever again.
Every time I come here the male staff is impeccable, super nice, very helpful, and they all dress like Gucci models… The female staff on the other hand are a nightmare, and they don’t even look like they should be working there, they don’t look like they can afford it, but yet they treat you like you can’t afford it… I bought a wallet from you the last time I came there, I planned on buying more but your associate was so rude whipping the wallet on the counter, and then continued to not get me a new wallet, and ignored me talking to another associate for a good 5-10 mins, until your male associate finally came over and help me… I don’t know I’ll be coming back here until you find some classy female associates, that know how to handle themselves.
Found a nice belt and scarf. Satisfied with my financial mistakes.
If you want to look at something or want another size in something good luck flagging down a employee to get it for you even tho there’s several they’ll walk right by you when you clearly are trying to look at something. I wanted a different size in a Gucci belt and the girl Made it seem like it was such a inconvenience for her. Sorry I’ve spent over $1,000 at this store and was going to spend another $350 on a belt. I’d rather go up to Boston even though this one is closer. Bad customer service don’t tell you there’s no returns only exchanges when you buy items and the inventory isn’t good never really changes don’t recommend.
I’ve called this store at lease 6 times in one day . No one answers . The message they have on their voicemail makes no sense. I had to call the management building to find out if this store is real open . I should hope that their customers service is better than what they display. It makes you wonder since Covid people don’t know what customer services
First of all, they never answer the phone! I can’t get through no matter how many times I try. The phone just rings and rings. Also, their stock is blah.
My 18 year daughter spent over $200 on a pair of sunglasses for her mother on mothers day. The didnt have any cases so employee told her they would send her one. Its been months and no glass case. I have tried to call the store but no answer. Called Gucci corporate and they stated the stores dont answer them either. Cant believe that you can spend that kind of money and be treated like we bought Walmart sunglasses. I will not spend any of my money on any Gucci products again. Sad thing is my daughter has Gucci slides and 2 pairs of sunglasses. Probably will sell them and buy from a company that cares about there customers.
Nice to window shop, i cannot afford anything in there,but it was nice to look around at the $200 tshirts and $500 bags
Okay prices, but terrible customer service. The staff needs to be retrained on the products and how to treat customers. You would think if you work there, you would be knowledgable about what you are selling... None of them knew the price of the merchandise and gave out multiple wrong prices (even though they had looked it up on their phones!) that only were corrected at the cash register when scanned. One of the workers was so rude that I would not go back to this store. The workers will only help you if you seek them out and even then, they will give you attitude if you dont decide fast enough. I guess it is worth it if you know what you want and can get in and out fast. Otherwise, if you need assistance/advice, I would not recommend going here.
Love Gucci and all of the stores out here its worth the time and money and drive where ever you are
I’m not to sure where all of these negative reviews are coming from? The store in my “personal option” is clean and all items have a price. If for some reason it doesn’t, you can always ask. The service is outstanding from direct sales staff. The security guards left a bit to be desired. I’ve bought a few bags and some small leather goods at this outlet, no issues. Obviously anything behind a case is there for a reason. They can secure a bag easily, not so much a wallet. If you have ever been to a designer retailer, you’d know to ask for help vs helping yourself. I’m sad that this store is just a pop-up. Hopefully they become a permanent part of Wrentham. It’s much more convenient than having to travel all the way to woodbury premium outlets in NY.
Wasnt impressed with their selection. They didnt have a lot to choose from. Ive been to other Gucci outlets and they had a much better selection.
Terrible experience, avoid at all cost. Staff was very rude, only cares about compensation. Asked one person for help, and they forgot about us — waited for 10 minutes and he was walking in and out helping other people but not us. We then asked this other lady, and while she was in the back, the first gentleman came out with what we asked for. Then the lady came out and rolled her eyes at us when we said someone else got what we wanted, and she had the audacity to say “Well why’d you bother me then?” And rolled her eyes. Bye lady! Don’t work in customer service if you can’t be a decent human!
Bought my son a pair of sneakers for over $300 unfortunately when I brought them home they didnt fit him so the next day I went back to return them with the same exact box the receipt and everything and I was told I could not return them... it was the very next day I have the receipt I had the sneakers the box everything and they said no I could not return them I could exchange them for something else... this return policy would be nice to know before you buy something there and the manager was extremely rude and disrespectful... you would think Hyatt Place like this would treat their customers who are spending a lot of money,,, they will treat their customers better..

I think I was genuinely surprised by how affordable this Gucci outlet was. Ended up making 3 purchases for what I think is a complete bargain. Not much variety though so I think they can improve on that.
Best store for understanding that it’s a pandemic and not everyone can come in person to visit the store. Store manager answered my call after calling other stores for a month now. I understand covid but shouldn’t someone be assigned to answering customers phone calls? I’ve been a customer of Gucci’s both outlet and full price for 15 years and appreciate when employees take the time to assist. I use to have a sales person i could text in Woodbury commons but she left due to medical reasons. Hopefully I will have one in this location.
Is a terrible customer service. The workers are there like just to be standing at the store. they don’t want to help at all. And one big detail is they don’t explain to the customer that is no returns they have a sign in the smallest size so people wouldn’t be able to see it. They pretty much make you buy their stuff. That was my first and last time at that store.

The store is very not professional they say no returns when you come back the next day to try to return something I feel like at check out they should inform the guest that there is no refunds or no returns allowed the manager had attitude the whole time it was just not worth it at all worst experience of my life smh
Horrible experience as a customer of color to be treated with such lack of respect, and treated as a thief by a suppose to be sales rep in the store. Dont visit this store as a person of color because they definitely need diversity training. I should have known better by the history of Gucci

Amazing deals! Wallet that is available online for $895.00, was $459.00 at the outlet. That’s half off!!! The staff was super busy because it’s a popular spot. Be patient, they’ll get to you and they are super friendly and helpful when they do. Sadly, when word really gets around about them being in Wrentham, there will be insane lines to get in.

Called for 15 times because they never answered the phone, and then tried to leave a message for them in their voicemail and it is full. Extremely unprofessional to not answer phone calls are update their own voicemail for customers. Ridiculous to pay that amount of money for their products and they cant get their phones right for a simple question.
Bunch of crooks! Purchased an item through sells associate Alexia. She sold me a floor model without informing. I went back the next day and she refused to take it back! Filing complaint with the attorney generals office.
