Always a great experience, The workers tend to all be riders as well so youll never have trouble finding what you need. Not to mention some of the summer sales, Youll sometimes find brand new boards for 50-70% off, just because its the off-season and theyre technically last years stock. Great place to get a brand new setup.

My cousin and I went in looking for a new board and spoke to Dan (one of the Burton Employees) who was extremely helpful. Fortunately, he worked as an advanced carving instructor at a nearby ski resort. He explained exactly what type of board we needed for him. I also recently purchased a 154W Burton Custom on the Burton Website and he explained very well why I didnt need a wide board. Dan spent a whole hour helping us. Ryan (the manager) was able to exchange the board for a 158 (since it was unopened). I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to buy a board.

There are no price tags on ANYTHING in the store. Very bizarre. You have to ask the employees to scan anything you are interested in and then tell you the price. I have no idea why this is their policy, and the poor employees dont either. They are good sports about it, but it isnt enjoyable to have to keep hassling them about the prices. I ended up leaving empty handed and frustrated because of this. And I was ready to spend a lot and get all new gear.

Went to exchange my products and Shane helped me with everything. Employees are attentive to customers and knowledgeable.

Helped heat form my new boots. Also accept online returns and since it is so hard to find boots in stock anywhere nice to buy a few on line and then return the ones that do not fit. Stick in store not the best, if you are XS or XXL you may be in luck...

The staff was awesome!! Was stuck on deciding between 2 different snowboards and they helped me narrow it down. Not only were they extremely knowledgeable of all the boards and gear but were extremely cool and personable! So happy with my board thanks again to these guys.

I normally love this store. I purchased a pair of $80 snow pants and they tore on my first run. When I brought them in today they said there was nothing they could do. Total bummer.

Store manager was extremely mean to me when I was trying to return my boots. I’ve ever heard him using F words behind my back. I could not believe that Burton could hire someone so mean and disrespectful to the customers. The store and a brand just lost lifetime customer. Good luck

We had a great experience in the Burton store today. If you need help picking out the right snowboard gear, make sure you ask for Grant. We ended up buying a snowboard, bindings, and boots and I couldnt be happier with the purchase. Grant was super knowledgeable and gave great recommendations on everything. I left the store with no questions unanswered and know that I can come back any time for further support, waxing, or fixing of gear.

Amazing customer service from an informative and genuinely nice employee named Shane. Shop looked great and Burton has always made top quality products. Grabbed a pair of Cartel bindings and talked riding.

Ordered twice over the phone and both times were great. Placed an order with Shane the first time and Ashley the second. Both were super friendly and were very easy to talk to. Shipping was really fast too (live in NJ). Too only a day.

Prices seem to climb here. Love their gear but the rest of the goods seem a little less bang for the $. ALWAYS great staff and service, not their fault!

One of the best stores in the Village! Great selection of gear and even luggage! Sales associates are very nice and helpful. Sometimes the sales are beyond ridiculous and you can find some really awesome items for a price you wouldnt believe! Check it out!

I ordered a snowboard over the phone on January 16 and the next day Jan 17 it arrived(I live in NY). Ashley took my order, explained everything and made sure I had the snowboard by the weekend and included some stickers. Top level customer service, and very knowledgeable about all Burton products. Burton is a great company, but people like Ashley make it superb !!! Thank you!!!

Ive been going to this store for some time to pick up the freshest gear at great prices.I have plans to snowboard for the first time this season, this coming weekend. While reviving my antique board from hibernation, I found my left ankle strap on my Lexa EST bindings to be nonfunctional. I tried to find a replacement strap by calling various local stores and even visited a couple stores, but no luck.This store had a replacement strap!!!!!!!!!!!!!The sales associate (Jamie, if I recall correctly) was super friendly and attentive.This place is great, they are the best...I will be back!!!
