The guy Craig in the store is rude. Walks around with a attitude. Acts like he knows everything. The service I got on my boat was top notch. The techs were very informative got my boat in a timely matter. But I will not return due to Craig.

Boaters Value has done a great job of adapting to covid. They were closed for a while. They have an effective way to service customers and keep everyone safe, and boating. They provide a full catalog and ways to shop their products via online partners,including having items shipped to your home.

Have always had great service. When I broke my aluminum prop, I trailed my boat to the store and purchased a new propeller and the salesman offered to change it for me at no extra cost. I buy all my supplies from Boaters Value Store.

I recently bought a 1988 Bayliner 2450 Ciera. I stopped in here due to thinking I needed a new throttle control. Parts guy told me I doubt it, probably just need a set of cables!Well, I went else where and bought a shifter. Turned out to be the wrong one! Took old shifter and cables off boat and went to Wilson Marine. The parts guy, who was bragged on to have years of experience, looked the shifter over and said shifters fine, need cables, so ordered them. Came in five days later.Sold me a 15 and a 17 cable. Parts guy said if the 17 is to long then put an S curve in it. Well on my way to the boat this just didnt sit well with me.I stopped at Boaters Value Store. Explained to parts guy what was up. He looked at ends of old cables, found the exact length on each cable, looked up and said 15 and 16, I have them in stock! He asked if I wanted them, I said yes.He then said since I already had a 15 I just needed the 16! He actually tried to talk me out of buying the 15!I took both from him for two reasons!1. The ones from Wilsons were light duty and his were heavy duty. And...2. His were $6.00 cheaper for heavy duty cables!Should have came to Boaters Value Store first! Would have had a few extra days to spend on my boat before my vacation was over!I WILL NOT make this mistake again Its Boaters Value Store for all my needs from now on!!Thanks Boaters Value Mart! You have a customer for life, or for as long as I own a boat!
